Firefox 34.0.5 can't upload facebook photo

Hi,
After i update to version firefox 34.0.5 on my window 8.1, i can't upload facebook photo.
No problem on IE, Opera and Google Chrome.
I already update with latest Java and tested ok in Firefox.
Anyone can help me?
Thank you.

To protect against potential Java vulnerabilities, Firefox asks you to activate Java for each website you visit that uses Java. If you trust the website, you can allow Java to run by clicking on the "Activate Java" message. If there is no visible area to activate Java content in the page, look for the plugin icon in the address bar, then click it and, in the message panel that opens, choose "Allow Now". For more information, see the [[How to allow Java on trusted sites]] article.

when you tried to save did facebook ask you permission to access to the camera roll?

How can I upload my photos to a memory stick from my iPad

You can't do it directly from your iPad, the camera connection kit only copies photos/videos to the iPad's Photos app, it can't be used to copy them off.
You can copy photos to a computer and from there to the memory stick : Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or Windows PC.

Turn iTunes Match on, it's $25 per year.

The list you saw that shows what drivers are available from Apple Software Update is based on what drivers are supplied by the vendor to Apple. So it would appear that HP has not provided Apple with a scanner driver for 10.9 (known as an ICA driver), or provided an update if one was available for a previous version of OS X, so that you can scan from Image Capture.
I checked the HP web site for your model and they don't show any scanner driver or scanning software. If there was a scanner driver, you would be able to use Vuescan.
As for the Scan button not working, the following is documented by HP
Scanning to the computer from the printer control panel is not available when you scan with Preview, Image Capture, or Printer browser methods. You must use HP Scan software to scan from the printer.
But there does not appear to be any version of HP Scan software available for 10.9. So unless someone else has some workaround, it seems that you won't be able to scan with this model of HP.

  • I can not upload the photo book.

I can not upload the photo book upload process stops. I have to finish my mac iphoto and reboot. What is going wrong here?

There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on 10 different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary depending on the version of iPhoto and the version of the OS. So to get help you need to give as much information as you can. Include things like:
    - What version of iPhoto.
    - What version of the Operating System.
    - Details. As full a description of the problem as you can. For example, if you have a problem with exporting, then explain by describing how you are trying to export, and so on.
    - History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages?
    - What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
    - Anything unusual about your set up? Or how you use iPhoto?
Anything else you can think of that might help someone understand the problem you have.

  • How can I upload my photo album to my gallery and share to friends from iPad?

How can I upload my photo album to my gallery and share to friends from iPad?

You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your album file into the folder. The file must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the files should appear & you can import.

  • How can I upload a photo to someone's facebook page?

I can upload a photo from iphoto to my facebook page, but how do I upload photos to a friend's facebook page?

Sme as uploading any photo to any website. The first of these is what you want:
There are many, many ways to access your files in iPhoto:   You can use any Open / Attach / Browse dialogue. On the left there's a Media heading, your pics can be accessed there. Command-Click for selecting multiple pics.
(Note the above illustration is not a Finder Window. It's the dialogue you get when you go File -> Open)
You can access the Library from the New Message Window in Mail:
There's a similar option in Outlook and many, many other apps.  If you use Apple's Mail, Entourage, AOL or Eudora you can email from within iPhoto.
If you use a Cocoa-based Browser such as Safari, you can drag the pics from the iPhoto Window to the Attach window in the browser.
If you want to access the files with iPhoto not running:
For users of 10.6 and later:  You can download a free Services component from MacOSXAutomation  which will give you access to the iPhoto Library from your Services Menu.
Using the Services Preference Pane you can even create a keyboard shortcut for it.
For Users of 10.4 and 10.5 Create a Media Browser using Automator (takes about 10 seconds) or use this free utility Karelia iMedia Browser
    Other options include:
Drag and Drop: Drag a photo from the iPhoto Window to the desktop, there iPhoto will make a full-sized copy of the pic.
File -> Export: Select the files in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export. The dialogue will give you various options, including altering the format, naming the files and changing the size. Again, producing a copy.
Show File:  a. On iPhoto 09 and earlier:  Right- (or Control-) Click on a pic and in the resulting dialogue choose 'Show File'. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.    3.b.
b: On iPhoto 11 and later: Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Reveal in Finder -> Original. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.

  • Visitors can't tag Facebook photos posted via LR4 publish module

What I'm bringing up is going to be a strange and esoteric issue, and I'll be surprised if anyone has any input to offer, but here goes.
We run a Facebook Page that relies on posting many photos and enabling page visitors to tag themselves in said photos. Up until the LR4 release, we were simply posting these photos through Facebook's web interface. Starting last week, we started using the LR4 publish module to publish straight to our page in order to skip a whole step in our workflow, and we were thrilled with how well it was working. Since then we've uploaded three photo albums via Lightroom. However, beginning just yesterday an interesting issue has developed. We started getting complaints from guests that they couldn't tag their images, and after testing it out, we confirmed that visitors are no longer able to tag themselves in the LR-uploaded photo albums. This was not the case the whole past week, where we saw dozens and dozens of people being tagged. All older albums (ones uploaded traditionally) still let guests tag photos with no issues.
Anyone have any insight to shed? As much as we love being able to publish right from Lightroom, we plan to revert back to posting via Facebook like always until this issue is resolved.

    Me too, narxzrugn!
fans are unable to tag photos on my fan pages since January 2012.
    Steps taken to resolve issue:
    - have set page profile setting “People can tag photos posted by Spinferno {Fire & Photography}” to ticked.
    - have set page type to ‘person’ (Artist)
    - have reauthenticated my Jfeidl Lightroom export plugin and attempted to test again. Unsuccessful.
    - have looked into Adobe’s LR4 forum: status is unsolved.
    - have sent several FB support requests: no replies yet.
I alone am able to tag all photos, but nobody else is.
To everyone who is having this problem, please stand up and be counted as that will get this problem more fairly escalated by Abobe and FB:
Here is the tag issues in FB community help, please make it clear that you too are experiencing this problem, thanks.

  • How can I upload multiple photos without using an app?

I'm a special education teacher, and I teach a photography lab that teaches students how to scan and edit photos. We use the school's set of Ipad2's in order to crop the photos since the majority of students I have don't have the hand eye coordination neccisary to crop using a desktop computer and mouse. The problem I'm running into, however, is that our IT department wont let me download any apps onto the iPads. I've asked on six seperate occasions in order for them to update the iPads to ios7 and to give teachers the permission to install apps-- the first request coming at the start of the school year-- and they havent responded to any of them, so I'm not holding my breath.
Currently, I'm uploading all of the photos my students scan to my personal dropbox account, and the students access that and download each photo individually onto their ipads. Not the easiest thing for special education students to do, but its doable. I have not found an easy way to get the cropped photos off the ipads, however. Any ideas? I could attach each photo to an email, allthough thats more trouble than its worth most times. Dropbox will only allow me to upload one photo at a time, and keeps overwriting the photo I previously uploaded with the new one if I try to upload a second photo. Photo stream is the obvious answer, but icloud is disabled on all the ipads and only IT can turn it back on, something they've been unwiling to do

I worked in IT on the university level for four years so it's really frustrating to see more safeguards in place in a public school district any university. If we're trying to teach these kids to be ready for real life and then block out and don't let them use half the technology they're going to encounter in real life, well I just don't get that. But that's another rant for another time.
How I do it is I save all of the photos my students scan onto my external hard drive, then transfer them to my personal computer and upload them to dropbox using Dropbox for windows (or whatever the desktop application is called) . I then have my students go to dropbox.com on the iPad, login as me, and go through each photo, saving each to the iPad as they go.
I should have said upfront that when I try to connect the iPad to my personal computer it charges the iPad but won't recognize under my computer or show up in iTunes, so I am unable to see any of the data on it. I'm pretty sure it's not the 30 pin connector that's malfunctioning because I've tried with two of them. I can only check if it registers with iTunes on my personal computer because I can't download iTunes on school computers since I don't have administrator privileges

  • If I have more than one library, how can I upload all photos to iCloud??

I have a couple of different iPhoto libraries. Now that I've upgraded to photos, I am using iCloud and it is currently uploading all the photos & videos from the library Initally opened. How can I upload the other libraries into iCloud?  Will they automatically upload once I use the option key and open the different library??
Also, does Photos need to be running for things to upload to iCloud?
    Thanks!
    Kristin

See the quote below from Designate a System Photo Library in Photos - Apple Support
iCloud and the System Photo Library
You can use iCloud Photo Library, iCloud Photo Sharing, and My Photo Stream only with the System Photo Library. If you choose a different library in Photos without designating it as the System Photo Library, the iCloud tab in Photos preferences is disabled:
If you designate a new library as the System Photo Library and then turn on iCloud Photo Library, the photos and videos in the new library will merge with those already in your iCloud Photo Library. If you want to keep the contents of your photo libraries separate, don’t turn on iCloud Photo Library for more than one library in Photos.
