Firefox 4 still has old interface
I updated to Firefox 4 on Windows XP. While many aspects of the new interface are present, like the "tabs on top," many new interface elements seem to be missing. (For example, I still have the typical Windows menu instead of the orange "Firefox button.") I have no themes installed, and I've already tried disabling all my extensions. These aren't interface elements only available on Windows Vista/7, are they?

The new interface is only default on Windows Vista and Windows 7. To get it on Windows XP you need to hide the menu bar. To do that in the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the "Menu Bar" entry.
If you need access to the menus you can press either Alt or F10 to temporarily display them.

You can't buy more storage on an iPad. You are referring to space on iCloud and that probably won't accomplish what you are trying to do.

I changed my email address for my apple id but icloud still has old email adress and when I try to signout so I can sign in with new address it asks for password and then says invalid so I cannot delete the account to sign in with the new one! Please help
OK...now I appear to 'progressed' I changed my email address back to original on Apple id and then was able to delete icloud account. Apparently I couldnt do it as it kept requesting password when I entered passsword ( both old and new one, it wouldnt accept it as it had my old email address in ) It didnt do that on ios6 . Anyway I deleted account, but now I tried to login in with my new id/password and it says unable as already in use!!! More help needed please! Its a nightmare!!

My iPod Classic 160GB is recognized by computer, and goes through sync process, but still has old stuff...
I feel like there must be an issue with the library location, but I don't know how to correct that. My Dad recently wiped my computer and deleted Windows XP and installed Windows 7. I don't know what he did, but my iTunes library is still intact it seems. However, I've added quite a few podcasts that I'd like to sync to my iPod. When I connect it, it goes through the sync process, but ends quickly and says its safe to disconnect. None of the new podcasts are on there though.
Also, there was something really wrong with my iTunes account. When I went to buy something from the store, it wouldn't accept my password, and when I went to reset it, it wouldn't recognize my birthdate and month (I had the correct username). I ended up creating a new account and purchasing a song. This time, it did sync the new song onto my iPod, but not the podcasts I'm trying to sync.
As far as the library location, is there anything particular that has to be included in that library in order for it to be recognized by iTunes when you sync? Awhile back (before my Dad worked on my computer), I had changed the folder location to my external hard drive, but in researching, I saw that I still had in another drive some folders with music that is currently on my iPod. So it looks like I have some stuff on two different drives... Maybe this has something to do with it not syncing right?
I did check, and my Firewall doesn't have iTunes blocked.
As you can see, I'm not very experienced with all of this... Sorry for the confusion. If you are interested in helping me and have any questions, please let me know.
I'm hoping someone will be able to help me... I desperately want to be able to listen to my podcasts, as I'm a stay-at-home Mom of 4 little ones, and the podcasts are kind of an "escape" for me when the children are napping or playing. :-)

I don't know how I missed it, but when I went back to change the setting like you mentioned, I noticed that the very top box that says "Sync Podcasts" wasn't checked! I have no idea why... But my heart started to race when I checked that box and all of a sudden it started syncing all my podcasts!! It's gonna take a long time (I have 385 of them!), but I am just so happy you helped me with this problem. Thank you SO much!

Changed my email address, confirmed my password. The App Store has old email address and does not recognize the password?
Easy fix... it's a refresh issue. Sign out and back in with changed name.

Upgraded AP1231G still has old MGMT interface - issues connecting
Hi, I have a stand alone AP (Air-AP1231G-E-K9) which is not lightweight, or connected to a WLC, its a simple config with a Radio and Management interface.
The IOS was previously running c1200-k9w7-mx.122-13.JA1, so I upgraded the IOS to c1200-k9w7-mx.123-8.JA2 (Similar to some other working AP's I have), however there are problems with clients connecting to the AP, they doesn't see the AP.The configs on working and non-working AP's are identical (apart from IP's) and the only difference I can find is the web management interface screen which is different.There are more options on the newer working AP's with the new version of code and newer management interface,,, the AP I've upgraded has an older looking web management interface.
If i want to upgrade the files on the new AP to have the new Management interface over http working, what do I need to do, where do I get the files from, and what do I need to replace on the new AP along with the latest IOS to be able to configue this and hopefully get it working?

Thanks for that,so there must be another problem if the web mgmt interface did not upgrade during the new ios install (which was through the cli).is there a quick way to flush the old code + other directories on the AP's so I can try the IOS upgrade again from my tftp server?

I've changed my apple id email and password on the laptop and now when i go to my son's iphone which uses the same account for itunes it's still showing the old email address and won't accept either the new or the old password - help! he wanted to buy a film for a long car journey tomorrow and we're stuck! Its very simpul bro, all u have to do is to Go in Settings of iphone, go to store. U will find ur apple id their. Make it forget, re enter ur id and new Password. And u are all done, enjoy using App store

How to change iCloud ID to my newly created Apple ID? The old password for the old iCloud ID no longer works so I cannot delete the old iCloud account to create a new iCloud account because the old password no longer works .... can't turn off FINE MY PHONE.
Can't do this as I cannot sign in using my old APPLE id as no password(s) will work with that old id - therefore I cannot get the other screens to perform the rest of the steps recommended. Any other suggestions?

Home Directory still has old hdd space......not the new one
I'm having a frustrating problem for which I can't seem to find a solution. I upgraded my internal hdd to a 320gb drive. When I click 'get info' on my mac drive, it says that the capacity is 319.73 gb and that there is 222.97gb available. When I do the same on my home directory it says that the size is 78.03gb........suspiciously the same size as my old hdd.
How do I get my home directory to recognize the massive amount of space that is really available??
I discovered this because my iTunes library was too large and it said there was not enough space remaining on the disk - this is the reason I upgraded my hdd.

I suspect the HD directory structure is corrupt. Try running Repair Disk.
Repair Disk: Boot from install disc (insert disc>restart>immediately hold down c key and keep holding it until you see “Preparing Installation”)>at first screen select the language and click Continue> click on the Utilities Menu in the menu bar>open Disk Utility>select your HD in the panel on the left side>click Repair Disk at bottom of main window. Run this at least twice, and keep running it until it says “appears ok” twice in a row. If that doesn’t happen, you may need a stronger utility such as DiskWarrior or if the directory is damaged beyond repair, you may need to reinstall the OS, or you may have a damaged HD (repair utilities can only repair the directory structure, not the HD itself). -
Okay, changed my apple ID in itunes. When I try to download using the ipod directly to download a song it comes up with my old ID. How can I have it default to my new ID. I've already sync'd it and that didn't do it. Need help please.
Thanks- Did you actually change you Apple ID or did you just change the email address associated with the Apple ID. The Apple ID (which is an email address) can me different that the email address associated with your account. Also see:

Function Module Changed - Selection Screen still has old values

Our data source uses a function module while extraction. (generic)
We have changed the Text Symbols in our function module.
In the function module we fill one particular field (master data) as per the logic.
The changes done are reflected in the dataloads and data is fine in BW.
our problem is the selection screen in BW and in the reports, it shows the older values as well for that particular field.
Can anyone help us in this regard?

Sign out your AppleID in Settings -> iTunes and App Store. Touch your AppleID and select Sign Out. Then Sign in with your new AppleID

Unfortunately, iOS 7 is too hard to push for the iPhone 4 and therefore has a lot of effects turned off to try to get it to run as smoothly as possible.
However, it becomes better and better with each update coming but it's hard to do anything about the hardware on an already released phones.
If you still have trouble or think they are too hard. My tip is, if so, to restore your iPhone 4 and make a clean setup with no iCloud backup. But all your photos in a photostream so you can access it later. -
