Firefox hangs when visiting websites suppliers bv. e-commerce or viewing photos. I have for the moment everything tried scanning plug-ins etc. but I cannot get it working. I work with Windows 7 have the latest version of firefox and adobe.

Bij "opties" heb ik ingesteld: "mij waarschuwen bij het afsluiten van meerdere tabbladen". Als ik firefox per ongeluk afsluit dan vraagt hij nergens na en sluit alles af.
Dit is erg irritant en vervelend.
Ik heb de nieuwste versie geïnstalleerd. 6.0.1.
Diverse malen geprobeerd het vinkje aan/uit te zetten maar niets helpt. Diverse andere opties aan/uit gezet maar deze werken wel naar behoren.

Firefox crasht bij het openen van een pdf van een web site

Firefox op deze Vaio crasht direct als ik een pdf van een web site wil openen. Dit is sinds een maand of twee het geval. Safari en Internet Explorer geven dat probleem niet.
Ik heb geen probleem met het openen van pdf's in het algemeen.
Ik heb Firefox al geherinitialiseerd, en opstarten in veilige modus (zonder add-ons) geprobeerd. Heb ook (zonder resultaat) geprobeerd automatisch openen uit te schakelen.

Current Firefox versions have enabled a built-in PDF Viewer that doesn't have all features that other PDF readers like the Adobe Reader have or may not function properly otherwise.
You can change the action for Portable Document Format (PDF) from Preview in Firefox to use another application like the Adobe Reader or set to Always Ask in "Firefox > Options/Preferences > Applications".
You can set the pdfjs.disabled pref to true on the about:config page to disable the build-in PDF viewer.
You can check the value of the plugin.disable_full_page_plugin_for_types pref on the about:config page and remove the application/pdf part if present or reset the pref to the default via the right-click context menu.

Er is een fout opgetreden bij het kopiëren van bestanden naar de bestemming die u hebt geselecteerd.

Deze foutboodschap krijg ik regelmatig bij het verplaatsen van bestanden in Lightroom.
Het gaat nochtans om beelden die zijn geïmporteerd rechtstreeks in Lightroom en waarbij ik de bestanden in een extra sub-folder wilt plaatsen, dit voor de export met mijn logo.
Het rare is dat ik deze melding niet altijd krijg. Het is dus niet bij alle folders maar sommige folders.
Nu net weer met een folder van een 2-tal weken geleden terwijl een folder van vorige week dit probleem niet geeft.
Een probleem van rechten op de folder lijkt me ook onwaarschijnlijk aangezien ik alle bestanden / foto's bewaar op 1 specifieke hard-drive met subfolders per jaar, dan per tak fotografie om dan over te gaan naar een combinatie van datum & benaming van de folder.
De foto's verplaatsen zich uiteindelijk wel maar ik moet telkens de melding gaan wegklikken terwijl dit niet echt aangenaam is.

Ipod blijft hangen op apple logo

Hallo,
Mijn ipod 4 blijft hangen op het apple logo, ik heb overal gezocht naar informatie op het internet. Er stond dat je je powerknop en homebutton 15 seconden lang moet indrukken en daarna op itunes moest aansluiten en dan vervolgens de fabrieksinstellingen moet herstellen. Alleen nu heb ik nog een probleem, mijn ipod wordt niet eens herkent op itunes en het apple logo blijft maar in beeld. Wilt u mij alstublieft helpen?

Telkens als ik firefox start valt mij op dat de flash player plugin 2 maal start bij het taakbeheer, ik neem aan dat dit niet hoort?! wat kan ik hieraan doen?

ik merkte dat mijn laptop af en toe moeite had met als ik bijvoorbeeld op youtube zat, ik dacht wat zou het kunnen zijn en toen viel mij op dat bij het taakbeheer 2x de flash player plugin stond vermeld. aangezien deze veel van m'n cpu gebruiken is dit niet altijd gemakkelijk. ik heb firefox al eens volledig verwijderd inclusief de addons/plugins en deze opnieuw geinstalleerd echter blijft de flash player plugin telkens als ik firefox start 2x terugkomen in mijn taakbeheer.. wie o wie kan mij hiermee helpen?!

Problemen met het openen van een e-book

Ik heb een BeBook e-reader gekocht en vervolgens Adobe Digital Editions geïnstalleerd. Nu heb ik een e-book gekocht en getracht te downloaden, maar Adobe Digital Editions geeft bij het openen de melding "kan de map Digital Editions niet vinden"
Nu heb ik handmatig die map aangemaakt, maar dat is niet waar het programma naar zoekt.
Is er iemand die me met dit probleem kan helpen?? Ik heb nl. nu een hele dure e-reader, waar ik niets mee kan.....
Ik heb wel .pdf -jes gedownload, die geven geen problemen, die kan ik rechtstreeks naar m'n BeBook kopiëren. Maar het probleem is met een e-book wat je koopt is, dat deze de extensie .acsm heeft bij het downloaden, wat niet door m'n compie herkend wordt.

Search adviser van Conduit is het probleem. Als je die met CCleaner de-installeert is het probleem opgelost.

My iMAC G5 17 inch doesn't react to the on/off switch anymore. The computer switched off as a result of a failure inside, while playing music.

My suggestion is that the Power Supply is the problem, because the computer doesn't react to any attempt to make it work.

There are a lot of hardware problems with the g5 machines.
G5 has these hardware issues:
-- bad capacitors on logic board
-- bad capacitors in power supply
-- badly soldered video chip
-- Allan Jones
    There were several Mac models with flat panel displays that had bad displays. Most had serial
    numbers beginning with "W8"---the code for one specific factory. This affected PowerBooks
    as well. If that's the case, the rest of the computer is probably fine.

Firefox weet niet hoe het dit adres moet openen, omdat het protocol (dpql) met geen enkel programma is verbonden.

I am using an HP 8540w with fingerprint encryption. Till a few weeks ago I could use that system to quickly get my username and password on login screen. Now it does not work (It still works with IE) and gives the following diagnostic: Firefox weet niet hoe het dit adres moet openen, omdat het protocol (dpql) met geen enkel programma is verbonden. dpql is not connected to any program.
Please help me out of this.

You need to install a program that registers that protocol in Windows to make Firefox recognize it.

Ik heb de popup blokkering uitgeschakeld maar nog blokkeert firefox mijn popups die ik nodig heb voor mijn boekhouding van exactonline. Exactonline toestaan werkt ook niet . Firefox blijft blokkeren.

Ik doe mijn boekhouding met exactonline. Voordat mijn zoon Firefox instelde werkte ik met internet explorer en daar had ik geen problemen. Sinds ik met Firefox werk, worden regelmatig mijn pop-ups van exactonline geblokkeerd terwijl ik de blokkering in het menu heb uitgeschakeld. Ik wordt hier moedeloos van. Ik kan geeneens mijn boekhouding doen. Ook als ik de pop-upblokkering inschakel en exactonline toesta blijft firefox blokkeren.

I'm trying 2 weeks now to get hotmail open in firefox. I can open hotmail in IE but i can not use my Hotmail account in Firefox.
I can not log in the hotmail-signpage.
When I click on a message in the inbox, i can't open my messages, nothing would open.
Hotmail works with IE, and also with Firefox in Mozilla Safe Mode.
I dont know if i use Fox-it Reader plugin, where to find Fox-it Reader plugin.
I cleaned history, remove all cookies, and hotmail still wont open my messages on firefox.
I'm not a computer person and my english is not good at all.
Hopefully you can help me to use my hotmailaccount in Firefox again.

Na het instellen van icloud ben ik grote delen van mijn outlook kwijt

Ik heb onlangs icloud geinstalleerd op mijn PC. Ik heb dat programma gekoppeld aan mijn Outlook programma. Nu ben ik veel van mijn outlook sites kwijt. Voornamelijk heb ik last van het voorblad. met voorblad bedoel ik het scherm dat ik krijg als ik outlook opstart. Op dat voorblad staat in het midden mijn agenda, aan de rechterzijde mijn taken en aan de linkerzijde mijn e-mail's. Hoe kan ik dat herstellen?
