Firefox cannot play a specific live radio

This issue had happen before with this specific address "http://www.marca.com/deporte/popup/radiomarca/index.html" The page loads, but it doesn't play the audio. It works if I open it with Chrome or IE. Firefox on the other hand can play other online radios like "http://www.cadenaser.com/player_radio.html"

You can check for problems caused by recent Flash 11 updates and possibly try these:
*disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
*disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
*downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3

With no improvement whatsoever - further more i went as far as to disabling all three, still no access to the BBC iplayer or You Tube.
The only thing that i have not done is to reboot the system, i will do that next.

I updated to firefox 7 last night and this morning i cannot play any flash content, ive installed it many times but it always says i need to install it when ever i play flash. Firefox cannot play tutorials at Mac Pro Video, but Safari can

For 3 months I could watch tutorials at Mac Pro Video in Firefox, but now they do not play, they just briefly flash on then go to a blank white screen. When I switch to Safari the videos do play normally.
My Firefox plugin check gives erroneous versions for Shockwave Director and Java Applet. I updated both but the plugin check says I still have the older version

I wasn't going to use it anymore until I got a new one, but I need to get video editing done in the meantime, so I have been keeping the card cool and only working on the computer for short amounts of time. Is this smart to do?

Prolonged or repeated overheating will kill the card.
Also why would the video card fan break like that?

What model card is it? Some cards have a history for specific ills, like the Radeon X1900, Geforce 7300 GT, Radeon 2600, Geforce 8800........
And finally could you suggest another video card to purchase.

Firefox cannot play video smoothly

Every time I browse webpage by using Firefox, all the videos are jerky, lag and choppy. However, this never happen when I am using Chrome to play the videos. For example the video in TED.com is jerky in Firefox but smooth in Chrome and IE.
I searched all the solutions in this forum and tried all of them but none of them work.
The solutions like turn off hardware acceleration, change adobe flash settings and update graphic drivers and etc do not work on my laptop.
Even in Firefox safe mode the videos cannot be played smoothly, so I am sure this is not caused by the extensions I had installed.

This is some standard guidance that addresses the most common issues with the Flash player plugin. I'm sure you've seen some of it before, but just in case:

I have a rare problem with firefox (3.6.18 at the moment)
I have to work with a modified mantis bug tracker and the site wont load (the tab says "Loading..." and the bottom status bar says "waiting yourdomain.com...")
I can reproduce this and seems to be related to the cookies: I have a page with a big image still loading, I submit a form from this page and that is were the problem happens.
From here no page from this bug tracker will load.
This only happens to me with firefox and not with other browsers.
If I clear the cookies, the site will load again.

Cannot play one specific song

iTunes 7.1 Mac OS X 10.4.8
I have a song purchased from ITMS that doesn't play in iTunes (or my iPod). It's not an authorization problem because: 1) I don't get any error messages or pop-ups, 2) the account I used to purchase the song is the one and only account I've ever used and it's the same account shown (in Get Info) for other songs that play just fine.
When I double-click the song to play it, it basically increments the play count and last played date and then moves on to the next song. The data in the Get Info looks normal. The file size in the finder looks normal. I tried setting custom start and stop times for the song, but that didn't work. I even tried making a copy of the song, dragging the copy to iTunes to import it and it does the same thing as the original. I had a backup of the song, but it also does the same thing. I can't imagine how the song would have gotten corrupt, but that's the only thing left I can think of. Any ideas?

You probably have not seen anyone reporting the exact same problem as you. All three crash reports have the same crash signature and as currently ranked 67 it is not the commonest of reasons for a crash.
I hope you enter your email contact information when reporting crashes. I note you see this crash when using videos, others may possibly see this crash in other circumstances.
You have already tried the obvious, attempts at a fix so it is now down to wait and see, maybe developers working on the bug will report something or fix it.
Did you try my suggestion of installing portable ESR ?

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.

This got me curious when I first saw it... It does indeed seem very Un-Apple-like (at least historically) to prevent a user from customizing their own device - Mac or iDevice - but today I'm unsure. I cannot grasp how a UX designer could leave a simple "OFF" switch out of the control panel. Another thing that Music Data Streaming does is eat up your Data Plan.
This May not be the exact issue as you describe, but seems to solve an issue of a Radio Playlist in iTunes resuming where it left off from the last use...

Inflated SWF Flash file cannot play in IE but Firefox & Netscape

I'm trying to do some file protection by inflating a SWF
Flash file.
Once the Flash file is inflated, the filesize grows but does
not add any physical data bits to the SWF file.
After that tweaking, the SWF file cannot play in IE 6.0
(Internet Explorer).
However, it still plays perfectly well under Firefox &
Netscape.
I know IE use Flash ActiveX while Firefox & Netscape uses
Flash plugins. Is it the reason for such behaviour?
Any advice to make the inflated SWF file to play in IE

Cannot play netflicks movies with firefox 4.0.1 on Mac OS X

This use to work in previous versions prior to FF 4.0.

n Firefox make sure you have at least two (2) tabs open - (Ctrl+T opens a new tab)
In the address bar of one tab, type "about:config" - minus the quotes, of course
You'll see a warning. Click "I'll be careful, I promise" and continue to the configuration page.
There's a search bar at the top. Type "js" - again, minus the quotes.
In the results you'll see pdfjsviewer.disabled with a vaule of false. Click it once, then right click it and choose Toggle to make the value "True".
Close that tab.
Click Tools>Options and go to the Applications tab
Locate Adobe Acrobat Document (or Portable Document File (PDF)) in the list and click the drop-down to select "Use Adobe Reader (in Firefox)". (Mine doesn't have that because I also have Acrobat Pro installed)
Click OK.
Click Tools>Addons to see that the Acrobat plugin is installed
Close and restart Firefox. PDFs should now open in a browser window with the Reader plugin.
Note: This doesn't work for me since the update to 23 and I should have the choice of Reader or Acrobat plugins. Firefox is trying desperatelt to FORCE users to use their crappy PDFJSViewer, which doesn't handle multimedis or forms PDFs.
As to the NPAPI and security risks, that's blown WAY out of proprotion. There are antivirus companies trying to sell their products to Mac users (who will NEVER need them) and they use this "urban legend" to bolster their case.
