Firefox Continuous Key Pressing Flash Player Game
I keep having this issue while I play Realm of the Mad God in Firefox. I recently migrated over to Firefox from Chrome for the better flash player performance for this game. Unfortunately, almost every time I hold down a key, such as the W key to go up, and release it, I will keep going that direction in-game even though I have let go of the key. I can replicate the error in these steps:
1. Hold down "A" key for 3 seconds while playing Realm of the Mad God.
2. Release "A" key.
3. Character will continue to move left even though I have let go of the "A" key.
This may be lag, but I get 60 FPS in the game, and my friend has a quality computer that has the same issue. Any way to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.
Some have reported that pressing F9 and the Windows key simultaneously one or more times has worked to fix issues with the keyboard not working.

Firefox wont load any flash player or let me download anything
Firefox wont load any flash player videos and when it does it only buffers so far. I can't download anything like anti-mal/spyware to check if its anything like that.
Try to boot the computer in Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that works.
Do you have access to another computer to download the anti-mal/spyware programs and put them on a USB stick with the latest updates or their databases?
You can also try to download them via sites like FileHippo. -

Flash player games, video, or audio don't work / Windows
I have been having issues with my flash player for about a week. I tried all the trouble shooting steps under flash player games, video, or audio, but the issue kept occurring. I successfully uninstalled the flash player, then reinstalled it, the issue keeps occurring, so I followed the trouble shooting steps again, and it keeps occuring. For example, I will be watching a video, then it will spontaneously restart, jump to the end, image distortion, or freeze and the flash player stops responding et cetera. I think it might be what is causing an update error on a game that I play as well, where the game launcher is unable to decrypt and deserialize the download content from the server, or maybe something else is causing the flash player, and the game launcher to have these issues. Hopefully someone has some useful tips to resolve this issue that I haven't tried yet. Thank you for your time.
I myself have a problem with firefox after installing this no videos run etc

The version of “Adobe Flash Player” on your system does not include the latest security updates and has been blocked. To continue using “Adobe Flash Player”, download an updated version from Adobe’s website.
You haven't actually asked a question, but as stated you should only download Flash Player directy from Adobe.
Nor have you said what version of OS X and Safari you are running.
You can check here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/ to see which version you should install for your Mac and OS. Note that version 10,1,102,64 is the last version available to PPC Mac users*. The latest version,10.3 or later, is for Intel Macs only, as Adobe no longer support the PPC platform. Version 11.0.1.152 is for Lion.
* Unhelpfully, if you want the last version for PPC Macs, you need to go here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html and scroll down to 'Archived Versions/Older Archives'. Flash Player 10.1.102.64 is the one you download. More information here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/838/cpsid_83808.html
You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/909/cpsid_90906.html
and also that you follow the instructions closely, such as closing ALL applications first before installing. You must also carry out a permission repair after installing anything from Adobe. -
How do I close firefox to install Adobe Flash Player
How do I Close Firefox to install Adobe Flash Player?
There are 2 versions of Adobe Flash; an ActiveX version for IE only and a Plugin version for most other browsers including Firefox. On a Windows system, you should always update both individually.
#Using Firefox, go to the following direct download link and SAVE the download to your desktop so you can find it later: http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe
#When the download is finished, close Firefox (File > Exit OR Firefox button > Exit)
#Click or double-click on the file you just saved to your desktop
#*In the installation window that appears, click the box to the left of "I have read and...." to place a check mark in the box
#*The "Install" button in the lower right corner will now be highlighted, click it.
#*The installation is quick.
#Start Firefox and test your installation here: https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
#Direct link ActiveX version for IE only: http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe

Translate written words on flash player games
Question for anyone out there that has any suggestions or advice. My problem is I speak English but I have a few gaming sites that are french. The translator translates everything on the page accept for the written words that are included in the flash player game (Hope that makes sense.) I really like these game sites but a lot of the time I don't understand what I'm doing and/or what I'm winning/losing. It's very annoying so my question is..... Is there any way to translate French to English on games that use Flash Player?
ANY and ALL text in a Flash container is INSIDE the container and cannot be translated with plug-ins. The reason is that the content of a Flash container is NOT text and is NOT HTML.

I am sick and tired of your Firefox not supporting Adobe Flash player. Windows explorer no problem it works fine. All of your support statements tell me to reinstall and I've tried that more than once and nothing improves! It is slowing up my computer, and I have a windows folder with 4.8Mb of auto generated crash messages!
If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:
* see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
* disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
https://forums.adobe.com/message/4468493#TemporaryWorkaround
* disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Does Firefox Need Its Own Flash Player Install?
This is a brand new computer. IE8 32 bit version works fine with youtube. I install Firefox 3.6.3 and youtube says I need to install flash player 10 (it's already installed !). Saw in this forum other people have the problem too, but no definite solution. One guy there proposed that maybe flash wasn't installed for Firefox. WHAT? I've been under the impression that the flash player installs once on a computer, and all apps that need it, use it. Do I really need to install a second flash player specifically for Firefox? And if so, how the hell do I do that?
Here is the related forum link where "wotu" (4th post down) says to install flash for Firefox:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/forum/1/538231
URL of affected sites
www.youtube.comIE uses a different version of Flash (ActiveX) thn other browsers use (the Plugin version), so yes you need to install Flash for Firefox (and Chrome, Safari, etc.).
1. You need to use Firefox at the Adobe website to get the NPAPI version of Flash for non-IE browsers.
Download the Flash plugin from the Adobe Thank You! page via:
If it does not start, click here for troubleshooting information.
On the troubleshooting page click the link at the bottom:
If you are still having problems, click here to download.
Save it to your Desktop.
2. Close Firefox using File > Exit
then check the Task Manager > Processes tab to make sure firefox.exe is closed,
3. Then run the Flash setup file from your Desktop.
* On Vista and Windows 7 you may need to run the plugin installer as Administrator by starting the installer via the right-click context menu if you do not get an UAC prompt to ask for permission to continue (i.e nothing seems to happen).

Firefox vs. IE Flash Player
Hello.
I have created a fighting game (streetfighter like) that
loads other .swfs for music and characters. The game functions
perfectly in Internet Explorer using Flash Player 9. However, in
Firefox it displays...but looses functionality (you can't duck and
the opposing player AI get messed up). I thought it might be Flash
Player 9 in Firefox, but I went back and got the archived version
of Flash Player 7, and Flash Player 8 and it had the same problems.
Funny thing is, I had an older version of Firefox on my
laptop and the game functioned properly...but when I updated
Firefox, the game broke again.
Does anybody know how/why the Flash Player functions
differently in Firefox than it does in IE and what may be causing
this? Has anybody else had similar problems?
Thanksok...can someone please help me out with this more, I think I
have found more of the problem.
I am loading specifically named .swfs. But when firefox saves
the files to the cache, it saves the files as a random encrypted
string. For instance "foo.swf" becomes "4ERRIE456"...when the flash
player then tries to bring back in and reference the file...it cant
find it, and has to reload it.
Is there anyway to turn this encryption off in the

Firefox for Android, Adobe Flash Player, and Samsung KNOX conflict.
Hello.
I have a Galaxy Note 3. If I go to youtube.com in Firefox, play a video, and click on fullscreen, Firefox will crash and a notification will come up with title "Prevention information" and description "An application has been forced to stop for an unauthorized attempt to access system...". This notification is generated by "Knox Notification Manager", an app that comes preinstalled.
I know this problem is probably not exactly Firefox's fault, however some of other browsers are able to handle the exact same situation without any problem. Can you fix this problem, or is there a configuration that I can do to fix this?
My system info:
Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (T-Mobile)
OS: Android 4.3
Adobe Flash Player ver. 11.1.115.81
Firefox for Android ver. 26.0.1We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

I was trying to view a video I uploaded to facebook using firefox. The system told me to down load adobe flash player. I did but still get the message that I need to down load flash player. How do I get firefox to see the down loaded adobe flash player?
by installing from within Firefox, Internet Explorer has its own version (Active-X).
Make sure you are starting in the correct place for Flash
* http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
If you want to read PDF files in you browser, you might also want
* http://get.adobe.com/reader/
After the download,
#bring up the download manager ("Ctrl+J") and start your installs. As soon as the install comes up,
#close Firefox with File > Exit or "Firefox" button > Exit. Give Firefox some time to close.
#If install does not proceed, terminate "firefox.exe" and "plugin-container.exe" from the "Processes" tab in the Windows Task Manager.
#* Windows 7 shortcut to the WTM is "Ctrl+Shift+Esc"
#* or on any Windows system from "Ctrl+Shift+Esc" then choose Windows Task Manager.
#*Make sure that "firefox.exe" is no longer running -- if it is still running then terminate it by selecting the use "End Process" button or from context menu, and do the same for "plugin-container.exe" if it is found there.
#proceed with the install.
Warning: this is the Adobe site and they have chosen to to provide crapware along with their own product. Only install the product you were planning to install. Do not install additional products: including -- "Free! McAfee Security Scan Plus" or "Google Chrome". Installing Google Chrome on your own and installing it because it is offered on the Adobe site are two different things.
Find updates for your installed plugins at http://www.mozilla.com/plugincheck/ mozilla.com/plugincheck
-- best to use Adobe's site to really see if their plug-ins are up to date.
Please fix your caps lock or read what you type, do you think anybody could read my answer if I typed in all caps.
If the above fails to correct the problem, I would try uninstalling Adobe Flash from your system entirely first, from the control panel then "Programs and Features". -
Hi all,
I have a Flash Media Streaming Server 4.0 running for more than a year now.
I protect the access to my server through the "allowedHTMLdomains.txt and allowedSWFdomains.txt feature" (amongst other things...).
We noticed that with Firefox 10.0.2 (last version) and Flash Player 11.1.102.62 (last version) our customers can't connect anymore.
In the admin console we can read things like :
Authentication failed for pageurl: http://my.domain.com, rejecting connection from XXX.XXXXXX.XXX
If i try from the same computer with another browser, i get
Accepted a connection from IP:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX, referrer: http://my.domain.com/myPlayer.swf, pageurl: http://my.domain.com/myWebPage.php
In the logs i have lines like that :

I can't find any significant difference...
I didn't change anything in my configuration since the beginning, and the application was working without probleme with every version of Browser/FlashPlayer untill now.
I suppose this is a bug, from Firefox or FlashPLayer or FlashMediaServer.
Is there anyone from Adobe that could help me to solve this or "workaround" this, knowing that i must use the security features.
Thank you very much for your help!
SamOk for the timeline.
For your workaround : it was already the case : i had only domains in my allowedDomains.
I'll have to turn off this feature, and after the update of the flash player, hope that not too many people will stuck to the old flash player version...
Thx for your help anyway! -

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
See Troubleshooting extensions and themes and Troubleshooting plugins
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the Safe mode start window.
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (on Mac: "Firefox > Quit")
