Firefox crashes when i open it and i cant open it in safe mode

here are the crash id's i hope they can be more detailed than what i am about to type

here is the info. about what happens:
whenever i try to open firefox the crash reporter opens and i cant open mozilla at all i tried uninstalling and re installing but nothing happens

Hello jetfire2000, it is malware related (sprotector.dll)
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

[http://windows.microsoft.com/MSE Microsoft Security Essentials] is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.
