Firefox crashes when im watching youtube... What should i do? i have a good connection, for some reason youtube doens't work in Firefox, because i tried on IE and it works there :S, Help Please
This problem stared 2 days ago, and its not just me :S there's alot people with the same problem.
Thanks for your response. There is no option to Add Security Exception (which there usually is from my past experience). All im trying to do is connect to Gmail, and so it already defaults to the https:// url, which then causes this issue.
Im completely stumped on this one. Gmail is the only site that im having this problem with (my yahoo login pops right up) but its the one I need the most.

My iTouch will not restore becuase for some reason it won't reconize it. I merely tried to update it with the newest software and every thing went to sh--. Now it is just stuck on the screen showing the apple sign. Can anyone help me.

For some reason the function keys on my mac book changed, I restored them and now the shift keys have the function of showing the desktop and all windows.
I there a way I can restore the original function?You do not tell us what OS version you have. In OS 10.8.2, do this:
Apple Menu / System Preferences / Language and Text / Input Sources.
Select the language you want. Mine is set to Canadian English. -
HELP! I had iPhoto on my mac, for some reason it was not responding or damaged. down loaded a new version but can't find my photos. any ideas please. I thought once on the mac always on the mac.

What exactly is the problem - you say "it was not responding" - You downloaded a new version (what version)" -you can't find yoru photos" none of which is helpful
look in your applications folder - is there an Iphoto application there? If so get info and report the version
Look in the picures folder - is there an iPhoto library there? If so exactly (including exact error messages) happens if you double click on it?
what else can you tell us that might help us assist you?

My wife and I have separate AppleID accounts. Ever since she updated to the iPhone 5c, for some reason when she tries to update her apps, it comes up with my AppleID and asks for my password. I cannot figure out why this happening and how to fix this. Please help!
I have had this issue lately.
I can only put it down to using the one computer to update all our IPads for me and my wife.
Some of our apps, although downloaded from both our seperate accounts on our IPads, are the same.
However after plugging her IPad into the computer when my AppleID is on ITunes, I think something strange has happened and when she then tries to update Apps on her IPad and I try on mine it now asks for the others Apple ID password.
The only way I have found to counteract this is to update an app one at a time, if that app asks for your wifes password then delete it and then reinstall it.
That has solved it for me.

My laptop has been repaired and for some reason my library on itunes has been wiped. Didn't pay attention and synced my iphone so have lost all the tunes off that now too. Ipad still has all the music on, is there an easy and free way to repopulate itunes from the music on the ipad?

Hi,
My Firefox keeps crashing, seemingly randomly. It could be when I open a new page, or when just reading through a page of text.
I've tried starting in safe mode, doing multiple refreshes, reinstalling Firefox, and disabling redundant plugins like multiple shockwave.
Any help would be appreciated. I love Firefox, but this has been making it extremely frustrating to use.

Joshhi Josh, that looks like a crash triggered by your nvidia graphics driver in relation to hardware acceleration in firefox - please try [[Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL|updating the graphics driver]] for your model on the nvidia website, or in case this doesn't solve the issue or there is no new version available at the moment, disable hardware acceleration in the firefox ''menu ≡ > options > advanced > general'' (that setting will take a restart of the browser to take effect).

Firefox crashes when I watch a yt video after I click away from it when it is in full screen.
Whenever I enter full screen on any video (yt, and other video formats) it crashes everytime...EVERYTIME I click away from it weather it be on a different window windows task bar anything outside the video. It crashes even if I use shortcuts to get to a different window. Why is it doing this? I get no crash report my computer just freezes and then I have to go into task manager and end tasks and restart firefox. It is really annoying because I have 2 monitors and I can't do anything else without firefox crashing. Any help would be AWESOME! :)

Title pretty mutch sums it up. At youtube's html5 page Media source extensions and MSE & H.264 are not checked even though they were prior to this day(or atleast one of them was. My short term memory sucks). Now its back to having only 360p and 720p as the aviable resolutions. So i tried to search if mozilla changed something in the latest 36 beta 8 patch (which updated for me today), but didn't find anything. I Also tried to install 36 beta 7 but it didnt have any effect on the problem. So is the problem at Mozilla side (they changed something that i dont know?), or is just me? It all just seems so weird to me...

Last evening my daughter was sitting next to me and said "Mommy, look my IPAD is going black." Then it was completely black. Thought maybe power. Plugged into the charger. No charger connection sound. Took to the main house computer to see if I could connect to Itunes. It did not recongnize it and so I tried a restore. Restore error came up "1601". What should I do? I restarted the computer, changed USB plugs and ports connecting the IPad to the computer.

Something seems to be wrong with the device itself. If your device still has warranty on it, a repair or replacement would be covered.
I would take it into your nearest Apple Store, you can make an appointment online or walk-in...you just might have to wait.

I have just recently updated my Firefox and now when I try to get on firefox it just keeps trying to load and then says it has stopped responding. I have uninstalled it and then re-installed it, this didn't help. Now have to use Internet Explore cause firefox wont work!

Yeah, Firefox and Flash Player isn't a super stable combination on Windows 8.1 at the moment. We're collaborating closely with Mozilla to improve that, but that effort is going to happen over several months.
In the meantime, you might want to take a look at the other options. Microsoft invested a lot of time and effort into making the Flash experience on Win8.1 really good in IE, as did Google with Chrome. -
I can not open app store i have snow leopard but for some reason when i open app store it crashes
