Firefox crashes when using Adobe Flash

I am using the newest version of Firefox (5.0.1) and the newest version of Adobe Flash (10.3.183.5) without any other add-ons. For some reason Firefox keeps crashing when playing Flash. Anything from Youtube, Flash webpages, online games, etc. It's not just the Flash add-on that crashes, but the entire browser.
I have to force it to close it via Task Manager (Windows 7 Professional).
When looking at the crash reports (about:crashes), it says there are none.
I have tried restarting, uninstalling both add-on and browser and I have even reinstalled my entire operating system. Nothing has changed.
This is obviously not my fault. Please fix this.

Have you looked at the Knowledge Base articles [[Troubleshooting plugins]] or [[Using the Adobe Reader plugin with Firefox]]? There is some good information in there. You may want to try reinstalling the plugin as well or updating it if it is out of date.

Safari and Firefox crash when using Adobe Shockwave

Hi
I have done some research and it seems that this is an old problem but I haven't managed to find a solution. I am trying to watch an animation that uses Adobe Shockwave. I have run it on my old PC using explorer and there isn't a problem bit when i run it on my Mac it shuts down the browser and says there is an error with the IMLLib plug-in.
Does anyone know what this means?
I have uninstalled everything and installed latest versions of everything and still it kicks me out!!!
Any tips advice or info would be very much appreciated!

Problem is:
Flash Player for IE11 (which is the worst browser ever developed - BAR NONE) is a Microsoft product, when it comes right down to it.
Adobe writes the base code and yes, they do collaborate on updates for it, but the gang in Redmond alter the plug-in and add "proprietary" code before embedding it, and at that point it's "their baby".
There are two (2) registry keys - 1 for 32 bit IE and the other for 64 bit IE, as well as a KB patch that prevent all but the most experienced Windows users from ever touching the Flash Player plug-in for IE. So there's NO WAY you could have done a clean install of the ActiveX plug-in in Windows 8. Unless you're an uber-geek, you can only update it through Windows Update.
WIn 8 is an abomination and IE11 made it worse. IE has always been the "problem child" of browsers, failing to handle CSS, Javascript, some PHP and most design "tweaks" that good webmasters can use with other browsers, trouble free.
I have IE8 on XP, 9 on VIsta, 11 on 7, 10 on 8 and 11 on 8.1... but they're all for testing only. I'd have to be out of my mind to ever think of using IE as my primary browser. ActiveX controls have to be disabled formost stuff and that opens millions of security holes in IE.
You've got a good video card and a decent sound card. It's a shame to waste them on a pile of garbage like IE, just because it came with Windows.

Firefox tends to freeze and/or crash when using adobe 9 to make or save pdfs

When using adobe acrobat 9 pro, I have had the experience of Firefox freezing in a "thinking mode" or just straight crashing when printing a pdf of a web page, or even saving a pdf that downloaded. Sometimes, an error stating adobe acrobat plugin failed will load, but not always.

Firefox crashes when using Google as startpage

Firefox crashes and gives me a general error mesage that it had to close down for certain reasons.
This only happens when I use Google as my startpage.
If I use any other website as startpage all works well and I can go to Google from there and everything works.
In short: FF crashes at start-up only when using Google as starpage, I see the Google page very briefly and then FF crashes.
I would realy like any solution because I have always used Google as startpage and want to keep it that way without having to start with i.e. altavista and go to google from there.

A possible workaround for now is to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
*Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

Firefox Crashed when loading Adobe Plugin

I searched everywhere in the firefox forums about this problem and did everything recommended to no avail. Of course when I wanted to ask a question about my particular problem, I was redirected to a page for idoits who want to play farmville with their adobe flash plugin. My problem occurs whenever i want to watch a youtube video - i have uninstalled and reinstalled flash, I have downloaded the beta version, i have disabled my extensions and add ons, and i have even stared it in safemode. For awhile, uninstalling and reinstalling it seemed to work but the problem returned and now that wont work. This is frustrating me enough to consider switching to chrome.

How much would it cost me when using Adobe Flash?

If I were to develop an app through Adobe Flash (on Windows 8), how much would it eventually cost me to upload it to the App Store?

I would have a mac available (from a friend) if I only needed it to upload.
So to summarize:
* Develop .ipa file on Windows

Going to youtube crashes my browser; going to youtube with noscript on, and allowing the videos, does the same - as does using google talk's built-in video chat. I assumed something was wrong with Flash, but checking via about:crashes gives me nothing. I downloaded the flash uninstaller from adobe's website but now, when I try to get flash again, the program crashes. Maybe something's wrong with my PC, not with Firefox...but I simply have no idea.

Every time Firefox opened

When useing Adobe Flash in for example youtube. The player will get more and more delays when using the player tools untill firefox freezes for about 10 sec.

After freezing the player's delay will be reset to 0. I can replicate this "crash" by just moving my mouse on the youtube progress bar and see the delay building up. This only happens when firefox is my main window.

Firefox crashes when using youtube, soundcloud on x86_64 and nvidia

Hello everyone
For the past 6 months or so Firefox has been crashing on me and the only error I get is from dmesg saying:

Is this a hardware issue or maybe a flash issue? Because I did a fresh install of Arch about a month ago hoping to fix the issue and it hasn't solved the problem.
I'm not sure if it's caused by using youtube or soundcloud, but I think it's crashed a few times when I'm not using either of them.
Does anyone has any sugestiong for how I can debug or look deeper into what is causing this issue?
The only thing the mozilla wiki said was to look at the mozzilla crash reporter output, but that doesn't exist on 64bit

Firefox crashes when using Chinese (Taiwan) Phonetic Input

I am currently running Firefox 3.6 on Windows 7. Whenever I use the Chinese (Taiwan) Phonetic Input, Firefox automatically crashes at the point when I select the character from the drop-down menu. This is a recurring problem, not a random one. I now have to resort to installing and using Google Pinyin, which does not crash, but is less preferable for me. I have never encountered this problem before when running Firefox 3.6 on Windows XP.

i've got two iphone (one is 4S and other is iphone 4) both have the same issue on IOS 5.0.1 .
have to reboot to get it fixed for a day or two.
