I am using infragistics UltraWebListbar to display list of menu in one of my page.
It was working fine with the earlier version of the firfox. But it crashes after updating to version 12.
Following are the few details from the stack trace

Firefox crashes with error messages: plug-in container exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Details: Mod User 32.0.3.5379 Mod Name: mozallac.dl
Why does this constantly occur?'''[https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode Start Firefox in Safe Mode]''' {web link}
While you are in safe mode;
Type '''about:preferences'''<Enter> in the address bar
Select '''Advanced > General.'''
Look for and turn off '''Use Hardware Acceleration'''.
Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?
Then restart. -
Firefox crashed with no dialog box, none of my tabs were restored.
Firefox crashed with no dialog box. It just stopped responding and disappeared. When I re-opened it, none of my tabs were restored - just my homepage. I had about 10-15 active tabs that I was working on. I'm not too concerned about the crash, but I AM concerned about restoring my lost tabs. Some are old tabs (ie, months old but I still use them and go back to them), so I'd be digging through months of histry trying to find them or remember what they were.
See Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory > Open Containing folder
If you do not have a sessionstore file in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Firefox Profile Folder] then your crashed session is lost.
Session restore works more reliable if you choose Tools > Options > General > Startup: "When Firefox Starts": "Show my windows and tabs from last time"

Newest update to Firefox Crashes with BEX error code
Updated Firefox to newest version. Upon restarting Firefox it crashes with BEX error code. Deactivated all anti-spyware, removed all traces of Firefox and did a new re-install, and tried to open in Safe Mode but it still crashes upon start with same error code. (Firefox only runs on initial install but upon restart always crashes) Attempted to find an older version of firefox but can not find older version. I do not see any help related to the severity of my crashes. How do you fix the BEX crash?
When you started in Safe Mode*, did you get the Safe Mode dialog or Firefox never got that far? Did you ever get to your home page?
BEX = Buffer Overflow Exception or Data Execution Prevention (DEP) exception. DEP is a security feature that seeks to prevent exploits that inject program code into Windows memory. Firefox doesn't trigger this error on its own, but add-ons or external programs that tweak Firefox might.
Are you using any special configurations to run Firefox, such as virtual machines or sandboxing?
If not, it sound suspicious. You may want to run some supplemental scans. These two tools are highly regarded:
Malwarebytes Anti-malware : http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free
SUPERAntiSpyware : http://www.superantispyware.com/

Firefox crashes with Publisher's Clearing House sites
I play games with a couple of websites with Publisher's Clearing House. pchgames.com and pchlotto.com. They require a couple of plugins such as adobe reader and adobe flash. Now which of these plugins is causing firefox to crash I have no idea. Even with the latest version of firefox 13.0.1 it still crashes. The only way I can play games on both sites is through safemode which is such B.S. You people better have this looked at and get it fixed.
hello, thanks for providing the crash ids - those crashes are caused by the trusteer rapport software on your pc.
please look for an update of this software or report the issue to [http://www.trusteer.com/support/en/report-problem trusteer's support]
or for a short term solution stop the program in the win start menu > all programs > trusteer rapport > stop rapport or totally remove it from the windows control panel/programs section in case you don't depend on it. -
Firefox crashes after updating 8.0 - how to fix?
'''My firefox crashes (Cant open) as soon as I updated it to 8.0.''' I have tried safe mode and it still just launches for a half second and shuts down... it doesn't give me enough time to click on anything to troubleshoot. I do not want to delete Firefox as I have everything saved on it. This is a huge disruption to my business. I would be happy if at least I could save all previous information stored then re-install the software and apply all saved info, bookmarks and passwords.
upgrade your Roboform to version 7.6.3 and try

Continuous crash with two different versions of flash player
Have built my computer piece by piece and have Windows 8 as OS. Everything is compatible but Flash keeps crashing. I have tried to downgrade the version but that didn't work. It crashes with different things so I know it's not just one website or something. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that your Firefox seems to be crashing when you open it. Please perform the following steps to give us a crash report ID that helps us find out more about the cause of the crash.
#Press the following shortcut to get a Run window: [Windows] + [R]. This should bring up a window that contains a text field.
#In that text field, enter %APPDATA% and press Enter. An explorer window should open.
#From that explorer window, double-click on the ''Mozilla'' folder, then double-click on ''Firefox'' and then on ''Crash reports''. Double-click on ''submitted''.
#Now, you should see a list of files that contain reports. Go to ''View'' > ''Arrange Icons by'' > ''Modified'' to get the most recent files at the top of the window.
#Open the most recent 5 files with a text editor and copy the IDs.
#Paste each ID with '''bp-''' into the reply window on the forums.
Thanks in advance!

Firefox crashes with Knowledgebase Manager Pro
On a certain view in Knowledgebase Manager Pro (unfortunately you have to be logged in to the system to get to this view), Firefox version 10.0+ and now 11.0 crashes when trying to display the page. Have re-installed version 9.0, and Firefox is stable in this view. Please can you suggest how I can simulate the conditions for you (will not be allowed to send you login details for Knowledgebase).
This also happens on other users' computers (running Win 7).Ok, let's try a few things here:
Please read [[Firefox crashes|Firefox crashes]], which has some troubleshooting methods to determine what might be causing the crash and how to work around it.
Update your graphics driver. [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-upgrade-my-graphics-drivers https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-upgrade-my-graphics-drivers].
And, read through the [[Basic Troubleshooting|Basic Troubleshooting]] guide. Let me know if any of this helped you out a bit. -

Firefox crashes with an empty folder
Every time firefox crashes, it creats an empty folder in $HOME directory. Anybody has a suggestion? Thanks in advance.
What is the folder called?
Google doesn't report any similar bugs...
My FF from default repos v3.5.4 doesn't create any folders. Try 'pacman -Syu to upgrade to latest and greatest version'.
It crashing at all is a problem. Can you reproduce crashes consistently (there is currently a problem with bookmarking).
If the up-to-date version still has this problem, please submit a bug report to ArchBugs @ [urk]bugs.archlinux.org[/url] or the upstream mozilla bug tracker @ bugzilla.mozilla.org

Firefox crashes with NVidia 331.20 (Linux 64bit)
As the title says, Firefox crashes immediately upon opening when using NVidia's latest stable drivers (331.20). The last stable driver that Firefox works with is 319.60. This issue only afflicts Firefox. All other HW accelerated programs I've tried work. Anybody have any ideas on a solution?
Thanks in advance,

Segmentation faultThank you for your replies everyone.
mats_b_tegner's reply sort of solved the issue. I'm going to try to patch and compile Firefox as the current NVidia drivers provide needed functionality. Hopefully the devs will see fit to include the patch in future releases. -
Problems with Update Process Version
When I open old images in the Develop Module, I am given the opportunity to update Process Version to 2010. So far so good. If I upgrade images one by one, the update process works fine. If I try to update all filmstrip photos, I ge the following error message:
An internal error has occurred.
?:0; attempt to perform arithmetic on field '?' (a nil value)
If try to update process after selecting several images in grid view, I get the same error message.
I have also tried to "reset all warning dialogs" under Preferences/General, but it did not help.
I have installed LR3 in a MacBook Pro with OSX 10.6.4.
Any advice?Try changing your option for viewing changes in Before/After. There is a bug there (I'm pretty sure it occurs if you have it checked, but can't find it to verify right now)
