Firefox crashing and resetting it doesn't work

I have reset Firefox however it still continues to crash.

When I first try to put in the Duron instead of an Athlon 1333 Mhz (133x10), the board didn't boot at all.
Next time I'll reset cmos after installing cpu, hoping this will work.
In which way duron 1300 is a little bit different? Frequency :D?

Firefox crashes and i loose all my work. Help..
Firefox crashed every time i open it.. its very unreliable now as i have list my work a number of times now. It open and crashed and restarts and works fine. It crashed once after opening.. and it can crash after 2 mins or 1 hr.. random. i was in the middle of a bank transaction and it crashed.. so frustrating.. sadly have no other option other than to go back to ie.. this issue is with the new version 12 and 13. earlier never had these issues.
Did you check the Knowledge Base crash articles and tried the various suggestions?
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

''locking - asked & answered multiple time - moderator''Thats because the old installed version of googletoolbar has a file named install.rdf that declares the max supported version of firefox to be 4.0.
To fix this ,just open the install.rdf file with notepad and change maxVersion from 4.0.* to 6.* (see the image i've also uploaded)
Now, in order to find the correct install.rdf file do the following:
Go to folder : C:\Users\[your user name here]\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[sometext].default and search for the install.rdf file (im using windows 7)
Windows search will find many install.rdf files (one for each addon you have installed on firefox) so make sure that you find the install.rdf that has the line
Google Toolbar for Firefox
in it. For this install.rdf file just rename the max version as stated above , restart firefox..and vuala! Google toolbar is back! -
I don't have any idea where to change 'work offline'. Have never set it for that. just get me back to the previous version of Firefox.

I've been having this problem for a while now and I can't seem to fix it. Any time I log into any page, Firefox says not responding and I have to restart it. I have to run all of firefox in safe mode if I log out of my email or facebook. I've tried resetting FF and it still doesn't work.

Please explain what you mean by '''all of firefox'''. You're either running in the Firefox SafeMode or you're not. There's no "all" or partial SafeMode.

Sorry to hear about this problem. What site are you trying to log in on? Is it a Mozilla site? Usually you don't need to register or sign in to a Mozilla site to use Firefox. Usually you can just go straight to where you want to go.

My iphone 5 went into search mode and I can't place or receive calls or use the internet but my text messages work. Sprint had me do a master reset and my phone doesn't work at all now I can't get it past the activation. When using firefox, I can no longer open attachments, pdf or downloads. A new window will open and it is blank. The only way to open an attachment or pdf is to shut down firefox and use safari. Everything works with safari so I can't understand what went wrong with firefox. I even download adobe reader thinking that would help. I then deleted my original firefox and re downloaded firefox again. It still doesn't work.
I am using a 10.6 operating system on my Mac.Try to disable the Adobe Reader plugin in Firefox (Tools > Add-ons > Plugins) and use the external Adobe Reader application or Preview application instead.

To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.

I upgraded my 4S to a 5 on July 3. I had updated my back up to iCloud that morning (but it had also updated the night before). It did NOT restore from back up ANY games (I play one all the time and had a year and a half's worth of work in it!!!) But, I assumed it didn't do that, because it DID pull my contacts, though it didn't pull my email or my texts or anything. On July 13th I had to swap the 5 out for a new 5 because the first one was glitching. When I restored from back up this time (the date on it was July 12th) it pulled EVERYTHING!! I would like to try to reload the one from the 3rd to see if it will work now, but I hate to loose everything again! Can I load the 3rd's back up and if it doesn't work, RE load the back up from now? And even if I could do that, HOW do I do it?
This is my boilerplate respone for the "waiting apps" problem. Give these suggestions a try in order.
1. Tap the "waiting" icon and see if you can pause it. If it does pause, then tap it again and see if it will resume. If that works, repeat the same steps for each "waiting" icon.
2. Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
3. Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first.
4. If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
5. You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again. Apps may also be able to be deleted in Settings>General>Usage>Storage if you cannot get the X to pop up on the icon.
6. You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered.
7. If all else fails, download the updates or the apps in iTunes on your computer and then sync the content to your iPad. -
I built a new pop-up menu for my website using Spry in Adobe Dreamweaver. Because of some differences in .HTML and .XHTML
it took me days to get it right. I tested every variation in Firefox until it worked perfectly. Today, I installed the newest version of Firefox and now the pop-up no longer works. I changed the preferences in Firefox to disable to pop-up blocker and it STILL DOESN'T WORK...although an older style of pop-up menu (menu machine) which is no longer supported by Adobe, DOES WORK.

OP is using CS3 and the menu blog is talking about the menus
in earlier
versions of FW, so *most* of the points made in the blog
don't apply.
That's not to say that using CS3 pop-up menus is a *good*
thing....
