Firefox Crashing Windows Since Update

Question

Since updating FF on Windows 7 64, it starts not working ie. no websites will load. I try and close it and open again but it says an instance is already running please end it first. I go in task manager and try to end it but it wont end. I try to restart but it wont presumably because it can't end FF.
Is there some kind of error log I can post?
All browsers are being ruined. Opera used to be awesome before they switched to chronium. Chrome was always crappy. FF was perfect until latest cock up.

Hello,
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.
Note: ''This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.''
To clear cache and cookies do the following:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.
