Firefox doesn't show original text when replying an e-mail in Hotmail

Firefox doesn't show the original text when replying an e-mail message in Hotmail. It's not an account issue since I've tried the same with Explorer and the original text DOES show...

I thinks I figured this out. Highlights are treated like comments and are annotations attached to text rather than first-class objects n their own right. They are similar to PDF annotations.

Turn off selection of text when replying to message.

I have asked this before and received a solution but I am using a different computer now and I can't find the old answer. It was under tools/options/advanced. I want the entire message I am replying to included in the reply and not just any text that happens to be selected. (I wish this was possible for printing also but it wasn't the last time I asked.)
I am using TB 24.5.0 on Win 7.

Tools > Account Settings > Composition & addressing for the mail account
* Select: Compose messages in HTML format
* select: Automatically quote the original message when replying
* select: 'start my reply above the quote' or other option
if you have a signature:
* select: place my signature 'below my reply (above the quote) or other option
* select: include signature for replies
* select: include my signatur for forwards
* click on OK to save changes
There is the option to reply quoting only specifc sections of the email.
If you preselect/ highlight any text in the email and then use Reply, you are instructing Thunderbird to only quote highlighted text. This is also the same for printing.

Firefox doesn't display some text on certain pages.

I've noticed that on some pages, Firefox doesn't display certain text. I have the newest version of Firefox installed and my flash and java are updated. The text displays fine on Chrome and IE. Please see my example in the screenshots of the stevenson.edu webpage. Does anybody know what I can do to fix this problem or if there is some sort of plugin I am missing to display certain content? Thanks.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.
Note: ''This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.''
To clear cache and cookies do the following:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.

My BB is Z10, Email protocol is Exchang ActiveSync.
Garbled text when reply chinese content email, But preview is normal, Just reply when will appear garbled.
English content email no this problem.

Where does this garbled reply appear - on your device? Recipients device? On a computer?
When you are typing your email, you are able to see it in Chinese?

What have you tried so far in terms of troubleshooting this issue? Are you plugging the iPod into a high powered USB 2.0 port on the back of your PC? Have you tried a different USB cable?
What happens if you try to reset the device with it still connected to the PC?

Show explanation text when cursor is set into InputField

Hi all,
I have a WDA component with a view that uses UI-elements Label and InputField.
The InputField has a explanation text. This explanation text is shown only if I´m moving the mouse pointer over the label (label is underlined). Is there a possibility to show the explanation when cursor is set into the input field?
We´re using SAP NetWeaver 7.0 with EHP 1 and SP 08.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just put the explanation text into tooltip propery of InputField. It will show the text when the cursor is moved over it.

Firefox doesn't show/display my addressbook within my hotmail account anymore. Cookies/Cashe has been emptied already, result is the same.

Firefox doesn't show/display/load my addressbook within my hotmail account anymore, it worked previously well, so has nothing to do with the change from hotmail to outlook. Since a week or so, I realized a slowness in loading my recently used addresses with opening a new e-mail, but it was still working from time to time. For a few days, it has been stopped working, complete addressbook doesn't load anymore, just displays the load circle in the middle of the screen, apart from that I have only a white page. Cache and Cookies already emptied/deleted, result is the same. No settings have been changed, but have the same issue with Internet Explorer, but it's working with Chrome. For testing, I deactivated my firewall and anti virus (Comodo), but the result was still the same. I would appreciate if I could get it working again here. Every suggestion is welcome here

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

Open Finder preferences, click on the General icon in the toolbar. Check the boxes for what you want displayed on the Desktop. Click on the Sidebar icon in the toolbar and do the same for what you want displayed in the sidebar.

A Couple ddays ago I noticed my phone started acting wierd like the white screen with the apple picture on it popped up when I was on the phone.. All my contact names were deleted, and hours later the names popped up again. Not today I noticed something that's really ******* me off!!!!! (Lol) when I check to have battery percentage on (it's green showing its on) but it doesn't show at the top, and when I back out of the setting and go back the battery percentage is off again! Having your device malfunction can certainly be frustrating. After reviewing your post, it sounds as though your device is experiencing multiple issues. I have located an article that can help with software issues. Have you attempted to restore the device to factory settings without restoring from a backup? Test the issue on a new installation, and make sure that it works. Then use the same article to restore from your backup to either verify it still works, or isolate the issue to the backup itself.

Text appears in the middle of the original message when replying

Has anyone had this problem? When replying to an email the reply message text appears right in the middle of the detail header of the original message. Here is an example:
Original Message:
From: Jane Doe
"Yes 2PM at Market Place works for me."
To: Tawnbi
Sent on xx/xx/2007, Friday, etc.
Hey! How about 2PM tomorrow at Market Place?
Okay. The text "Yes 2PM at Market Place works for me" was the reply. Why didn't it appear above the detail header to the original message? The rep at Apple Store in Chicago said he's only had one other customer with this problem. The email is being accessed through Outlook Web Access. Has anyone had this problem? If so, found a solution?

That folder with the question mark icon means that the MacBook can't find the boot directory. That can either mean it can't find the hard drive or the Operating System data on the hard drive is somehow corrupted.
Put your install DVD into the optical drive and reboot. As soon as you hear the boot chime, hold down the "c" key on your keyboard (or the Option key until the Install Disk shows up). That will force your MacBook to boot from the install DVD in the optical drive.
When it does start up, you'll see a panel asking you to choose your language. Just press the Return key on your keyboard once. It will then present you with an Installation window. Completely ignore this window and click on Utilities in the top menu and scroll down to Disk Utility and click it. When it comes up is your Hard Drive in the list on the left?
If it is then click on the Mac OS partition of your hard drive in the left hand list. Then select the First Aid Tab and run Repair Disk. The Repair Disk button won't be available until you've clicked on the Mac OS partition on your hard drive. If that repairs any problems run it again until the green OK appears and then run Repair Permissions.
If your hard drive isn’t recognized in Disk Utility then your hard drive is probably dead.

When using firefox beta can not enter text into reply areas on forums.

When visiting vbulletin type sites, the firefox beta will not enter text into the message reply text box. Seems to be only a problem on honeycomb os.
