Firefox dont show any preview, so i cant print.

Use "File" on the menu bar then "Print Preview", or
press the red "Firefox" button, then "Print" then "Print Preview"
Print Preview is all or nothing no such things a previewing a selection.
Was there a Print Preview button before.
The keyboard shortcut for Print Preview was reassigned to "Private Browsing".
I'm on a PC and don't do much printing anyway, but there is no requirement to first preview before printing, and don't think a Mac would require print preview first either.

I know what this is. This is a third-party CF isn't it?
Some third-party CF contains an auto-execute, proprietary software that are hidden.
If this is indeed a third-party CF, then use the router to format the CF.

Firefox closes(dont show any message) when I open it.

I always use Firefox. But now, when I open it, the Firefox starts. It's normally. But after 2-3 seconds, the Firefox closes, and it's don't show any error/crash messages. Please help me I don't like the Google Chrome and I hate the IE so help me!

That is a problem with the Skype extension (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions).
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

I dont have any printers listed so cant add one?

This printer I have has been working for over 2 years but now cant find it in list and infact I dont have any listed? Check network as using wireless every thing is fine anyone have an idea what I need to do?

I'm not at all familiar with HP; I do know that when I updated to Mountain Lion, it took me 4 hours for my printer to be recognized. So, hopefully, someone else will have an easy/better idea - once you have it working via USB, make sure your WiFi works, the router is on, and try it again after unplugging the USB.

Inline (CID) Images in eMail dont show any more

I get 4-5 bussiness status emails every day with many cid attached images in them.
This are about 2MB images via email every day.
I got this emails since years.
Some weeks ago the (CID-)images stoped from showing inline the HTML-mails.
They now show as tiny grey squares.
I had this effect with iPhone 4s and iPad2.
Receiving the emails with Outlook, the mail was perfect with all the images.
Colleagues getting the same emails. They can see the images after waiting for some minutes!! (Not seconds).
I restarted the devices - no change.
Question:
Is there any counter,memory or something else witch can be reseted to bring the images back "inline" my HTML Mails?

Before mp3 player became so in-depth, it was enough to just have the artist & title displayed for the file. This has changed with the current software capabilities, it is more important to have the "tags" correct for the player to recognize them. This helps you get the most from the player. Here's one way to correct missing/ unorganized tags. Realize that this can be a lengthy process, depending on how many songs and how many are not listed correctly.
1. Open iTunes- go to your "Library"
2. Make sure that all of your mp3s are in this folder.
3. Using either the ctrl+click, or the click+shift method, select all the songs of a particular artist.
4. right-click, select "get info" & go to the "Info" tab.
5. Now click the pertinent box for the songs and type the relative info into the corresponding field.
6. click "okay"
This is just something you have to play with, don't be afraid of the tabs, spend some time figuring it out and you'll speed up the process for future files.

Download dialogue box does not show any downloads so I cant install new version

ITunes 11 applications options dont show any aplication

iTunes 11 disappeared with my applications buyed or donwloaded, like itunes 10. No shows or updates (already have a 1 to do today).

I had this problem for a long time and I finally found a fix!
Open iTunes, and then click View -> Show View Options. And of course, you can't get to the window no matter what you do, even though it shows up in the task bar, right?
Leave iTunes just like it is. Then go to your desktop, right click, and click screen resolution and change it. Let the resolution change and then just let it automatically change back to your previous resolution and you're done! The View Options window should now be accessible.

Creative cloud dont show any icons

i have a problem with Creative cloud if i run the program the window show up and its loading something but after that it looks like that. and i can't fix that problem (using windows 7 home premium)

Library doesn't show any previews. Greyed out.

I'm working on a G4 with all my shots on an extension hard drive. Importing works OK and I'm able to save shots in folders and collections but my Library is greyed out even though its telling I've got 300+ shots in the database. This making accessing shots more difficult and I know it was OK when I first started to use it.
Can anyone help?

I had a similar experience following converting my files to dng the only difference being that only one file was grayed out. I clicked on this file and then from the menu chose export xmp data to file which solved the problem. It might be worth you having a go but in your case selectng all the files. Quite why this happens I've no idea, and it's a pain in the butt :-(

Preview does not match printing

When I print a pages document it often leaves out graphics or text boxes. I check to make sure photo is in front and even delete photo and re position it. The image shows in preview but does not print. I sent the document as a PDF to a PC and the image printed correctly.

You're using one of the built in color setups for Photoshop, so no big deal there. Since you have your monitor properly calibrated and profiled, ColorSync shouldn't be having an issue handling the difference between the image's color space and your monitor's. Questions though. Is the image RGB? Does it have an embedded profile? If so, is it Adobe RGB 1998? I'm assuming that it does since that's your working RGB color space in Photoshop.

By preview, do you mean the Preview button on the print dialogue box at the bottom left next the the PDF button? I'm guessing yes since I can produce the same kind of result. It's a bit hard to explain, but I'll try.
I took a simple grayscale image and made it RGB. I then did the same thing you did. Left image is Photoshop handling color for an Epson Stylus Pro 4000, using a profile I made for a DuPont paper. Then clicking the Preview button when the print dialogue comes up. Right image is letting the printer handle color and clicking Preview. The result is below.
Believe it or not, there's nothing wrong. Photoshop (more accurately, ColorSync) is showing you what it had to do to the pixel color values to adjust for how the inks perform on the chosen paper. The end result, with proper profiles, is that the printed image looks like what you see in Photoshop regardless of how it shows in Preview mode. The Epson driver doesn't make this visible cue even though you've turned ColorSync on there, so it simply shows you the same thing you see in Photoshop, even though it's making the same adjustment to the pixel color values.
You should get essentially the same final output no matter which way you print the image.

Firefox 21 is not showing theme preview images

In Firefox 21 for Mac OS, there is no longer any preview image, which is usually a little screenshot of the left end of the toolbar, shown for a theme when you click the "More" link to get more information about the theme. The only image there now is the theme icon. Where did that preview go and why is it gone? The preview images are still in the .jar files in all the themes I have, so they are still available.

Try to delete the addons.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder.
You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:

It is also possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
Delete the extensions.* files (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

If you see disabled, not compatible, extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left end side of the Search Bar ("Find Updates" button in older Firefox versions) to check if there is a compatibility update available.

Prev "previewed" files in 10.6 dont scale via "show icon preview" function

1. use DropIcon 3.0.2 under a lower version of OSX than 10.6
2. import your "preview built" files into 10.6 (notice also that files that have a preview built into them are larger in file size than the same file which doesnt have it)
3. scale a folder full of images to for example - 180 px squared
4. notice that 10.6 cant build a new preview based on the new size
how to "show icon preview" files which have been previously "preview built" by apps like DropIcon 3.0.2 ?

You may not think of icons as 512x512, but Apple now does. The transition started in Leopard, and is now complete--pretty much all of Apple's icons will now go to 512pixels in the various and sundry places they are displayed, from window views for Icon, CoverFlow, and the preview pane of Column view, to the GetInfo preview, to Spotlight results displayed in icon view.
As to your own custom thumbnails: if, as mentioned previously, you used Photoshop with the option to save a custom thumbnail, or you used a dedicated program to save a custom thumbnail for an image file, then those custom thumbnails were added to the image file as a resource fork. WAY back such custom thumbnails were 32x32 pixels. In the more recent past they were 128x128. Indeed, that is still the size used by Photoshop when it adds a custom thumb.
If the Finder is displaying any view that shows a preview of the file it will either display the custom thumb that is part of the file, if one is present, or draw its own preview if no custom thumb is embedded in the file. And if it uses the custom thumbs they will NOT scale upwards in any pretty way, beyond whatever their original size was--they'll just get pixalated. The advantage, if you don't need to be able to scale up to 512, is that the display of a folder full of images with custom thumbs is instantaneous, while a folder full of images without custom thumbs may take a noticeable amount of time for all of the previews to be drawn (you can see them appearing as you scroll the folder). The disadvantage to custom thumbs, as you have discovered, is that they don't scale well. If you want to be able to scale the preview thumbnails in various Finder views, you need to remove the custom thumbnails you have added, either via the save option in Photoshop, or with your third party program. You can't tell Finder to ignore them: if they are present Finder assumes you want it to use them, rather than its own preview function.

Double-click your hard disk icon. It is usually named "Macintosh HD":
Look for this folder:
If it appears in that window, drag it to the Trash.
