Application Error Ox6bea400c referenced memory at Ox702b2260 that memory could not be read. This just recently started happening and only appears when I'm shutting down windows.

When I open Firefox I get the following error: firefox.exe application error - The instruction at 0x02c38690 referenced memory at 0x02c38690 - The memory could not be written - Click on OK to terminate the program.
If you click on OK it closes Firefox - You can not reopen Firefox until you reboot the computer. Then it starts all over again.

I get firefox.exe Application Error memory could ot be read, instruction 0x10008d37.
When I first open firefox, a window opens in the center of the screen. The title of the window is firefox.exe-Application Error there is a red circle with a white x on the left side of the box. Written in the box is: The instruction at 0x10008d37 referenced memory at 0xfffffff. The memory could not be read. then it gives two choices. Click on ok to terminate the program or Click on cancel to debug the program. Cancel and ok shuts down firefox. If you move the box out of the way, you can use firefox to surf the net.
Thanks for the advice. I am afraid I may have bigger issues than my initial problem. I have not been able to load Firefox 8. It will go through the initial steps, then stop, without completing the update. I will try again after i figure out how to get 8 loaded.

A program White Smoke was loaded into this unit about 3 month ago and a popup to buy started appearing 1 week ago. I unistalled the program and i found virus that was removed.
The unit will not allow a system restore also.You do not need to start Firefox to disable the Java Quick Starter, you can do that via the Java Control Panel (Control Panel > Java > Advanced)
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

When I go to open up Firefox, it does not open no matter what I try It just pops up this box that says Firefox.exe - application error.

Since downloading Ff4 when closing the program I receive this error message;

My parents asked me if i could speed up their pc.
Hence, i removed stuff like MSN (they don't use it) and i installed firefox.
My own 3 pc's all run FF and never have any issues.
But my parent's pc...
Every time i close FF i get the following message:

I've tried safe-mode, updating plugins and more.
However no one has ever had this error (or it seems like it).
So, is there anything else to try???

I get this message when I try to launch Firefox. It just started randomly and I am at a loss.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but same message. Firefox won't even open.Usually someone has been down the track before and occasionally they post some useful details which may help others to investigate and/or eliminate factors in their particular case.
This AccessibleMarshal.dll error seems to have a long history --- posts from 2006 with early Firefox versions had issues similar to yours.
