Firefox flash plug-in constantly freezing/crashing
For the past 5 months now my Firefox has been crashing every time after every couple of hours. Ive tried the main solutions of updating flash, fresh install, disabling, wiped the history/temp files etc. I'm at a complete loss here as to what is causing this crash :S

As i stated in my first post ive updated flash, uninstalled completely from my system, reinstalled a fresh new copy and yet it still crash's, shortly after i posted it crashed on me again.
All my drivers are up to date, also ive already done all those steps that you have listed and yet it still ends in the same result, plugin has crashed.
I'm actually getting quite fed up with this crashing, Iv'e researched it quite a bit an yet still no results to the point that Im now thinking of changing browser now as nothing i do fixes the problem.
PS: as i typed this flash plugin crashed again which makes it 3 times now withing 3 hours, crashing on the hour.

Live View Won't Start - Firefox flash Plug In
Everytime I try to start Live View I get a message saying 'Flash Plugin was not found. To view Live View install the Firefox Flash plug in from www.adobe.com. I click on the link and install the plugin but I still get the same error message.

Wer kann mir verraten, wo genau dieses Plug-In auf der Adobe-Seite herunterzulagen ist. Meine bisherige Suche war leider vergeblich. Ich hoffe, mir kann da jemand behilflich sein.

Firefox flash plug in crashes when playing farmville
My flash plug in crashes often when playing farmville. i usually click ok to submit a report. mozilla must have thousands of crash reports from me. i have done everything i know to do to resolve the issue. so far i have cleared out cache, cookies and history. i also keep all software and plug ins updated. i also do frequent spyware and virus scans. i just dont know what else to do. nothing has worked so far.
You can check for problems caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and possibly downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3.

Flash plug in failure – player crashes in Safari
Having just updated to Adobe Flash Player 13 (from the v.12 plug-in) I am now unable to play video/audio in Safari without a plug-in failure and it crashing! I have the same issue in Firefox too. I have checked everything obvious within settings, reinstalled the Flash player, even trying going back to the previous version, but nothing works. I've even reinstalled OSX, repaired the permissions etc.. but no joy.
If anyone can point me to a possible fix it would be much appreciated. The most recent crash report is here...

If Back-to-My Mac is selected in System Preferences, the Guest account will not work. The intent is to see if it is specific to one account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
If the problem is still there, try booting into the Safe Mode using your normal account. Disconnect all peripherals except those needed for the test. Shut down the computer and then power it back up after waiting 10 seconds. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the shift key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. The boot up is significantly slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a directory check, and disables all startup and login items, among other things. When you reboot normally, the initial reboot may be slower than normal. If the system operates normally, there may be 3rd party applications which are causing a problem. Try deleting/disabling the third party applications after a restart by using the application un-installer. For each disable/delete, you will need to restart if you don't do them all at once.

Flash Plug-In Corrupt Version Crashing Websites?
This problem is related to some other threads, but it contains a separate issue.
I use Win7, and Flash Player has been crashing websites with vide content on both Internet Explorer 9 and Firefox. Firefox confirms that a Flash Player Plug-in crash is the culprit. A good webpage to test this at is http://www.economist.com/news/business/21572172-why-investors-frontier-markets-need-someon e-show-them-around-guide-africa. The page initially loads very quickly. Then, half a minute later when an embedded video tries to load, Explorer hangs, while Firefox identifies the offending plug-in and disables the video.
I have followed all available advice on the forum on the plug-in crashing, including Chris' video tutorial on YouTube. So I have used the Adobe uninstaller, loaded a new version of Flash, separately loaded the last archived 10.3 version, updated hardware drivers etc. None of this has worked.
I have now stumbled upon something else that may not be helping, and ask for someone's help please...
When I uninstall Flash using the uninstaller, the Adobe site (http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html) confirms that I then have NO Flash Player installed. However, there still remain two 'standard' icons on my Programs and Features list:
- Adobe Flash Player Plugin 10/10/12 6MB 11.4.402.287
- Adobe Flash Player ActiveX 9/10/12 6MB 11.4.402.287
I cannot delete these entries above even if I try through the Registry using instructions available on the internet. It says permission denied even though I am the computer administrator. And when I reinstall Flash Player - either the latest version or the last archived 10.3 version - this doesn't appear on my Programs and Features list. Instead, the above two entries remain exactly as before - with the same icons and same date etc. This is even though a new Flash program is loaded and working.
Are these two entries corrupted versions? I cannot now remember, but they may have come about because I tried to uninstall Flash last year before I heard about the Adobe uninstaller. But, even then, the uninstaller should be able to budge them now, and allow any new version to show up on the Programs list. Lion 10.7.2 Constantly Freezing Crashing on MacBook Pro
I am at my wits end! My MacBook Pro (MacBookPro2,2 2006) is constantly crashing and/or freezing. Everything was perfectly fine until I installed the 10.7.2 update. Then things started to get progressively worse. Now I can't go 15 minutes without the system freezing up or crashing. It crashes 20 times a day or more and is completely unusable at this point. I really need to get work done and don't know what else to do.
It doesn't seem to matter what applications are open. I thought at first maybe it was Safari or Mail but I've had it hang or crash with just the Finder open. Sometimes it just freezes up yet, if iTunes is playing music, the music will continue to play in the background but you can't interact with anything. Sometimes the mouse pointer will still move and sometimes it won't. Sometimes I'll get the spinning beachball of death. Other times it will just instantly restart on its own. A couple times the screen just rolled to grey then died. I never get a crash report that I can post or send to Apple.
I am very technically proficient and have done absolutely everything I can think of at this point including:
* Resetting PRAM.
* Repairing disk permissions and running a disk check
* Ran TechToolPro and everything came back OK.
* Updated all software and removed any weird kernal extensions.
* Unhooked any attached peripherals.
* Tried different networks or switching to wired ethernet.
* Logged in with Shift key down so no extra software loaded.
The ONLY thing that seems to work is starting up in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key at boot. Which is what led me to think that maybe some rogue kernal extensions were to blame but I removed all but the blessed Apple extensions. Safe Mode loads only the most basic system software so is not very usable. The fact that it runs OK here makes me believe it must be a bug in Apples 10.7.2 update but who knoes what part since so much of the OS is not loaded in Safe Mode.
I've also tried running Apple Hardware Tests (AHT) but can't get it to run for the life of me. I followed another postwhere we copy the .diagnostics folder into /System/Library/CoreServices from the original software discs that came with the computer but holding down the "D" key on startup still doesn't invoke the tests. Won't run off the CD either. I get some weird circle with a slash through it. Going to take it in to the Genius Bar tomorrow and have them run the hardware tests. I'll report back after but I don't feel too sure they're going to have a good answer.
A side issue now is that, after all this, my MacBook Pro takes over half an hour to boot each time. It appears to be doing a Safe Boot no matter what even though I don't hold down the Shift key at startup. I always get the progress bar under the Apple logo and I think it is doing a fschk each time. But when it finally comes up it's not actually in Safe Boot mode. It never used to do this and I can't get it to stop. With all the crashes and now this incredibly long startup each time I'm about to throw this thing out the window.
I've read hundreds of other posts across the Internet with like experiences but no good answers. A lot of people seem to think it is an Nvidia graphics card related issue or a discrete graphics issue but my older machine doesn't have swithable graphics and it's card is ATI. But I do sometimes get strange graphic artifacts on the screen before it crashes and some Apps have lines through their interfaces so I'm wondering if the latest system update screwed up graphics drivers?
I'm posting here in the hopes that someone, anyone, can help me!!! I think Lion 10.7.2 has serious bugs and is one of the worst updates Apple has ever released.

The other day, I was promted by Adobe to upgrade my flash player. After that, llife has been hell.
It crashes every single time in Firefox or any browser. Honestly, I have tried everything. I installed/uninstalled different versions. I also play League of Legends which uses Adobe Air but for some reason I can't uninstall/re install Air.
However, somehow yesterday it all started working properly again. I could launch League of legends with no problems and flash player did not crash any more!
But here I am today, after rebooting my PC from yesterday, everything is wrong again...Tried install and reinstall but i'm still screwed.

This is right after installing flash for the 543269th time. Firefox crashes and I get the "Plugin Container for Firefox.exe" in the task manager. The only way I can re-gain control of the browser is by killing this process, and then this happens:

I updated my GPU drivers, installed java, flash for IE (Activex) and even old flash versions. But I am still with problems.

G4 Model 8570 constantly freezes/crashes
A while ago I aquired a G4 Model 8570 at an auction. Ever since I've had it, it would freeze or crash. I maxed out the RAM, thinking this would help. As time went by the problem worsened.
Reinstalling OS X was a nightmare. I tried to do so without erasing my disk. However, during installation it froze. Apparently this created a problem with the computer as it would no longer boot up. After many hours, installation was finally successful, and indeed, I had to do a complete disk erase for installation.
When OS X and the updates were installed, it seemed to be running better at first. However, it is back to its old tricks. It doesn't seem to matter what application I'm running.
Any ideas of why this computer does this and is there anything I can do?
Thanks.The multiple language screen indicates you are getting a kernal panic, which is usually caused by a hardware problem - frequently RAM or a USB device. When trying to troubleshoot problems, disconnect all external devices except your monitor, kbd & mouse. Do you experience the same problems? OS X is "pickey" about RAM quality. Where did you buy the newly installed RAM? If it was from a Mac supplier, remove the RAM that was installed when you got the Mac & just run on the new RAM. Have you looked at the Panic Logs?

IPhone4 constantly freezing & crashing to to boot screen
Hey folks,
Think I've got a lemon here, but was wondering if anyone else was experiencing simaler issues...
Since I got the phone, it's been freezing up and/or totally crashing to the reboot screen for no apparent reason. First time it happened, I had set an alarm on the clock, alarm went off & I turned the alarm off and put the phone down. Went back to it 10 min. later and phone was completely shut off. (And yes, I'm positive I did not turn it off, and no one else touched it, lol.)
A few hours later, I tried to send a simple txt msg, iPhone crashed to boot screen again. Rebooted phone, everything was fine again for awhile, tried the txt again, and it went through ok.
After that, I'd be using random apps on the phone for awhile, and it would freeze up or completely crash and shut off, and automatically launch the Apple logo boot screen. Sometimes the little spinning icon thing would appear over the Apple logo and just freeze up again. I'd have to hold down the home & wake buttons to force it to reboot again. Sometimes that would take 2-3 tried before the phone would fully boot up. So I did a restore from scratch and everything seemed to work ok for a few hours...
Then it started again - just random freezes and crashes to the boot screen w/ Apple logo. I thought maybe a particular app may be causing problems, but cannot trace to any one specific app... happens at random, in many different apps. I also tried killing everything in the multitasking "drawer", but still have problems.
On Saturday afternoon, problems started again with the crashing, so I restored again for a 2nd time... didn't load any 3rd party apps, just the Apple stock ones. Used the phone for a few hours and crashing started again, for no apparent reason. As it stands now, when I try to launch the App Store or iTunes apps, they start to launch for a second, then automatically quit and close.... what the??
So what do you think it is? Just a defective phone?
Like I said, I've restored it twice now, set up as "new phone" each time, etc. Problems happening both with 3rd party apps installed, and also on a fresh restore with only stock apps. Blows my mind.... otherwise, phone is perfect - no screen or antenna issues.
I've made an appt at the Genius bar for Sunday, I'm hoping they just replace the phone and don't ask me to restore it again... Hope that they even have some replacements left!Yeah, I thought it was iOS4 at first too, or a rogue app that was causing the problems, because it kind of made sense, right? But I also installed iOS4 on my 3GS and there have been no problems at all with it.
I went to see the Genius Bar, the tech looked it over, and after I explained the problems, he let me exchange it for a new one, absolutely no hassles at all. The tech didn't seem too shocked at all when I told him the problems I'd been having, it was quickly determined that the phone was indeed defective. He hooked it up to a Macbook and ran some kind of diagnostics program on it so the results could be sent to the engineers. Asked me if I would mind if they called me to further describe the issues, I told him no problem at all.
Funny thing is, when they gave me the new iphone and took it out of the box, it had a deep nick in the center top of the metal band. I pointed it out and they gave me yet another iphone right there on the spot.
So the new phone I have now seems to be ok... been using it for about 11 hours with no problems at all, I'm syncing it for the first time in iTunes as I'm writing this and it seems to be going ok. -
iPad constantly glitching/freezing/crashing/parts of screen unresponsive - time for a factory reset OR a trip to the Apple store???
My son has nothing but problems with his iPad Mini. It is less than a year old and it constantly freezes/crashes/glitches and parts of the screen are unresponsive. This happens while playing games, watching movies, surfing the net etc etc
The iPad has been in a heavy duty Survivor case from day 1 and has been very well taken care of - so I don't think it's a damage issue
I have tried numerous resets (just holding the 2 buttons) and have disabled every feature on the iPad that might be causing memory/RAM issues (?) all to no avail.
I haven't tried resetting to factory settings as I don't want to lose all the data on the iPad (mostly his game achievements and Minecraft maps that he has worked so hard on!!!)
SO - any suggestions:
1) Take it in to the Apple Store - I have never gone to Apple over an issue, is this possibly covered by warranty???
2) Factory Reset - If I do this can I save all his game achievements/data???

My Adobe Flash plug in is still crashing. I first attempted the Update Flash. It worked for a day before it started crashing again. So I went back to the page and attempted the 2nd solution of downgrading flash to 10.3. Again it worked for a day or two but now is giving me the same issue. I am getting extremely frustrated.
Thank you. I uninstalled both and reinstalled 11.5. It is working currently. Hopefully it will continue!

Firefox constantly freezing due to issues with Flash. Please help.
I was running the firefox 20 beta (and have been for a while) when in the last few days, suddenly any time I tried to open any site that used even the slightest amount of flash, the browser would freeze for minutes on end before finally releasing a "plugin error" type message about Shockwave Flash. If i clicked 'continue' it would stay frozen. If i clicked 'stop script' then sometimes it would fix it, but most of the time it would keep freezing and showing that same message over and over until I stopped the process in task manager.
First I tried to update flash and shockwave- both are up to date. So i decided to delete the files themselves and the programs via add/remove and reinstalled them. Still did not fix the problem.
Next I tried to do a reset firefox to default state. This didn't work. I tried doing it again with the flash files deleted/uninstalled AND I rebooted the computer and the problem still persisted.
Finally, I tried to downgrade to a more stable version of firefox, so I downloaded 19 and it still didnt work. Tried the uninstall/re install for flash one more time and nothing.
At this point, I cannot access about half of the pages I usually go to on the web and I need help here, please anything will do.
One thing that I noticed that might be helpful is that no matter how many times i uninstalled or reinstalled flash, every time it would try to run, task manager would show two instances of it, each using different amount of memory.

If there is any solution short of a total wipe it would be greatly appreciatedhello, maybe it's an issue with the protected mode in the flash plugin - you could try if [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/flash-113-crashes#w_solution-2-downgrade-to-flash-10-3 downgrading to flash 10.3] (which is still supported) or [http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1018071#TemporaryWorkaround disabling protected mode] makes a difference.

I have updated Adobe flash plug-in more than once, but it continues to crash. It always does it right in the middle of a game or something I'm playing. Now, I pay real money to play these games so that I can purchase certain things, so this is now frustrating me. If it's firefox that keeps adobe crashing please let me know so that I can go back to using internet explorer.'''bold text'''

You have a different problem. Your screenshot shows "The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed".

Safari and Firefox keep crashing... Should I remove my Flash plug-in ?
I have only had my iMac since feb. 2008 and I have already had to take my computer back to fix the hard drive after only 1 month of having it.. I thought it was fine until yesterday , I got on my computer and it kept "crashing" on Safari and Firefox.. I was told to check my flash plug-in , but being very new to the mac world I have no idea how to do so.. I am ready to throw my mac out the window or sell it !!! I loved being on it but if I am going to have problems like this I don't want to deal with it..
Should i remove Quicktime that was on the computer when I bought it ? I am totally lost and any help will be greatly appreciated !!!
I don't want to "mess" up my computer , people say I can't but after the first problem with it, I am "afraid" to do anything to it...

Welcome to Apple discussions.
Since your Mac is still well within warranty, I would take it in to an Apple store and have them fix the problem. There are troubleshooting things that i could suggest, but there is no sense wasting your time hunting for a problem that Apple can shoot much easier (the problem could be either hardware or software).

They downloaded and installed but not as ringtones but as music and I can't move them to ringtones no matter what I try! I download the rintones from iTunes.

Niconnect Unsuccessful...error in sm21
Hi all, Rcently i installed application server to my Ci server. in Ci server in sm21 it is creationg logs like Niconnect unsuccessful, >host KBXSBUA service :sapgw01. in sm51- if i double click on new server, it won't show work process. but this fu
