Firefox freezes on sites into which I enter info, like survey sites and especially facebook. On a particular survey site, I filled in the dots for how much I like or disliked their product. After I was done, my firefox screen went grey and my computer became unresponive. I had to shut it down via task manager. The biggest problem is with face book. If I write long messages then I am okay... most of the time. It's inconsistent. But the result is usually a grey screen and I must follow the procedure above. I tried the same thing on myspace and oddly I didn't have this problem. Also, on facebook, while typing a message it will not scroll down when I get to the end of the page, such as this page just did now. Therefore I can't see what I'm writing at certain points. I recently reinstalled Vista Premium Home edition and then installed the newest version of firefox. Everything was fine til yesterday. So I reinstalled firefox and change my lag time to -1, but that didn't help either. Had a problem with adobe earlier too, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. It's possible that you are having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not caused by one (or more than one) of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode safe mode] (don't forget to select ''Disable all add-ons'' when you start safe mode). If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem.     Have you managd to sort this out yet? Happy to take a look and offer suggestions if you haven't...
    Immediate thoughts are that listing different products as attributes of designs (rather than lising the product, and selecting a design attribute) could mess up your freight charges as attributes will all share the same shipping weight and dimensions.
    Have you considered Product Grouping instead? Group all the products in a particular design. The drawback here would be that BC displays all products grouped together as one single product (with a dropdown selection to switch between options), meaning you would loose the ability to display catalogues of a specific type of product. The functionality seems to use ajax to reload the procuct when you select a different option so in theory you could probably use javascript to create your own product grouping.
    To display a link to the large product view use {tag_button,Your Text} inside your small product layout.
    There is a free tutorial on Kiyuco for overriding the default Poplet display to swap out the large image.

    Within iTunes > Store> Podcasts > News & Politics PRI (Public Radio International) seems to have a kind of 'subsection' or 'subcategory' to itself, which has its own hierarchy and - in the bottom half of the screen - a further subdivision of and for its various podcasts, and their episodes.
    I'm creating podcasts for my employer and need to do the same thing - so that all of our future podcasts can be grouped.
    How do I do create a group within the iTunes store environment into which I can put future podcasts?
    Is it in the XML I'm creating - or do I need to approach Apple?

    You can't. I asked Apple about the same thing just recently. These pages are created by the iTunes staff and are essentially "featured" podcasts. Much like the featured podcasts the content providers are selected by the iTunes staff based on a few criteria, mainly that you have to have 6 or more podcasts with content that they feel is of interest to listeners/viewers and is regularly updated. You can't request that they build one for you...you have to be selected. So create a bunch more podcast feeds, keep them updated and interesting and hope they find you.

    I have a stand alone SCCM server in my Lab. Now I need to install a CAS and add the stand alone SCCM site to the hierarchy.

    I am only using a single Domain account throughout the environment and SQL and SCCM has been installed with the very same account. 
    Stand alone site has been installed on the default SQL instance and I have created a named instance "CAS" for CAS installation on the very same SQL Server. The domain account has sufficient rights on the SQL and the Machine accounts have the local
    admin privileges both for CAS and stand alone and also on SQL.

    Got a new computer at work that is very locked down. I am running Firefox off my USB since they give us only IE 8 and a very locked down Chrome that has no access to extensions,
    At work (not at home), when I try to get into gmail, I get all these certificate errors. Granting exceptions doesn't work.
    Another problem is when I go to sites like this one, or like Linkedin, it is all text, no graphics. But when I use this same computer on my home network, there is no problem.
    Would appreciate if there is some setting I can change on this to enable access.

    On your work computer, you're probably behind a proxy server. When you make exceptions and proceed to a site, often you will get an incomplete page load because many sites now use multiple servers and the exception only covers the main one.
    Assuming that is the problem, you may be able to import whatever certificate IE and Chrome are using to get around this problem. (They both share the Windows certificate store.) In particular, there would be an master certificate that the proxy is using to sign its fake SSL certificates that you could export from IE and import into Firefox as an Authority. I assume this would work on a Portable version of Firefox, but I've never heard of anyone trying it.

    I have created Site 1 and Site 2. I have made both 'private' by having the same UserName but a different PW for each.
    When entering Username and PW for the second site I always go straight to Site 1. I have tried everything but still I go only to Site 1 every time.

    the two sites also have two different addresses:

    site 2: http://web.mac.com/USERNAME/iWeb/Site2Name
    you can choose which to come first when you enter http://web.mac.com/USERNAME by moving the site at the first position in the "site-organizer" in iWeb!

    I even got that message when I tried to post my question! It says that Firefox cannot verify a secure connection with mozilla, or whatever website I'm trying to visit, because the security certificate is not valid. It even gives the dates that the certificate will be valid, and the date shows that it is valid. So frustrating!! I have to "override" Firefox every time.

    I have the same problem but I've corrected the time on my windows clock and I still got the same problem. Do you know if there's anything else I can do?

Most of the time I have to go to task manager to close it and re-start. And almost always when I re-start it freezes for a second time and then I have to open it a third time.
