Firefox has stopped working, how do I fix it?

How do I stop my computer from saying "firefox has stopped working" I have tried resetting several times and this does not help, simple answer would be great as I am a pensioner and find it hard to understand sometimes.

When this happens, does Firefox display a small dialog allowing you to send crash information to Mozilla? If so, you can share the technical details of the crashes with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution.
In the following support article, the last section has the steps to open the about:crashes page and find the crash IDs. Then you can copy and paste those into a reply here.

Start PSE to get to the Welcome screen.
Hold down the Ctrl, Alt, and Shift keys and click Organize. Keep holding down the keys until you see the Catalog window.
Select your catalog and click Repair. Select “repair anyway” even if PSE doesn’t find problems.
Then for good measure, click Optimize.
If repairing resolves your issue then fine else repeat the above steps, but click New to create a new catalog. If you’re able to import photos into the new catalog and the Organizer works fine, then problem can be old catalog.
In that case you can try regenerating the thumbnails. Do Show All, Edit > Select All, and then Edit > Update Thumbnail.

I wish the issue was going to be as easy to identify as a system rollout! I know you must be extremely worried about having a brand new phone acting this way. Do you get this error message every time you're on a phone call? What kinds of actions prompt the error to pop up and how often is it happening? Share details so we can help find a fix!
Also, Verizon Wireless does have a 14 day worry free guarantee time frame I want to make you aware of. You would be able to exchange your current Note 4 for another of the same make/model at no charge within that time frame. Did you spill any liquids on your keyboard? If you are in the habit of eating and drinking while using your computer, the keyboard is probably dirty. Use a can of compressed air or a vacuum hose to remove the debris underneath the key. If that does not work, you may actually have a hardware issue.
If you Apple Care, call them and get a case number. Otherwise, take the computer to an Apple store or an AASP. Whichever is more convenient for you. Liquid damage is not covered under Apple's standard 1 year warranty or Apple Care.
NOTE: If you are out of warranty and purchased the computer with a credit card, discuss the warranty issue with the credit card company which you purchased the computer with. They are the only ones who can at this point cover the computer after it goes out of warranty with the manufacturer (Apple).
If you have Homeowners insurance, place a claim with them.

I have a program called commission killer that I have downloaded and I can't open it because it says compileBot has stopped working. It then tells me to either close the program or have Windows look for a solution and then it closes without any solution. I want to be able to use this program and yet I don't know what to do to correct this. I have deleted it closed the firewall and the security program AVG but that didn't work either when I redownloaded the program. Any suggestions>?

When I contacted apple they told me to uninstall an reinstall iTunes on the computer. That worked for allowing me to look at things but didn't solve getting back my stuff that just seems to b gone. :(

I have restarted my computer and still get this message

which is a 64-bit installer for the 32-bit version of the core application, similar to previous 64-bit releases.
Or roll back to the previous build:
iTunes 12.0.1.26 for Windows (32-bit) - iTunesSetup.exe (2014-10-16)

I upgraded to Firefox 4 and my toolbar didn't load, now Firefox won't start automatically saying a script has stopped working. how can I fix this?

Before Firefox will load I have to stop a script message that appears saying that the script for this page is either busy or stopped working. Once I hit stop Firefox will load as normal but without doing this step it will not load at all. Once it is loaded the toolbar has not been loaded and I am told to reinstall the toolbar but I have not been able to do so.

My iPhones earpiece has stopped working, How do i fix it?

Unfortunately my phone is now out of warranty, but i had the same issue about a month ago and sent the phone off to apple for repair. They promptly sent the phone back working and said that there was nothing wrong with it. So question is how do i fix it ?
Ive tried restoring it and resseting it and the ear piece still wont work.
