Firefox help written in cyrillic for some reason

I tried to access Firefox discussion communities, etc, and there is all sorts of cyrillic (I think) written on the page, such as this:

For some reason firefox has stopped loading the youtube site for me. I can watch videos other people uploaded to facebook for example, but cant get into the site. the explorer will load the site, so I've tried changing the proxy settings in my firefox as recommended in the help center, but to no avail. Also there was no update installed that I'm aware of, getting to youtube through any link will simply give me an error message saying the connection was reset while the page was loading.

I had trouble with youtube and cleared all history and cache. This cleared up the problem(s).

I don't believe firefox is the issue but for some reason pictures and certain websites will not load correctly. Why?

This just started happening a few days ago. When I go to facebook the pictures are distorted and nearly impossible to discern who is in them. I also go to many different websites that do not load correctly. Not sure if it's java, adobe, or something else but it makes browsing the internet not fun. HELP!

I have the same problem. It seems to be due to FireFox 4.0 being unable to load certain embedded content, which Firefox 3 was able to load properly.

How are you trying to import the files? Are you using the import from iphoto command? What happens if you export the photos from iphoto to the desktop and use from files and folders? Does it work that way?

HELP!!! For some reason i cant delete my iTunes.

I recently downloaded the new iTunes and it would not let me install it. It gave me a message saying that i was missing the "iTunes.msi" file. So i uninstalled iTunes and downloaded the new version. Now when i try to install it i get a message saying "The older version of iTunes cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group". Anyone have any suggestions?

for the kindle app try this
-download a free application ( sounds funny but it works 75% of the time)
-clear multi tasking but double tapping the home button and holding down a applicaiton tell it shakes and tapping the minus sign
for you not being able to find wifi. sounds like your phone isnt recongize your wifi
-reboot your router
-power phone off and on
-reset network setting that will erase your wifi password so make sure you remember that

The contacts that belong to your exchange accounts and your Google account will not sync with iCloud. If you want to sync these contacts with iCloud, you would need to copy them to the iCloud account and then disable contact syncing with these other accounts. (If you didn't disable contacts syncing with these accounts, you would see duplicates of these contacts on your phone -- one from the external account, and one from iCloud.) Go to Settings>iCloud, turn Contacts to Off, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (any iCloud contacts will still be in iCloud).

Use the app to back up the remaining contacts on your phone (from the other accounts) as a vCard attachment to an email that you send to yourself. I'm unable to clear my search history after many attempts with the firefox instructions as I'm unable to check the "Form and Search History" box for some reason

I've tried several times to clear my search history without any success. I've been able to do so in the past, but this is the first time I've tried in a while and for some reason it will not let me check the box for "Form and Search History." Then sometimes it will let me check that box, but when I click "ok" to apply the clearing of the search history, nothing happens and it still remembers all my sites. At that point I try to clear it again and its back to not letting me check the "Form and Search history" box (I've gone through this cycle a few times). I tried looking through some of suggested articles that Firefox sent me too, but I don't know much about computers and just doing the things they seem talking about isn't working either. Please help, thanks!

For some reason when I start Firefox, my pinned, unpinned, etc. Gmail tab shows the really old Gmail logo until I reload page, why?

The logo that started showing up yesterday is from like 3-5 years ago, so unless Gmail is going retro for some reason it doesn't make any sense. I suspected and tried disabling Gmail Watcher 2.18 and Stylish 1.4.3 add-ons, because I recently updated and installed them. This didn't help. Could add-ons even cause something like this?

This can be caused by a problem with the places.sqlite database file.

You need to create a DCIM directory off the root of the card, with the photos underneath it, and the photo filenames need to be exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension i.e. in a similar format as if a camera had created/written them. But a lot of USB memory sticks need more power than is supplied to the kit, so you may need a powered hub between it and kit.

Sounds like you have two problems there. One for Firefox and one for Thunderbird.

If Firefox opens up fine with no problems, it's probably one of your extensions that's causing the issue. You can re-enable your add-ons one by one until you find the one that causes the issue upon being re-enabled.
