I'm having trouble connecting to sites on Livejournal. After several seconds, I get nothing but a blank screen. Can this be fixed?

There are a number of reports from people with VW vehicles. Try removing the phone from the list in the car. Then, remove the vehicle from the list in the phone. Do a reset on the phone, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone reboots, put the devices into discovery/pairing mode and see if they will connect. Otherwise, you might do a search of the forum looking for issues with VW vehicles.

Having problems with connectivity on IO7

Since the most recent upgrade for my iphone, IO7.4 my connectivity is spotty. I live in the tampa bay area of Florida. Before IO7 my connection was very good with SPRINT LTE. Now it is much more sporadic. I read some of the SPRINT forums about this and a technician for SPRINT pointed to apple and said that there was a software glitch causing this problem. I have peformed a dial up exercise to update the carrier build from the SPRINT side. Now I am checking fromt the apple side... So what I notice is that my reception with Pandora drops frequentlu which never happened before IO7. Also with google a lot times I cannot get a connection. Can you advise? TY.

I'm sorry you are having issues with connectivity on iOS 7. Have you tried resetting you network settings? If not try going into settings->general->reset->reset network settings. See if that helps.

when I try to log on to WashGas homepage and/or its login page, a pop up window appears saying that firefox cannot certify authenticity on my connection as if there could be a problem with server connection, fraud ie a third party is trying to log in with my identity and/or other. i have a blackberry 9300 3g and i cant seem to be able to download the new device software (os6) since i have os5 in my device already. i have tried downloading using the desktop software but i keep on recieving errors about my internet connection. there is nothing wrong with my internet connection so far. i also recieved a download link from a member of this board as a solution but the link is for OS5 and not the new link OS6. can somebody help provide another solution by way of download link to OS 6 instead of OS 5 or any other solution deemed fit by the one providing the solution.

Firefox is having problems with google and google calendars

Two things: can't keep two separate google accounts functioning, one being their calendar used by a client to which we have access (client A), and the other a gmail inbox (client B).
The two accounts are unrelated but accessed from the same computer. When trying to refresh after appt setting for client A, google defaults to client B's calendar and logs me out of their gmail account.
Second hassle, incoming messages to the gmail inbox activates the scroll bar and takes me to the bottom of whatever page I am viewing on the net, or if I'm typing an email hangs the machine so I can't use the keyboard or swap between tabs.
I also have trouble with plugins so wonder where the problem lies?

Is anyone having problems with connecting to your car's Bluetooth Hands Free System since installing iOS 8.1?

I have an iPhone 4S and I just installed iOS 8.1. Now I am having issues maintaining my connection to my Car's built-in Bluetooth System. I have a 2013 VW Passat with the stock Fender, Audio, NAV & Handsfree System.
I can establish a connection, but lose it almost as fast. I'm wondering if something changed with my iPhone's Bluetooth settings with iOS 8.1. I never had any issues before upgrading.
I'm just wondering if anyone out there is having the same problem that I am having.

Whenever I go on Southwest Airline website, it does not work. I am having this problem since last month. Please help on this as soon as you can.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

HT6114 Is anyone else having problems with connecting to projectors on the OS X and windows partitions after this update?

I am using the thunderbolt port with an adapter for hdmi connecting to a 42" RCA tv from my mid 2012 MacBook Pro 15". I have confirmed that the adapter and the hdmi cable are perfectly fine. I can only connect to a projector on the OS X 10.92 if I keep the displays separate. As soon as I try to use the mirror feature I lose the visual feed. Sound will still go through however.
On my Windows 7 partition the OS can't even detect it is connected to an external display.

Firefox is having problems with print css

I have a website at http://matformannfolk.blogspot.no that I'm trying to make printer friendly. However, even though all other browsers I've tried work, Firefox does not. This is really strange as everything seems great if I emulate print media, but if I try to print the page comes out blank.
Anyone able to help me find the problem? It's really kind of annoying when the browser doesn't behave consistently, and I don't know how to debug the problem when everything looks ok in web developer tools.

Ok, turns out this was because of some printer issue. Used the trick to reset print settings and things are looking better :)

Hello, I have coded a website that contains php to delete a file. Here is my code:

As you can see, the code checks to see if the file exists, and if it does, it deletes the file or shows an error message if it can't. If it can't find the file, it shows the file not found error message. If I execute this script in IE, it will always work flawlessly, deleting the file and displaying the correct error message.
In Firefox, once in a while, I will get the "file not found" error message, but the file still gets deleted from the server. This is impossible with the way the script is written, as the file would never get deleted if that error gets displayed or vice versa.
The way the error is displayed is I have another line later in the page like this:
if($error){echo "$error ";}
I can reproduce it easily in FF but never in IE or other browsers.

I thought so, too, in re: caching. But the error never should have come up in the first place. Also, I can upload and delete the file over and over again. Most of the time the successful message is shown, sometimes the unsuccesful message is shown. Each time, the file gets deleted.
I've also set browser.cache.check_doc_frequency to 1 to try and recreate IE's "every visit to this page" setting, and deleted my cache. The error eventually comes back.
Let's just say that the error should never be seen unless someone goes in there and manually deletes the file via FTP or something, which is why it was added in the first place. The file is (normally) always there. It's almost like FF is ignoring the if/else and just running through it in sequence: checking if the file is there, deleting the file, and then maybe setting $error until it gets to the last one.

Someone is having problems with connection on Mac Mountain Lion? I did a clean install and the connection is unstable.

Have you tried to reset your network settings ?
What I would do is delete the connection, and then retry the set up of that connection.
System Preferences>Network, select Wi-Fi on the left and then click on the 'minus' button

I had posted the problem previously & accidently marked the problem as solved.
I received the following message since:
"I am not sure how my previous post solved the problem but since then I think I have found the answer.
I simply enabled Shockwave Flash 10.0.32.18
From the Firefox Homepage it is located under:
Tools\Add Ons then select the PlugIns Tab
Select Shockwave Flash then enable it.

The latest flash player release is 11,0,1,152.
Can you upgrade to this version and see whether the crash stil exists?
