Firefox is not allow my yahoo email account to work property (can't send attachements or see formating options). How do I fix this. (This does not occur w/EI.)

I click on the "attachment" button and it doesn't go to my files to get the attachment -- doesn't do anything.
Formatting -- bold, I, etc. buttons just show up blank/black.
This doesn't happen w/my yahoo mail if i go through EI.

Are there any dialog boxes popping up behind your Yahoo screen?
I have intermittent problems attaching files in Yahoo mail and this is usually the reason. I'm also using an iMac (10.7.3) and this is likely the problem.
It is generally a Yahoo issue rather than a Mac problem.

Try calling Tech Support, they should be able to check to see if theres a lock and try to help you reset it, I had to call and get my account unflagged, for something that I didn't even do.

You are probably trying to use old Sync with Firefox newer than version 29,
and they did make old Sync unusable on fresh installations of newer Firefox.
You can uninstall that newer Firefox, then install Firefox 29 from here:

Apply your sync key code, then update that installation to current Firefox,
then migrate to new Sync:

I'm not sure what to do as far as turning my purchased movie into DVD goes either. I grasp that you uninstalled the Intel graphic driver and the catalyst control. You reinstalled the Intel driver and now you can view and hear videos on the Internet but you are unable to set the resolution as high as previously.
When I checked the specifications for your notebook I see that you have switchable graphics.
Here are two links that I believe will help.

Please try this process.
1. Download the chipset driver, and both graphic drivers and save them but do not install them yet
2, Delete the chipset driver and install the updated one.
3. restart your notebook
4.Delete the Intel driver and install the updated one
5. restart your notebook
6. Delete the AMD driver and install the updated driver.
You should now have a Catalyst Control Center.
This should now allow you to use the higher graphic card which should support the higher resolution.

Try a hard reset of the Nano. To do this, press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
I assume you have double checked to make sure you are plugging the headset all the way in meaning the white part of the headset is flush with the body of the Nano?

After updating my iphone 5 of ios 7, I delete or trash my emails rorm my inbox and they pop back up in my inbox. How do I fix this? They are deleted from the main server but show up in my email on my phone and will not stay deleted.

I recently updated my iphone 5 to IOS 7 and since doing this, i cannot get my email messages to stay deleted when I trash them. They have been deleted from the main mail server but show up on my phone. When I trash them, they disappear for a few seconds and then re-appear in the inbox. I tried deleted my mail account from my phone and re-adding it, but this worked for about 12 hours and now its doing it again. I also have shut my phone off and rebooted it but this did not work. How do I fix this?

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).
Also consider deleting and reinstalling the Mail Account in question.

Then without any apparent reason I could access all parts of the site, but could not access the deed images. First I thought it was a problem on their end, which sometimes happens, but after waiting 24 hours I was still having the problem. Then I tried windows explorer and it worked without any problem. First question I would ask is what has changed recently? Did you add any new extensions or add-ons?
I'd try starting Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit. You should look at the [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting-extensions-themes Extensions and Themes troubleshooting guide ] and the [[Troubleshooting plugins]] article as well.

I tried everything there was. I tried to plug and unplug, I tried to clean it and dry it, and I really didn't want to put my phone in a bag of rice for 12 or 24 hours because I wasn't very patient. So what I did was; I put my phone on headphone mode and put it on airplane mode, then I left it there for 5 minutes and turned airplane mode off and it was working!!!! Hope this helped.

I had this blackberry 2 month ago, setting the blackberry with yahoo was straight forward, I just add the email and password and its done. I travelled for 2 month , so I stopped the service because it costs +40$ for 100mbs.
When coming back I reactivated, and added my Gmail and hotmail account real easy. When adding the yahoo email, it gave me the error invalid user name or password. I called MTC-touch the cellular provider in Lebanon. They told me that on people who had activated yahoo accounts earlier and didnt stop the service will still get their emails to blackberrys ,BUT no new email setups are allowed!!!!as Blackberry Company (RIM) and Yahoo Inc stopped this agreement.
I called them like 2 or 3 times and all the customer support who answered me said the same. In all honesty I find this hard to belive and I am upset because Yahoo is my primary email.
