Firefox is slow on my sister's account, but not on mine.

I have 2 accounts on this computer. I am on vista 32-bit.

That indicates there may be a problem in the profile (location where user data is stored), possibly due to an add-on.
As a test, try creating a new profile for your sister's account, for details of how to do that see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Creating_a_new_Firefox_profile_on_Windows
If the new profile works OK you can transfer selected data such as bookmarks and passwords to the new profile. details of the location of the profile and the files to copy are shown here - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Recovering+important+data+from+an+old+profile
It is best to re-install any extensions one at a time then re-start Firefox to ensure there are no problems.

Itunes Store is Slow on A regular Vista Account, but not a Administrator.

Something is seriously wrong with my iTunes. When I go to the Itunes Store on my REGULAR Vista Account, it just says Accessing iTunes store for a couple minutes, I see the page, than it will save Accessing iTunes store again and again.... But when i go on my mom's ADMINISTRATOR Vista account, her iTunes store is uber fast. Less than a second and the page is viewed. Its not my RAM or my Internet Speed, I know its good. Unfortunately it wouldn't allow me to since I have a balance on my account and still have season passes to finish. I was able to change it though by going to a link with a US song on it and when I clicked on the song it told me I was in the wrong store and would have to change and I hit o.k. and it changed it back to the US store so all is good now.

- How did you dlete stuff from the iPod? If you have a 1G or 2G iPod and deleted the stuff by going to Settings>Genera.>Reset>Erase aall contents and settings without being connected to a power source, the battery dies before he erase was comleted since it can take hour.

Safari (7.0.1) is non-responsive (spinning pinwheel) upon start up. It will work in temp user account but not in my main user acct. I tried reinstall via comman-r prompt on start up but the problem persists. Any suggestion for reinstall or repair?

Safari is non-responsive after intitial start up. Before it can load the homepage (google), it will hang and give a perpetual pinwheel until I force quit the program. Safari works in temporary user account but not in my primary user account. I have reinstalled osx via the command-r upon start up and the problem still persists. Any suggestions on how to reinstall or repair safari?

Thanks for thinking about my problem. I've already experimented with creating a new user, a co-administrator. The programs don't crash when that account is running, just as they don't crash when the guest-user's account runs. So it seems that the problem is limited to the default user's account, which is the one that was running when I installed the updates to the OS and the firmware. Another clue is that the programs that crash as soon as they are launched are *probably* the ones that were open at that time in that account. Yet deleting Saved Application States does not keep the programs from crashing when next launched.
So the mystery continues, but these additional facts will help with the diagnosis, I hope.

They need to be registered under different Apple ID's. The initial Apple ID is set when you first start the phone up. If you've already registered the phone to the iTunes account, back it up to your computer, and then have iTunes do a factory reset. Go to www.icloud.com, log in with your current Apple ID, select "Find My iPhone," choose the iPhone you want to dissociate from your primary Apple ID from the upper left, and then click the little circled X ("remove").
When you start the phone, it will have you go through the setup process again, at which time you need to create a unique Apple ID for the device. You can then restore it from your iTunes backup to get back your apps and other settings.
Whenever you use the iTunes store, use the login information (Apple ID and password) that you were using before. Basically, the second Apple ID that you created is purely used for accessing iCloud services, which includes synchronization of contacts, iCal events, and other such things.

Make sure you are signed into iMessage and FaceTime with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iPad and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless using iCloud Photo Library). When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out and choose Delete from My iPad when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password (your data will download back to your device).

You only have to clone your mac when using certain cable modem. You don't clone your mac when using dsl.

Form prints from one account, but not from other on same computer

With Brother 5040 printer and latest driver.
I have a form in a Panorama V db file that will print properly from my "Test" account, but not my main account on the same machine.
When I try to print this form from my main account I get a the intitial Print Dialog, then brief flash of the preparing to print. But it never makes it to the printer. It was working fine up until yesterday. I made no system level changes.
This is a word processing form in PanV. Other forms in the same file print fine. A word processing form in a different file also has developed the problem. Obviously, there is some connection to Panorama, still looking for troubleshooting solutions.

Look for a problem in your user library. Try removing printing preference and other printing-related files from the library, as well as the Panorama plist. Then log out and back in, and see if it prints properly.

Why do you need InDesign CS (that is version 3) or InDesign CS3 (that is Version 5) to install InDesign CS5.5 (it is version 7.5)?
If it is an upgrade and asks you to input your serial of an older version, you have to get an find it. No one will help you here. If you can't find it and if you have not registered it, you are out of luck. You will have to spend money for a new version.

I have Norton Internet Security, but that doesn't seem to have stopped it. And it's goofy. It won't let me lock it by clicking its lock. The lock keeps magically coming unlocked.
Also, my computer crashes more than once a week on average.
Those two facts are related.

IMovie works in Test account but not in main user account

I have been having issues with iMovie such as lag time and trailers not playing back properly in preview mode. I created a new user account to see if it was isolated to my own user and sure enough the problems went away and iMovie is working smoothly.
So what could be causing the issue on my user account? I tried to usual suspects: repair permissions, delete preferences, etc., but nothing helped.
Any ideas?
