Firefox is taking about 12-15mins to open then it opens several times and usually get the notice programme ending

I thought i had too much saved on the computer so i decided to delete what i don't use on my computer but it didn't make any difference my computer is still taking far too long to open up the internet. This mainly happened after I decided to tick the box to upgrade windows each time.
Would appreciate if you could advise what i should do to fix this.
Many thanks

All the same FF launching itself to safe mode is pretty odd, maybe someone could lone you a keyboard or buy a cheap one to try.
