FireFox just loaded an update and is now not compatible with my Antivirus program. What can I do? am I still protected? do I need to delete Firefox?

I am using Kasperski Internet Security

I do not use this, but a quick web search suggests problems may be with the add-ons rather than the core Kasperski Anti Virus program.

If the problem is a simple one of the toolbar compatibility, and the toolbar is an add on then try downloading, installing and running [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/add-on-compatibility-reporter/ compatability reporter] that may be a quick fix.
