Firefox problems, wants to load a profile, recording not possible

When I want to record a test using Firefox, the first step is loading profiles, althoght there is only one single profile available.
I confirm it but it is not possible to record the test.
Why not?
It is supposed to work with Firefox actually.
Now I really just wonder if there is worse tool than this available......
I guess not!

Your contribution unfortunately does not provide any details about firefox version, plugins and extensions used, the OS you are running etc. So I am playing by the ear and because you mention "playing a web page game" I suggest you check your plugins. To do this, go to the [http://mozilla.com/plugincheck Mozilla Plugin Check site].
Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions.
If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow ''Update'' button or a red ''Update now'' button, please update these immediately.
To do so, please click each red or yellow button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.

Facetime is permanentely disabled from all phones legitametely sold in KSA and UAE. You will not be able to get FT working even if you are out of the UAE. Contact the seller to see if they will accept the phone as a return. There is nothing anyone here can do. This is between you and the seller.

When Soft Proofing in LR4 most of my loaded printer profiles are not visible

I am running LR4 and CS6 on an HP desktop with 4Gig Ram, Win 7 Home, Profiled Monitor using DataColor
In CS6, all my loaded ICC printer profiles appear when setting up the soft proofing...
In LR4, most of the profiles do not appear...
The problem is that I print to an Epson 7600 CMYK printer with UltraChrome Ink and mostly on Canvas so I need to proof for that environment.

Well you can send either RGB or CMYK to the printer but you have to first setup the proper driver for either. The problem is when i'm playing farmville in facebook and i only have this question when using firefox.Sending,asking gifts or other things is not possible cuz i cant see the list of my friends.It doesnt appear on the page,nothing seems.

Firefox 4 and 5 load fine but will not start. I have done all the things it says in help including removing the firfox items in the Proceses tab but it still will not run.

Latest revision of firefox.
After using firefox for a while if I exit, parent.lock is locked and i have to reboot to reload firefox.
I have killed all firefox applications from task manager (usually there are none). and I have tried 3 different "file unlock" programs including unlocker to no avail.
I also recently installed a program that shows -all- open files, and parent.lock is not listed, and thus not closable/unlockable from there.

If you want to revert to the previous secure version, do the following. 
Go to [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html Download Firefox v3.6.17] and download it to the desktop. 
Then go to Add/Remove Programs, scroll down to "Mozilla Firefox" and remove it, choosing to keep your bookmarks, customizations etc., (don't checkmark the box). 
Then reboot and delete the folder called "Mozilla Firefox" at this location: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox 
Finally run the installation file you downloaded to the desktop earlier. 
Your bookmarks, customizations etc., are maintained in a different location and will become available to you again once you complete the installation.

Timeline recording not possible

Hi there folks, I am having a problem getting timeline recording to work. I have a Matrox MX02 LE and a mic connected to one of the RCA connectors. All of the audio hardware and project settings, as well as the sequence preset are OK. When I enable a (timeline) track for recording and press the rec button to arm it, then press play I get the message:
The current player does not support timeline recording. Please change the player settings or use a different editing mode.
As you probably guessed, I tried every possible editing mode that is Matrox-proof and fiddled around with player settings/input/output stuff, but no matter what I try, I keep getting this message. Anyone of you ever had the same problem? It's becoming a major nuisance. Any suggestions?

I just seem to have fixed the problem.... I noticed that after switching forth to the Sound Blaster inputs and back to the Matrox inputs again, I could all of a sudden press recording in the timeline WITHOUT the error screen, however the sound was not recorded any longer than a few samples, less than a second .....
So my guess was, that it really came down to a syncing problem... and yes, I tried a couple of Matrox settings again, but no different than yesterday. But then Matrox also has its own capture settings screen, where you define the right audio AND video inputs. Here lied the problem: video was still referring to SDI input but there was no such device connected. Switching to S-Video (which was connected) at first changed nothing, however, deliberately switching to a disconnected analog video input source (composite) and back to S-Video again solved the problem!
It's a bit of an unsatisfying way to "solve" a problem, but somehow this seemed to have worked.... anyway, thanks so much for your time and answers. I am really relieved that it wasn't a bug or actual shortcoming in software or hardware.

Want to load data with selection criteria

I want to load data from X ODS to Y ODS , X ods is a datasource to Y ods.
On Y ods i don't have any data loaded.
But on X ods i am having 10 requests with 200000 records.
In X ods i am having a request with 2 records.
I want to load the 2 records request to Y ODS.to check data on Y ods
Can anyone help me in solving these, b'cos i am new to BW, It's urgent Please.

Just select Full upload; it will bring the InfoPackage and then in the Selection tab give the range value. If this is required only one time then this method is fine or full load is fine, otherwise you will have to write a code to pick the records. If you frequently want to load data from one ODS to another ODS then better go for init and then from next time onwards do the delta load. If you don't want to provide selection in the InfoPackage then the other way is to load all the data from X to Y and do selective deletion on Y ODS.

When returning to my computer, I attempted to open Firefox and received a prompt to either start Firefox in safe mode or reset it. I tried safe mode at first then proceeded to reset it as well. Losing all of my add-ons/extensions/etc, I tried to solve the problem by restoring my profile with a folder that appeared on my desktop titled "Old Firefox Data". After following instructions to restore my profile, a window now pops up saying that my profile could not be loaded and Firefox just does not open at all. Is there anyway to recover my old profile? I tried following another suggested method but when searing for my profile through the files, it could not be found.

Sounds like Firefox is "hanging at exit". That problem is frequently caused by an Extension or a Plugin. Read all of the following articles.
