Hi, when firefox crashes, I click the submit a report button only for it to crash again. It just keeps doing this repeatedly until I'm forced to start a new session and lose all my saved pages. I also can't refresh any new pages or tabs I open. The support pages are of no help and I don't think customer service will be of any help either. Could anyone help me with both of these problems? Thanks.

You need to check to make sure you are actually connected to the network. Tap Settings > WiFi >and then tap the blue ">" next to the network name with checkmark. You should see a complete set of IP address but if the router didn't issue you an IP address properly, you will see your touch IP address start with 169.x. If this is the case, you are connected to the internal network but not to the web.
First thing to do (while you are on that screen) is tap "Forget Network". Then turn WiFi off. Turn it back on and, if needed, tap Other and re-enter your network information. If you continue to have problems, check with your IT department on Monday.
In the meantime, your laptop and iTunes can be used to purchase apps and music. Syncing them with your touch is a great way to get them installed while you are waiting for the answer on your WiFi problem.

downpayment percentage , so if i want 50 percent of order value to be paid and when i go to faz type the invoice is created for 0 value that 50 percent of the amount is not getting calculated , where as when i enter in order same as 50 percent in amount it gets calculated in invoice, any help ?

Have you done the obvious things to try to fix it: quit Quicktime then start it back up again, log out then back in, reboot.
Edit: Just read one of your later posts. If VLC won't play it, this is unrelated to Quicktime and Flip4Mac. Are you sure these wmv files are okay?

Firefox crashing even after reinstall

I desperately need help because there is something very VERY wrong with Firefox. Whenever I try to start it the crash reporter will pop up right away. I have tried a complete and utter reinstall three times even deleting all the profiles and temp files but nothing is working. I've run half a dozen spyware sniffing programs and there isn't anything on my computer that any of them can find. The only way it will run is with the Administrator shortcut (Ctrl-Shift-Firefox Icon). This has been happening for about a week now and despite repeated reinstalls and so forth it has not fixed the issue.

I will flag this as escalate, as I do not understand the crash.
Hopefully someone will reply within a few days. (HelpDesk staff may take 2-3 days and do not work weekends )

I find it rather odd the signature 7 day summary is picking up >1000 Win7 crashes & >1000 Fx35.0.1 crashes but did not see this in the default top crash listing, its only showing currently as #59

That looks like a problem with your BitDefender AV software (BdProvider.dl, avcuf32.dll)
You can try to disable BD extensions or check advanced settings for Firefox in BD.
You can also try to contact BD for support.

the vz messaging app is garbage.Thats probably why no tech support people have replied to your question yet. I had similar issues & decided to disable it. May i suggest you download 'textra' or even hangouts?

Major crashes even after clean install. iCal/sqlite/MobileMe the culprit?

In 25 years of using Apple computers, I've never had problems like I'm having now.
My iMac was acting up severely with some strange symptoms such as:
* The red & white portion of the iCal icon in the dock disappearing, while the date itself remained visible.
* All kinds of 0K sqlite files showing up on the base level of the hard drive, and a lots of cfx pref files being generated (stuff like cfx#1t9Oiul -- these i understand to be corrupt pref files). The sqlite files, by the way, show up as things like etilqs_3HVA6IL9BWQtB9e
* Freezes, generally slow behavior, and multiple crashes, including the "blue screen of death" where the color just shifts and the cursor comes and goes. Eventually, even after running DiskWarrior, I the computer would start up, then spontaneously shut itself down after the grey apple screen with the progress wheel.
Ultimately, I decided to just wipe the thing clean and start fresh from a backup.
Using a Leopard install disk, I attempted to do the clean install, but was unable to from the iMac's internal optical drive - the installer told me the disk was damaged or dirty (the optical drive is brand new, by the way).
Using a powerbook and putting the iMac in target mode, I was able to do a completely clean install.
I ran all the software updates and have added NO third party software.
Problems are back:
Running a sync to get my calendar, contacts, and bookmarks back, I encountered my first problem again: address book wouldn't sync "due to inconsistent data" and told me to replace the data on the computer by resetting it -- which I attempted to do, multiple times, but the sync always failed.
Then , once again those sqlite files started showing up.
Then the iCal icon disappeared again and programs weren't responding. Moments ago I had to do a hard restart.
I've zapped the PRAM, I've tried everything I know, and I'm still having all these problems (some of which, by the way, are now beginning to occur on the PowerBook G4 I also have).
If anyone can provide me any guidance here, man would I love it. Is it possible the Leopard disk I have is somehow corrupted and is causing all these issues? Or is it hardware? Or is this some sort of problem that's being generated by synchronization?
I'm really at my wit's end.

Just wanted to update anyone who's interested:
After replacing the internal hard drive, all problems have ceased and my Mac is running beautifully -- fast (though I also upgraded the ram from 1 to 2 GB) and I couldn't be happier.
So just a word to the wise: those "software" problems I was so certain I was having turned out to be a hard drive that was slowly failing. A friend of mine who's a programmer said he's never heard of a hard drive failing anything but suddenly, but in this case that's what happened.
With the problems I was having, I was seriously beginning to question my loyalty to Apple.
As it turns out, now I'm questioning their loyalty to Western Digital -- that drive was a dog and I'm glad to have replaced it with a Seagate.

Skype 6.18 crash even after exception provided for EAF

We have deployed EMET 5 to our 50 users. We observed that some Windows 7 x64 and Windows 8.1 x64 are facing issues with Skype. We observed that EMET is causing exe to stop. Uninstalling EMET resolve the problem and EMET 4.1 update 1 works fine with Skype
6.18.32.106 version. Our group policy already specify EAF, EAF+ protection are disabled for Skype.
It does not work even after downgrading Skype to any lower version. Can you please suggest best way to resolve the problem?
1. Upgrade EMET 5 from version 4.1 update 1
2. Upgrade Skype from version 6.14 to 6.18
3. Quit Skype and Restart application

I can't find the reset firefox command button - even after trying the menu and the trouble-shooting page as per the directions.

I want to reset firefox but all I get to after following the directions in Mozilla support is every more descriptions/explanations of what the commands mean. But I never get to the actual command 'reset firefox'. Where is it?

Since then, every web page that makes use of the Adobe Flash plugin shows me grey windows with the message "Adobe Flash plugin has crashed".
When I follow links telling me I can find out more I am taken to a Firefox Help page that shows an example of the same grey window with the same message. But there is a difference: directly under the "Adobe Flash plugin has crashed" message is shown a another message that says: "Send crash report". The Help page instructs me to click on that message because it is intended to be a link.
Unfortunately, on all the grey windows displayed to me on any site where this problem arises, no such message: "Send crash report" is present. So how can I send a crash report?!

You have the Ubuntu-specific build of Firefox - released as a package in the Ubuntu repository - and that has been built without including the ''crash reporter''.
(So-called 'contributed builds' usually lack the updater - in the help menu - too, because they have their own updater.)
