For the past few days I have tried to get onto mozilla and I can't. It says to check network, nothing is wrong with my network. I am able to use internet explorer. I have tried uninstalling it adn i have tried everything on your website. I dont' think mozilla is too busy and I keep checking the firewall

I uninstalled and reinstalled it and get the same message .tryed running it with the addons diabled that didn't work. so I uninstalled it again this time uninstalling all the settings and addons too. reinstalled it and got the same message.

I am cannot access the iTunes store via iTunes on my PC and also can not update to 10.6.3. It keeps telling me that my connection has times out and/or check my settings. There is nothing wrong with my setting. I am also having trouble with the app store on my iPhone 4s and can not update apps.
I have signed out of itunes and now cannot sign in again.I feel you pain i'm haveing the same problems here.

When I try to import songs from a CD into iTunes it can't find the titles online. This wasn't a problem previously, now it is. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. Any solutions? Help says to try again later but no luck there. I've tried multiple times with multiple CDs.
To answer the post title FireFox save all downloads automatically in the download folder, which you can find in the Documents folder. If you want to choose where to save your downloads go to tools>options>check always ask me where to save files.
Secondly, I am assuming you have IE 8 installed as this is the only version that supports this fix that is currently not in beta. Go to control panel>internet options>advanced tab and reset the settings at the bottom. This may or may not fix the problem but it is a good first step. -
I normally use Firefox as my web browser. when I tried to use it, a message appeared that said it had crashed and would restart. I have tried numerous times to restart Firefox and it will not restart. I have even removed the program and downloaded Firefox and it still will not start. Do I have a virus or bug in my computer preventing Firefox from starting?

My email won't send from my iPad. It says the server rejects it almost immediately I press the send email button, although there is nothing wrong with my email account when sending from my laptop or iphone. I have cancelled the account and re-entered it but it hasn't made a difference? Anybody help?

Thank you for your help . The account used to work perfectly until recently, after receiving support from the provider, I deleted the account now I am trying to set the account again.
After putting in the first details (name, email, description) Cannot send mail the password or username for "mail.bigpond.com" is incorrect. I would expect this because the information I put in is not for Bigpond. So I press ok & I change the outgoing server (this is the one that is incorrectly labelled bigpond) to aapt, then I press save.
Then it says "verifying" but comes up with Cannot connect using SSL do you want to try setting up the account without SSL. I press yes.
Then I get the message "the POP server "mail.aapt.net.au" is not responding. Check your network connection & that you entered the correct information in the incoming mail server. (I ahve already checked this with aapt & it is correct. -
Why can't I send i-message and use facetime with my iphone 4s(BTW, there is nothing wrong with my apple account))
It functioned well originally, but a month ago I could not use facetime and send i-message anymore. I think there is nothing wrong with my apple ID because I can still download apps in apple store.Try turning both iMessages and Facetime off in SETTINGS then re-enable iMessages and then Facetime. See if that helps.

Everytime I try and sign into my iCloud account it tells me I can't log in due to a server error, but there is nothing wrong with my server . It also wont allow me to view any of my Photos or Documents that I have backed up. Please help

Are you running any Anti-virus software or do you have your firewall turned on? If so, disable them and try again. If that doesn't work, delete the iCloud account and then sign it back on again.
Make sure you are running the most current version of the iCloud Control Panel:

I have a MacBook pro that I bought in 2012, I have had problems with it randomly restarting almost since it was new. I called tech support several times and they did tests each time and thought they had it fixed but later it started again. Some times it will go a month and not do it but lately it has been doing it more frequently some times several times a day. Day before yesterday I took it to the apple store and left it. today they called and said they could find nothing wrong with it. But they said they could see where it had restarted 60 times. Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

Ifou don't see any reports listed, but you know there was a panic, you may have chosen Diagnostic and Usage Messages from the log list. Choose DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION instead.

A panic report has a name that begins with "Kernel" and ends in ".panic". Select the most recent one. The contents of the report will appear on the right. When I try to connect to Firefox,I get the message can not find server.(All my hardwired computers,to Dsl).When we try Windows Internet Exployer it works fine.That is what I am using to send this message.

When you say it works okay on new browser do you mean IE or do you mean if you reinstall Firefox. As far as I know it is the Firefox updates that get are mostly affected. What Firewall do you have.
