Firefox says that in order to load a webpage, I have to have javascript enabled. When I follow the instructions, it shows that java IS installed, but I still can't load the page. What can I do to fix this?

When I try to load certain webpages, a message says I have to have Javascript enabled with instructions on how to enable Javascript. Javascript IS enabled, but I still get the same message. What can I do to fix this?
