Firefox says that my profile is missing or inaccessible. I have gone through every step provided in other troubleshooting forums yet I still can't access. Help.

I have done ample research trying to fix this issue. Including deleting the profile folder in the Mozilla support file, uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting the computer. None of this advice has helped in any way and I still receive the same "profile is missing or inaccessible." Is there anything beyond this that I can do?

If you still get the "profile is missing or inaccessible" error message then this means that Firefox still finds a profiles.ini file that points to a non-existing profile folder.
You can create a new profile with the Profile Manager if you can't locate this profiles.ini file.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem.

I have followed every step in the various help pages I was directed to when troubleshooting the inability to install Adobe Flash Player on my Mac using either Safari or Chrome. Everything has failed. I've run into problems installing Adobe before, but it's never been this bad. Would someone please develop another format besides Adobe? Trying to get help from Adobe feels a little like trying to find a building in New York City with no map or GPS. The time required is voluminous, the emotional energy a/k/a frustration is overwhelming, and long before I get anything resolved, I wish the earth would open up and swallow all things Adobe@. Absence that miraculous intervention, I have to figure out what to do next. Does anyone know? Anyone?

AIR give you classes to detect an on-line or off-line status, it's in
this way for the sake of flexibility for instance what happens if you
only what to sync data only on Saturdays at 2 am? If it were done
automatically that'll be a problem. And it isn't so complicated.

An AIR app can communicate with almost every backend served tech
CF, .Net, PHP, RoR.

The reason, I included the annotation that I'd upgraded my Itunes, (On my Computer) is B/C in many forums - the very first question, *HELPERS* ask, is. "Do you have the latest version of Itunes downloaded on your computer." I wanted to knock out any obvious replies.
Now- "DO YOU have any idea,"... how your UNHELPFUL remarks, do absolutely nothing but hurt others that might not have the EXPERIENCE you have? How do you expect people to know things without asking questions? Whew! RUDE!!

What do you mean by 'registered it on iTunes' ? You've authorised your account on your Mac's iTunes via the Store > Authorise This Computer menu option ? And you've copied your library onto the Mac ?

I am trying to add a wireless printer to my MacBook Pro. It was working properly until we had to get a new modem. I have gone through the steps with the printer customer service rep, and it was working properly for one day. When I booted up the next morning, the printer was no longer "connected". It will work if I have the printer and computer connected, but I much prefer the wireless capability. Suggestions? The printer is a Brother MFC7860DW. The other laptop in the house (Dell) can print wirelessly so I don't think it's an issue with the modem or the printer.

Is this how you do it?
1. Turn off iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, slide to turn off.
2. Connect USB cable to computer
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune (make sure you have the newest version of iTune)
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad

Be aware that in Lion the $HOME/Library is now a hidden folder.
Open Finder and use one of these:
