You need to transfer the music from your iPod on to your iTunes library on your PC, since that is where you are currently syncing and where you are signed into iTunes Match. It doesn't matter that you were previously syncing it with a Mac, and you won't need to reinstall iTunes on your PC. But you will have to use 3rd party software such as Touch Copy to transfer any music not purchased from the iTunes store from your iPod to your iTunes library. Here's another guide on this, which is shoter and you may find easier to follow: Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive. Also, if you're using iTunes 11, go to View>Show Sidebar. This will make it easier to follow along with these guides.

Begin by resetting the SMC and PRAM each at least 2x. If that won't work book an appointment at your local Apple Store or AASP. However before doing so, after you have done the resets (assuming they do not work) test another keyboard to determine if it's the keyboard or computer.

If you're on windows try the following:
This worked for me an hour ago and has allowed me to sync ok. Still haven't tried downloading the new version 5 to the phone yet as I'm still backing up photos etc just in case.
1. Quit itunes
2. Start an elevated command prompt (Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> right click Command Prompt -> Run as Administrator)
3. Once in the command prompt type the following 3 words starting where your cursor is flashing: netsh winsock reset
4. press ENTER
5. Reboot your machine
6. Restart itunes & connect device to sync
7. Good luck

Where are you trying to log in? You should be able to change your ID at http://appleid.apple.com - can you log in there?
Before you change your ID you should log out of the iTunes Store and on any devices which are logged into iCloud. Then once you've changed it you can log back in with the new ID. (Your iCloud synced data will disappear from the device when you do this but will reappear when you sign back in - give it time).
If you are unable to sign into http://appleid.apple.com you will need to contact Support. Go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . My Skype is now disabled after I updated to the newsest 5.0 version of Firefox. Is there anyway I can reset it so it goes back to the old Firefox I had before?

I had updated Firefox after it kept popping up to do so, but in the process my Skype extension is now disabled and it says that Firefox can't find one that is compatible and I need to have my Skpe on here. When I check the link all that shows is http// and nothing else. It does this repeatedly. I am using Outlook for Windows 8.1. I haven't tried any other embedded e-mail links to see if this is a universal problem or just isolated to this particular e-mail.

You are getting this message because you are attempting to create an iCloud account on a PC. If the cookies are enabled in Firefox and you still have problems then you may have security software that is blocking cookies.
Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
If clearing cookies doesn't work then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

The log-in details for MyBT and BT WiFi are not necessarily the same. To log in to a BT WiFi hotspot you need your primary email address and password; it's the one you need to access BT Yahoo! Mail. Only a btinternet.com address will do, others such as btopenworld.com will not work. Neither are appropriate for the link you posted as that's for non-BT Broadband customers.
To get to the internet via BT WiFi as a BT BB customer, you need to connect to a hotspot. When you then try to connect to the internet you will be presented with a landing page where you have to confirm that you're a BB customer (the default) and enter your log-in details as above.

Are you typing your Username or your email account? You can't log into the YouTube app with your email account, only your username.
