Firefox was working and now ir will not Start. When I click on the Icon nothing happans.

I have been using Firefoz for several months. It will not start now. I click on the icon and nothing happens. I'm running Windows 7.

Did you reinstall from backups, or www.Mozilla.org?

I downloaded new update for Lightroom cc and it will not load when i click on the icon or go to program to open it.

I just downloaded the new Lightroom CC from adobe cloud. I have always used Lightroom 5 with no problems. Now after downloading Lightroom CC it will not open. I click on the icon to open.... nothing. I right click and select open..... nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled....... nothing.

Same here, I tried uninstalling LR CC and reinstalling, same issue. Looks like they need to work on some things. I'll just use LR 5 until they get it figured out.

Firefox worked perfectly until I installed the most recent update. After I installed the update Firefox refused to open. When I click on the icon it begins to open but I never see the window and it closes within 3 seconds and I never even get an error message. Help!!!

*Uninstalling and deleting profile + profile.ini then reinstalling
*deleting the .parentlock file
*deleting and reinstalling version 3.6.8.dmg
*Checked the activity monitor that the application isn't listed as running
*Downloaded addtrap and uninstalled again
all with no luck.
Try some of these first as they might fix your problem but not mine! ;)
If anyone knows of something I may be missing I would appreciate any help.

are you sure your i-tunes is installed proper cause the icon is just a shortcut to the program.You might have some missing files. If so you may need to uninstall it and reinstall a new one.

Same thing happened to me. I ended up completely uninstalling itunes then downloaded it again from http://www.apple.com/itunes/. If you're using firefox, for some reason itunes will not download and I don't know if using googlechrome will also have problems,so just to be sure that it will work on your first try, use internet explorer when you download itunes. Firefox suddenly stopped loading up. If it did start loading it would freeze as soon as the window opened and would not close down. I have tried uninstalling firefox and reloading it but the same problem occurs. I have also tried uninstalling, deleting all firefox files and reloading but the problem is the same. Run the Apple hardware test to see what it tells you. Run the extended test when prompted, which can take awhile.

Try double clicking your home button then force close the stuck PDF by swiping upward. Once you've done that just click the home button again to exit.
