    1.    First you should try logging out of your iTunes Store account (settings > iTunes Store > accounts) and then back in again.
    2.    If that doesn't help, try resetting the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings).You should also try restarting your router.
    3.    If both of the above don't help, you should try a restore (Settings > General > Reset > Restore).

Javascript will not open in mozllia but it will open in internet explorer

Java script is enabled in Mozilla options. When I try to open an item with script it will not open in Mozilla.but when I try to access the same item it will open Internet Explorer

Will not open email links, but will when closed?

Using MS Office 2011 for Mac: Outlook links will not open in Firefox even though Firefox is running in the background - clicking on the link brings Firefox to the forefront, but it doesn't actually do anything.
However, if I quit Firefox then the Outlook link will open? Firefox is my default browser.

Font will not bold in InDesign, but it will in powerpoint? Help.

Hi, I am still new to Indesign. I am creating a brochure and I need to bold the font "Edwardian Script ITC". I have used this font in powerpoint and I can bold it there, but I am not seeing this option in Indesign. Why? Is there a way to get it to bold?

Off the top of my head I would assume your Edwardian Script font does not have a bold instance of the font. Microsoft’s software will frequently will fake it. But a program like InDesign will not. It wants a true bold instance of the font so that you have no problem when it comes to output your file for professional printing.

Did you choose "Print in Grayscale" when you print? Please check your print setting.
If not, I would like you to suggest you to reinstall the software and get a firmware update in case if color options is not enabled.

Organizer will not open after downloading, but Editor will

When I downloaded the trial and after purchasing the product, Organizer will not work properly. I cannot open it at all; however, Editor opens and works just fine. My Mac is completely up to date and I'm not sure what else I can do.

Bypass the Unwelcome Screen by creating Desktop shortcuts for the Organizer and the Editor, and restarting your computer.
The Editor's executable is:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 10\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe"
The Organizer's executable is:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Elements 10 Organizer\PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe"
The Unwelcome Screen leaves a zombie process running which prevents the actual program from launching again.

Firefox will not load certain websites but IE will

After upgrading to FF 29 I cannot access the addons and several other pages.
Going to addons.mozilla.org or clicking the addons button gives me a bulleted list of links.
Attempting to download an addon just says "Error Downloading"
I can go to addons.mozilla.org in IE and download and install them manually with no issues.
I have cleared the cache and cookies several times and reset the proxy to none.
I looked at about:config and there was no line for xpinstall.enabled so I added it as a boolean.
I ran malwarebytes and it found nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.

HT4528 About 30 minutes ago, my iphone 4 screen just went white. It still shows the time, signal and battery at the top, but everything else is white. I can't receive calls/text messages. My phone will not lock or turnoff, but it will charge. HELP!!

I don't know what to do. My iPhone 4 just all of a sudden had a blank white screen. It still shows the bar at the top with the signal, time, and battery life. But the rest of the screen is white. If I touch the screen it acts like it's selecting something and gives me the choice to "Copy". It will still charge when I plug it up, but i cannot turn it off or lock the screen. I tried leaving it alone for awhile to see if it will lock on its own, like it normally would, and all it does is dim the screen. I guess im going to try to just let it die, and then see what happens, but if anyone else has any suggestions (other than taking it in to be looked at or getting a new phone) I would greatly appreciate it!

Any number of things could have caused the phone to do this. If after the reset you are experiencing additional problems, the next step in the troubleshooting process is a restore from a backup. Make sure you have one before you start the restore process. If that does not improve things, then you may have to restore as a new device. Remember, restoring as a new device will delete all data off the phone. Make sure all of your pictures are imported to the computer and all other data is synced to supported applications on the computer before restoring as new. Newsstand will not display my magazine but ipad will

I have a subscription to The Economist magazine. Their app when downloaded for the iPad displays it on a shelf in Newsstand. The app for iPhone does not appear there but on the main screen and I do not see any way to put in the Newsstand.
Any suggestions?

You can use these steps to check if images are blocked:
* Open the web page that has the images missing in a browser tab.
* Click the website favicon ([[Site Identity Button]]) on the left end of the location bar.
* Click the "More Information" button to open the "Page Info" window with the Security tab selected (also accessible via "Tools > Page Info").
* Go to the Media tab of the "Tools > Page Info" window.
* Select the first image link and scroll down through the list with the Down arrow key.
* If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "Block Images from..." then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.

WO in IW33 will not show Functional area # but IW32 will-causing CAT2 issue

When staff is entering time in CAT2, they get an error stating that "Functional Area is Required."
In IW32 when we open the WO the Functional Area on the Additional Data tab is populated, but when we open the same WO in IW33 the Functional Area field is not populated.
Any suggestion on why this is occuring.

HP 7280 all-in-one says ink cartridges are empty and will not print from PC, but it copies fine.

Replaced 2 ink cartridges in hp 7280 but still says both cartridges are empty and will not print from PC, but it will copy fine. When I try to print I get a error box that says "Ink cartridges empty - replace black and yellow ink cartridges to continue." They are brand new - just bought them - expiration date Sep 2015. Have tried rebooting and disconnecting and reconnecting everything. Same error, but it still will do color copies fine - all cartridges are working. Help?!

I understand you have a Photosmart C7280 that you are unable to print to from your computer. I'm sorry to hear about this, but I will certainly do my best to assist you in resolving this issue.
Before I can offer any suggestions I do need to know which version of Windows or Mac that you're using and how the printer is connected (wireless or USB). Once I have that information I should be able to help you better.
