Firefox will not open Gmail, or load all the data on the google tab and will not load Outlook lite on a webpage correctly.

In the last couple of days when I start Firefox it will not properly load the Google home page I set up. It will not load the calendar or Date and Time. When I try to open gmail it will not open. I use Internet mail using outlook lite and it does not open properly formatted. All of these problems did not exist until two days ago. I have even gone back and did a system restore 8 days ago to see if that would correct the problem.

For the settings to check to ensure that Firefox opens your email client, see [[changing the e-mail program used by Firefox]]. I don't know why it shows the wrong email address.

I have the same problem but it appears that an add-on I'm using is causing the problem. Try opening Firefox in safe mode (which disables add-ons) Then try it. If that solves the problem, you need to disable all your add ons and enable them one by one to figure out which one(s) is causing the problem.

PS GP Identification Process Load all job data to the TEMP table?

We use PeopleSoft Global Payroll for our payroll process. We have about 200,000 employees with 18 Pay Group in the system. When we run the Identification process for one pay group, we found that the Identification process will load all the 200,000 employees data into the TEMP table, including the employees in other pay group and the employees terminated before this cycle. It makes the identification process performance very bad.
Does anyone know how to make the identification process only load the current run pay group employee's job data to the TEMP table?
Our PS application version is 8.8, PeopleTools version is 8.45.

The temp table we mean is the table cobol process used to store job data.
When we trace the cobol, we found the following statment:

Help! After this morning's update installed, an error message appeared that read: "XUL Runner. Platform version '6.0.2 is not compatible with miniVersion =6.0.1 maxVersion =6.0.1" Now Firefox won't open or respond at all. What's the fix?

If you use ZoneAlarm Extreme Security then try to disable Virtualization and do a clean reinstall.

I guess what I have experienced might be a special case of 'Restore previous sessions'. The actual situation was that after I rebooted my laptop, Adobe update jumped out indicating an update being finished successfully. After I clicked on the 'close' button of the Adobe window, it automatically started firefox and linked to its website. But I did not find the 'Restore previous sessions' page this time. Then I restarted firefox, this time there was a start page with 'Restore previous sessions'. However, sadly enough, it is only restored my pinned pages plus the Adobe website. Actually, I am using 'bookmark all tabs' from time to time to secure opened tabs, but this time I did not expect such an incident. I would suggest to improve the 'Restore previous sessions' with multiple time tags and appear in all cases including my reported case here, after updating firefox, crashes etc. I like firefox in most occasions, therefore believe and hope it becomes better and more robust. Tapping the icloud arrow should get it to download to your bookshelf and it should then get 'downloaded' against it in Purchased instead of the arrow. See if any of the following fix it :
- close the iBooks app via the device's taskbar and then re-open the app and re-try downloading it : iOS: Force an app to close.
- soft-reset of the device : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.
- log out and back into your account : select the Featured tab in the app, scroll to the bottom of it, tap on your id and log out, and then log back in

Hi there, Well, i thing i might have had the same problem (if you dont mean the selecting part, then try keyboad with usb and without if u dont have a macbook pro or so), i did the same and after selecting windows it said "No bootable disk" or " no boot disk" or something like that and the installer wont start when i was trying to install via CD/DVD.
The sulution is to use 2 usb-drives, one for the support drivers from apple and one for the windows it self after burning the CD/DVD to the usb on a PC using the windows own tools and creating a ISO file.
(there might be problems whit CD/DVD install sometimes)
The ISO file on a own USB is the most importat thing!! (and even apple and windows didnt know that but me and a technikal support guy from the store i bought it managed to fix it after like 4 days )

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins"
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files)

And, of course, on startup, a window opens with the error and tells me find QTMovie.dll and delete it because this may be the source of the hangup. Also, in trying to delete iTunes, I get the additional message that I must get approval from the System Administrator to take this action. I am the System Administrator.
Any ideas would be welcomed.

I know how to get my old tabs back but every time I close Firefox it always warns me that I am closing multiple tabs.

Do not use "Clear history when Firefox closes" to clear the "Browsing History".
