Firefox wont open -= wont let me uninstall because I need to close Firefox!! I have Windows 7. I've been using Firefox for years.

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.

To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
#Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
#Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
#Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

After using iTunes for years I suddenly am prevented from opening it. I get the following message: "The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
Upon trying to reinstate I am thwarted with this: "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows Error 126)

I have a black screen as of starting up Mozilla this morning. No address bar or any tabs are available. I have done system restore to an earlier date when I knew it was functioning and still have the same problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and have the same problem.

It most often crashes when I am accessing a wmv file, but it has happened numerous times when I am asking nothing of it, just sitting there . I always check the boxes that send the report to headquarters and report the page I was on and all that, but nothing in the help files has helped so far. I run Ad-Aware and Spybot regularly and have Norton as my normal security software. Naturally! Oh, the frustrations with working with crazy electrons.

What is Apple playing at??????You plug the phone into your computer and go to the Info Tab for the device in iTunes. Select what you want to sync. You should not attempt to sync with both iCloud and the local contacts on the Mac.

I have an older version of itunes stuck on my computer and because of an apparent pathway missing it wont let me uninstall and reinstall the newer itunes....anyone know how to fix this issue?

My ipod wont let me download a game it tells me i dont have enough storage when i have more then enough
To download and install an app the iPod needs storage available equal to about three times the file download size.
If you sync from your iTunes library less storage available is required.

FPC wont let me render! I'm a video editor and have over 70 gb worth of videos on the imac which all need to be kept for various clients/backup/original versons but now beloved imac is full, only had it for 5 months! Will Ineed external hard drive every 5 months?? This can't be I've already resorted to getting rid of unsed applications such as garage band, iTunes,address book ect. My video files are massive, converting them to a different format doesn't reduce the size of them it just turns them into mp4 or apple pro res ect

Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Since the recent upgrade from Adobe pdf plug-inn Firefox often won't open pdf-files. Uninstalling doesn't help. I don't have this problem with Internet Explorer.

Most printing issues are solved by resetting the Printing preferences. When you print from Firefox and you click on the down arrow, do you see Defualt and Firefox? Please make changes to the preferences here and preview the document.

I have used Firefox for years and it has been great until a few days ago. Now when I try to open it, the homepage from a few days ago opens, but the green bar on the lower right fills in about 95%. On the lower left it says "transferring data from l1.yimg.com but it freezes there. If I click on anything, it says (not responding) on the upper left. I have uninstalled Firefox twice and redownloaded it and the exact same thing happens. Please help me. Thank you, Dave Schumer
