Firefox wont update to version 4, I am now using 3.6.18 how can I update to ver 4 ?

I have clicked Help- Checked for updates but it tells me no updates. It will check periodically for updates.. But I know I missed the last update ?

The Firefox update to 3.6.19 was for Mac OSX only, Windows and Linux versions didn't get that update. ''But due to a peculiarity with the server for full Firefox downloads, the Linux and Windows versions has to get a "number bump" to 3.6.19 - but it is the same as 3.6.18, only the version number differs.'' Same thing happened with the 5.0.1 update for Mac OSX.
Firefox 4 isn't supported any longer, Firefox 5 was released 6 weeks ago. But I wouldn't do anything right now, as far as installing a newer version, as I expect Firefox 6.0 to be released later today - ''unless there is delay that I am not aware of''.
Check this page later today, like maybe after 5pm PDT - http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/new/ - and see if Firefox 6.0 is available then. Install that, instead of waiting for an update from 3.6.18 which might not be turned on for a few days after the 6.0 release.

Under normal circumstances, an uninstall/reinstall doesn't touch your content. (That being said, it's still always a good idea to maintain a current backup at all times in case of disasters of any sort.)
First try updating to iTunes 11.1.5.5, using an installer downloaded from the Apple website:

Downgrading the iOS is not supported, and likely has caused the problems you are experiencing.

Try the standard fixes one at a time:
- Reset. Nothing will be lost.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup via iTunes
- Restore to factory defaults/new iPod.
If you stiull have a problem then you likely have a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Firefox reverts to older version on own. Now cannot re-install lost plugs even after updated rev.

Over time (months usually) firefox seems to revert to an earlier version that I was using, customization would be lost. This last instance, I lost plug ins and cannot get them to re-install though the process works as it always used to. I even tried re-installation after updating to the latest rev of firefox. I like Adblock and Noscript, but they will not re-install.

If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" as a high value can cause.

I had pretty much the same thing happen to me. I upgraded ITUNES and charged my Ipod. Got on the plane..and the entire IPOD was blank..no songs, nothing. I do remember seeing ITUNES on my computer while it was charging and it seemed my songs were there. I am out of town now and trying to get into my ITUNES acct from a different computer. MNRKI don't know about 11g, but with 10g and earlier, the odbc drivers do not install by default with the client. You have to choose "custom installation" then select "windows components". Since I never knew what all would be installed in a "typical" (admin or run-time) installation, I would always select one of those configs (admin or run-time, as appropriate), then run a second installation - choosing the same ORACLE_HOME as before, choosing "custom" installation, then selecting "windows components" from the list of features.

Right-click on a toolbar, then click on the "Menu Bar" entry to de-select it. That will hide the menu bar and bring back the Firefox button.

The OE New Message box does not open when I click on an email address in Firefox. This is not a problem when I use MS Explorer. How can I fix it?

OE is set as my default email in both Firefox and Windows XP. When I click on an email address on a website within Firefox the OE page comes up but the OE New Message window does not open. When I go to the same webpage using MS Explorer and click on the same email the OE New message does open. Is there a bud in Firefox that prevents the OE New Message from opening? The message it referring to your computer's iTunes, not the iPhone - you can check if your Mac's iTunes is up-to-date via 'iTunes > Check For Updates'

updated whenever a new object is entered into vector..You don't update the Vector directly. You should be creating a method in your TableModel, called "addRow(...)". This method will do two things:
a) add the Student object to the Vector
b) invoke the fireTableRowsInserted(..) method of AbstractTableModel. This will cause the table to be repainted.
