Firewire part 2 - Need Help Refreshing My PMU

Recap:
At some point a few months back, my FCP HD lost contact with my Canopus Datavideo. Under ABOUT MY MAC in HARDWARE>FIREWIRE it only states FIRE WIRE BUS and its speed.
I have reloaded Quicktime and tried to REFRESH my AV connectons but to no avail. It was suggested I should reset my PMU but have no idea where to find it (the diagram supplied did not match up with my computer - the switch being next to the battery). Anyone have a step by step way to find it and reset it and hopefully solve my problem....? I am falling behind importing video and need to figure this one out.

Hello, I had an Adobe Muse membership and I have changed it to a full Adobe Creative cloud membership. The problem is when I login in to business catalyst and try to push live a second site, it tells me as follows: Your Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites.
I think business catalyst has not recognize jet that I have change my Adobe Creative Cloud Membership and does not allow me access to the 5 sites that are supposed to come with my adobe creative cloud.

TOSHIBA C655-S5343 hinge and parts damaged, need help!

How do I send in my computer to get it repaired? My warranty has not expired and should cover this damage, as it was not accidental and got loose since the purchase of this computer. You see, when I purchased this computer I noticed the right side of it was odd, but nothing happened until months later, when a dead pixel and the left side of the computer got loose. Now, almost 10 months later both sides of the computer are loose and the actual charger adapter (inside computer) loosens and almost falls it unless pressed back in. The computer is almost impossible to close and is a danger to. Is there a way to send this in before my warranty expires? I really need this computer and I am willing to ship it as long as I will get a new model

Alright, I will. I would like to note that this damage is not accidental. Also, I have not taken apart or modified the computer in any way shape, or form and the warranty is still valid.

Need Help with Dates

I am printing a calendar and certain events will be helds on certain dates.
One can edit the event if it has not passed the date. Events in the past can be viewed but not edited.
When I query the database the date must be formatted dd-MMM-yy
I am able to get today's date by doing this:

I'm looping through each day of the month to print the days. I have the month, day, year as integers. How can I create a date object out of that and compare it to today's date to test if it's before or after today???
All the function in the Date class that I think would do this have been deprecated.

Here is some information about dates:
There are many edible palm fruits, and one of the most widespread and favored of these is the data (Phoenix dactylifera). Dates were cultivated in ancient land from Mesopotamia to prehistoric Egypt, possibly as early as 6000 B.C. Then--as now--dates were a staple for the natives of those dry regions. And when I open up MMAPI Demo and go to simple player, and then URL and paste this in, it plays the simple rtttl/midi file. It is doing this through RingToneConverter.
Now all I want to do, and this is the part I need help with, is while it is playing, I want the notes to be displayed on screen. Can anyone help me with this! I have tried and every time is gives me a problem saying that the RingToneConverter Class isn't abstract and I cannot print to screen...
If someone could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Need help im stuck right now

Ok so I have built a function that will increase in increments that is specify and I am outputting it to a device to control it. Now this is the part i need help with I want to to hold at the setpoint that I can specify for a period of time then slowly decrease can anyone help im usisng labview 7.1

In that case, it can be greatly simplified.
The "Add 0" function obviously isn't doing you any good.
If you don't need it for timing, you can remove the Wait function.
The "Add 1" function and feedback node can be replaced with the "i" (iteration terminal).
A good rule of thumb for loops is: "If you know how many times it will run before it starts, use a For Loop. If the number of times it runs is uncertain, use a While Loop."
It looks to me like you want to generate an array that goes from Init+0.001 to SetPoint by steps of 0.001. The attached VI will do this.
I realize this doesn't solve your problem yet, but I think it puts us a step towards figuring out what to do next.
Can you check this out and tell us what else is needed?

Usb + firewire issues = kernel panic - help needed!!

Hello, and please forgive my english, I'll do my best!
So, i have a 1,25 Ghz MDD G4, with 2 x 256 Mo RAM sticks (at first), running mac OS 10.3.9.
As the original HD is too small, I work with my documents on an external firewire HD. The HD is plugged on a third party/PCI firwire card that went down.
On the same day I bought a new firewire card (trendNet, it was said to be mac compatible form mac OS 8.6) and 4 x 512 Mo of Ram (Hynix).
It worked just fine for a week and suddenly my mouse froze (and keyboard too > the mouse is plugged on the keyboard). Having no control on my mac (which seemed ok despite the usb deconnection) I had to hard reboot on the central Unit.
I unplugged the usb hub that occupied mu 2nd usb port (there was a wacom tablet and a flsh memory key on it). I left just the keyboard plugged (and mouse plugged on keyboard).
It was fine for... 2 or 3 hours and then it started again > mouse + keyboard deconnecting/freezing (the keyboard is a mac one, the mouse a microsoft one -optical-).
As the small red optical light of the mouse turns off when the mouse freezes I first thought the mouse or keyboard itself was the culprit.
I tested both of them them on a macbook and they worked just fine (never had a problem with them).
I ran disk utility, repaired the permissions. And it seemed better for a couple of hours.
When it happened again I unplugged the keyboard and plugged it on the 2nd usb port (which was free since I had unplugged everything else) > the mouse "came back to life" and I didn't have to reboot. But it happened again, like 2-3 times (every hour/half hour) until swapping the usb plug on the UC doesn't solve the problem anymore > hard reboot again...
Then I tried EVERYTHING
booting with techtool CD > everything ok, no pb found
running onyx to empty the cash and rerepair the permissions > ibid, no pb
resetting the PRAM with cmd-alt-p-r
resetting the PMU
resetting the usb and firewire ports after each hard reboot
cleaning the dust
removing my old scsi pci card (not used for ages)
moving my new firewire card on an another slot
installing a firmware update
nothing has solved the problem... it seems to arrive randomly, but mostly (more frequently) when working with several apps open.
The cursor seems to freeze for very very short periods (as a warning!) until it freezes for good > it's exactly as if the usb didn't deliver any electricity for micro laps of time (and it is the case I guess as my optical mouse light turns off).
So I change the usb plug into the other port and it works for a while, just as if only one usb port was functional at a time, but it always ends with a hard reboot (no choice).
It's always scary but it's also very annoying as my Western Digital Mybook external drive refuses to mount on desktop after hard reboots... I have to unplug it, replug it, restart etc... well this HD is a pain but I guess it's because it's in FAT 32 (since I forgot to format it when I bought it). So I don't bother too much about the HD itself, but however it seems that the firewire card suffers from this : I have a lot of trouble mounting 2 disks at a time (but with all this I need to backup!). It's like the fiwewire ports (of the pci card) suffered from the same pain as the usb : one at the time! and when I finally mount both external HDs, if I unplug one (after unmounting it and switching it off) the computer freezes.
Then one day I opened itunes, and... kernel panic...
That was 4 days ago I think and I've had like 3-4 KP since then (one a day). These kernel panic happen just as randomly as my usb deconnexions...
Today I tried my last chance : removing the new Hynix ram and putting back my 2 old 256 rams.
It was ok for a pair of hours and then > mouse freeze and kernel panic again...
I reaaally need help, I don't know what to do anymore. I've spent my last week unplugging usb plugs, opening my UC, repairing permissions etc...
now I feel helpless...

The problems with the card at startup are probably creating an unstable condition, which in turn is causing kernel panics later on.
Basic things first, whenever you change the hardware setup, e.g. RAM and adding cards, it's a really good idea to reset-PRAM. Did you do that? Try that first, it's simple and easy enough to try.
If resetting the PRAM doesn't help, then try the new PCI card. I re-read your post a few times, but I haven't seen whether you tried removing the PCI FW/USB card to see if that helps. Try your mouse and some other devises on the native USB and FW ports. If you're stable, then it very well could be the card.
Of course there's also the question of the RAM, which you pulled without help. Again, after any change of the hardware (adding RAM, pulling RAM, adding/pulling cards, etc.) even during testing, reset the PRAM at startup.
With new RAM it's usually a good idea to test it, with say AHT CD or Rember. If you test, you might want to do this without the new card. It's a little tricky right now because you added 2 new pieces of HW (RAM and FW/USB card) either which or both could cause the problems you're seeing. OS X is picky about RAM, and the MDDs in particular are extremely picky about RAM as far as Apple HW is concerned.
Lots of kernel panics can eventually cause damage to the OS X installation. So in the end, it may be worth re-installing. But, before you take that route. Try the simple things like removing the PCI FW/USB card & testing, and testing the RAM. Take it one step at a time.

The left half where it says "Click here for the definition" links to a landing page where people can read the definition of the Hebrew Word. After reading all these posts, one by one did not resolve my problem until I got the very end. Regardless of what step would resolve your problem, these are the steps I would recomment to everyone for a what seems to be a safe and fool-proof upgrade to iTunes 10.5.
1. Stand alone upgrade to the latest Quicktime version
2. Go to control panel and "change" then select repair to the following applications in the order specified by the post on Oct 27. (Notice I skipped Quicktime because it had been upgrade manually,and Bonjour did not have a "repair" option)
iTunes; Apple Software Update: Mobile Device Support; Apple Applications Support
Some of these applications may not appear if they do not apply to your configuration (no iPhone, or no iPad, or other apple devices).
Once all updated, I did not need to restart nor launch any applications, I simply went straight into the 10.5 upgrade, and where it normally got stuck, this time the installation continued for a while longer until it completed successfully.

In any case I would suggest to get an audio interface which is *Core Audio* compatible. This means that you just need to plug it in and it will work with OS X’s integrated driver. I once had an M-Audio interface which needed its own driver and it had latency problems because of them. I am currently using the EDIROL FA-66 with 10.6.3 on my MacBook Pro. Help Needed in Refreshing Page.

Hi All,
I have an application with 2 pages.
1st page has radiogroup with submit (P1_RADIO). Based on selection of the radio button, some text field will appear (P1_ID). User has to enter value and hit SUBMIT button. I have one branch unconditional to page 1 itself. One more branch to page 2 when button pressed = SUBMIT.
When submit button is pressed, it will take user to page 2, where I have written before header process for exporting data to csv (Used Scotts custom export to csv method).
Now the new additional requiremnt is that, when user enters value in P1_ID and hits enter, the same functionality as hitting SUBMIT button must take place. Any ideas on how to achieve this?
I have already thought/tried the following:
1) Text (which submits when enter pressed is not working - as I cannot pass any request to it and hence cannot give a branch to page 2)
2) I gave a hidden field PI_CAPTURE_ENTER and assigned value of ENTER to it, if P1_ID is not null. Then I wrote a conditional branch to Page 2 , if :P1_CAPTURE_ENTER = 'ENTER'.
In Page 2, I cleared the P1_ID after running the csv process. This works properly.
But only problem is that even though session state for page 1 shows cleared data, I need to refresh the page 1 manually, if I need to run some other option in radiogroup. (If I do not refresh the page 1, the next time I hit radiogroup, P1_CAPTURE_ENTER will still = 'ENTER' and redirects to page 2)
How can I overcome this?
Or are there any other ideas by which i can achieve what is actualy needed?

I have explained it in my first post, but will elaborate it again. (Oh btw I tried accessing apex.oracle.com to login to my id, but Page is down currently)
I have an application with 2 pages.

You can't schedule a refresh for this report because it contains no data connections.

Thanks for getting back. Your workaround helped a lot. Now I can see the auto-refresh settings. However, when I try to "test connection" under the auto-refresh settings, it is giving me the following error:

The data source is configured the following way:
Enable cloud access = yes
Searchable in Power Query = yes
Enable OData feed = yes
Data source type = SQL Server
