This could be something wrong with your Flash player. I would advise you to make sure you have the latest updates of your plug-ins.
Of course it could simply be a problem with the website itself. You could try reporting the problem to Facebook.

          Ideas welcomed on this issue.
          I have an MVC style application that on a request does some business stuff in
          the servlet and then forwards to some JSPs to paint the output.
          The problem is that once the JSPs start being processed the browser gets the first
          bit of response and goes blank - then the page content will be drawn quarter/half
          a second later. This is quite annoying for the users.
          Anyone had a similar issue who could share some thoughts on this???

          That's because the browser starts to receive a response.
          If you don't like that behavior, make sure that not even the header gets
          committed ... increase the size of the buffer on the response, for example.

I have an apple studio display 17" as a second screen for my
MacBook Pro 15", somehow it has darker colors on the bottom half of it, don't know the reason, is it magnetized?

Sometimes those ports just die. Wouldn't be the first time.
Other times, it is the ADC connector that is the issue.
Try replugging the ADC connector.

When open document, all pages are blank except title page.

The document can be viewed by other application.

I loaded up your PDF file which is simple text but more than 5000 pages into Reader 10.3 on my iPad 3. I had exactly the same results as you. The pages are blank.
It could be read fine in Acrobat Pro X on my Macintosh.
But then I also loaded it in PDF Expert on the iPad, and I could read it.
I think this is one for the Adobe engineers to look at. Reader 10.3 is not handling very large file sizes well.

Opens first page in English then subsequent pages in Greek

When I first open Firefox, using Google.co.uk as my default page, the first page opens in English, any subsequent pages open in Greek. I am running Windows XP Pro.

Hi Greg, do you mean every subsequent page on Google or when you click on one of the search results?
If it's on Google, you might have accidentally changes your preferred language on Google and have to change it back in their settings. If it's happening on other pages than Google you might need to adjust your Firefox language settings. You find them in the settings window, under "content". If none of that helps, you can also reset Firefox. The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: ''This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.''
To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
#Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
#Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
#Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Copied text (or other copied material) is on the Clipboard, but only until you copy something else or log out of your account. If you act before doing another copy, you can paste the copied material back into the document. If you don't act right away, you may still have a path back.
One of the most useful keystroke combinations on the Mac is the "Oops! key," as a friend of mine once named it. That's command-Z, also known as "Undo". In some applications it will let you undo only a single step, but in others, including Pages, you can do repeated undos, so it's not quite so essential that you act immediately on making an error. Undo, done via the Oops! key, or via the Edit menu takes you back one change at a time. You can't skip any steps, so to get back to the state before the accidental deletion, you'll have to undo any work you've done since then. The memory of what to Undo disappears when you close the document or quit the application.
At that point you're at the mercy of your backup plan. If you've had Time Machine running, you'll be able to enter Time Machine and go back to an earlier, saved version of the file.
All these are in addition to the steps Ian suggested above.

PS: Best piece of advice I can give a new Pages user (beyond Backup early and often) is to download and read through the first few chapters of the Pages '09 User Guide, available through the Help menu in Pages '09. Mostly pretty easy reading, and will get you through the basics without much trouble.

I google home page starts correctly then jumps to the bottom of the page after a few seconds after startup.

When i start my computer with the i google home page it loads correctly, then after about 4 secs, it jumps down to the bottom of the page.

The pages showing blank/broken/flickered page

I got these issues from about 3 days ago. My pages shows a blank or broken or flickered pages. I opened random sites and it keeps happened. Do you have any ideas why it happened?
I already tried to clear my Firefox caches and cookies, update the flash player, and update my VGA driver but it still happened.

Trying to add html content with Dw for Rf page (Dw is not displaying page correctly also)

Here are the ways we have tried so far to get our html quizmaker file to load and run in Rf page:
The commented out items were previous attempts to get the content to load and run. Tested the Quizmaker content as standalone page and worked great. The best we have gotten so far is to have a scrollbar show up on the right side and bottom and we could not move them. The div has been defined in the Rf page using a Rf box.
Any ideas on other ways to load the quiz?

It looks like Dreamweaver is rendering the page without the CSS file.
I can't read the code in your screenshot - is the CSS file referenced in the html? Is the CSS file present on disk?
Also you tried looking at your page in a browser? It be good to try both viewing the exported code that you're trying to edit in Dreamweaver, as well as doing "Preview in Chrome" from Reflow.

Some pages appear blank until I refresh the page then it displays normally

When selecting some websites the page is blank until I refresh.

This also happens to me (on Linux), usually when switching back to a tab which had already been displayed properly before. Suddenly the page is blank and the page must be reloaded manually.

Using iWork 09 Pages I need the first six pages of a document to not be counted as page numbers. I need the seventh page to be numbered as page one. I already know to have a section break between pages 6 and 7 and to use inspector "start at." Not working

In the book I'm formatting, the first page is the title page, the second page is the copyright page, the third through fifth pages are the table of contents, the sixth page is blank, then the text (which I want to number as page one) is the introduction. I have section breaks between the title page, the copyright page, the table of contents, and the introduction. Using the Inspector, Layout, Section, and selecting "Start at" 7 doesn't do anything!

Is is a bit tricky, but it works. On your 6th page (the blank one) go to Insert > Section Break. This will give you a 7th page. Then go to Inspector (blue circle with a white letter i in it) and go to Layout Inspector (2nd tab). Once in thee, go to Section. Check "Start at" and enter the number 1. Then ensure all other toons I there are unchecked.
Then go to Insert, and select Auto Page Numbers. You will find that your 7th page is numbered 1 as you want, but the first six pages will be numbered 1 to 6, which you don't want. But you can then delete the page numbering in that 1st section, leaving your 2nd section, beginning at page 7, numbered as page 1. You'll need to play around a bit as I did, and I would suggest using a test document to play with so you can undo any unwanted actions etc, but with tweaking around, it's doable. This took me ages to sort, so if it works for you, please give me the points :-)

Prints in blank then correctly

Everytime time I print anything, the first page is blank then the correct page comes out, which means if I was going to print 3 pages, I get three with the correct print and three blanks!! Always the blank then the printed version..help

What is the printer model? What paper size are you using? Make sure the paper size matches what you are using. (Printing on A size paper with A4 selected could cause this issue for example.)

AD FS 2.0 proxy sign-in page is blank

We have a single internal AD FS 2.0 server and a single AD FS 2.0 proxy server. I am not sure when it happened, but the AD FS 2.0 proxy server sign-on page is blank. The page I'm referring to is https://<fqdn>/adfs/ls/ldpInitiatedSignOn.aspx.
I tried revoking the proxy and then going through the wizard on the proxy again, but this did not help. I also deleted the IIS app with the following command and then deleted the files in the folder on the file system and went through the wizard on
the proxy again with the same result:
C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\appcmd delete app /app.name:"Default Web Site"/"adfs/ls"
The site used to work fine. We are not sure when exactly it broke as the AD FS proxy is used externally very sparingly by our employees.

Sorry for the late reply. This is a lower priority for me due to so few people using the AD FS proxy (and even then, using it very seldomly).
Here are the answers to your responses:
In Firefox I get a blank page. In actuality, it seems to redirect me to "https://<fqdn>/adfs/ls/", whereas this redirection does not seem to happen on our internal AD FS server (we remain at "https://<fqdn>/adfs/ls/ldpInitiatedSignOn.aspx").
If I view the page source, there is no data whatsoever.
In Internet Explorer 9, the results are similar to the Firefox results. I'm redirected to "https://<fqdn>/adfs/ls/" and the page is blank. If I view the page source in IE, I see code for a basic HTML page with no content:

Regarding your second question, attempting to open https://localhost/adfs/ls/idpInitiatedSignOn.aspx on the AD FS proxy via Internet Explorer 11 results in different behavior. I am redirected to "https://<fqdn>/adfs/ls/", where <fqdn>
is the FQDN used for AD FS internally and externally. On the proxy server, the FQDN returns the IP address of the internal server. I see an error page, complete with the logo we use on the AD FS site's pages internally (externally it just used
the default pages and had the FQDN on there).
The error is as follows:
"There was a problem accessing the site. Try to browse to the site again.
If the problem persists, contact the administrator of this site and provide the reference number to identify the problem.

I do not have the ability right now to test from another computer in the DMZ (yes, the AD FS proxy is in the DMZ) because none of the other computers in the DMZ have a web browser installed on them.
