What you are seeing aren't "service providers", they are your neighbors wireless networks. Assuming you have provided your own wireless network with a unique name it should be easy to select, and once you sign on to it, your MBA should pick it up and automatically sign you in. The visibility of the other networks would be moot.

The page that you’ve posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should let you reset them.
If you don't have a rescue email address then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

iTunes is part of OS X, which implies that iTunes was deleted, or that your OS X installation is corrupt. In either case, the easiest approach usually involves downloading the combo update for OS X — the so-called combo update, and not the delta update — and installing that.
Applying or re-applying the OS X combo update won't alter your user files, but will reload all recent OS X changes, and should also cause iTunes to be re-loaded.
If you are running Mavericks 10.9, then download and install the OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 combo update.
You'll want to have a backup of your system — updates don't fail often, but they can fail. If you don't have Time Machine or some other form of backups running, get that going first; before further changes here.

You have to choose – one settigf or another.
The thing is.your HD clips will look better in an SD project than your SD clips will in an HD project.
WIthout knowing much more about your project and the kind of content, it's really hard to be specific. But generally I'd let my project settings be guided by what fraction of my timeline will be made up of HD clips and how much SD clips. If it's 75% HD, I'd probably do an HD project…and so on,

All the info you do with your image files is stored in the Lightroom Catalog file. The Catalog file cannot be located on a network it must have a physical connection to the computer.
While the Catalog is in use a LOCK file will be temporarily placed alongside which prevents its use by any other device.

Since this problem, I was able to reinstall again and reboot, and then 'stop' while the library was being opened (that was another window that I could not close, that would come up before the error message, this time I chose to stop it). Just import them normally and sort the project by date. They will fall into place. If you tried this and it isn;t happening then make sure the data and times on the two cameras are identical and make sure you are sorting by date and time and nothing else.

There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions.

If you have an HDMI connection on your computer, it is most likely an output, it won't recieve a signal unless it's on a video capture card. Recording to the PC could be a difficlut task. HDMI is encrypted to keep you from copying but there are ways to do it. It would also depend on what content you intended on recording. If it's movies you have purchased or rented, it would be illegal.
