First Time User - Confirmation Of Subscription and...

First Time User.   I want to replace my existing VoIP with Skype equivalent.  The wiring between Skype hardware and internal phone lines is already in place for the existing VoIP so there is no issue there and I am aware there is no number transfer.
Calls are all from to USA. Incoming number required. Voice Mail Required.  From the website I believe the following package would be required.
1. Purchase Home Phone Adaptor, one time, $49.99.  I configure it with online number somehow but that's a TBD for later. 
2. Purchase subscription for US and Canada $2.99 a month or yearly (save 15%)
3. Purchase online number $30 per annum with subscription purchase. comes with voicemail.
I am assuming Android/iTouch calls over Skype will be able to use same Skype subscription?
Is there anything else I should know?

Hi Mike,
It seems you have done your research.
1) For outgoing calls Unlimited US&Canada works fine
2) For incoming calls Online Number costs 30USD per year
Important: Make sure you purchase a subscription first, otherwise you don't get a discount and Online Number will be 60USD
3) Voicemail is free service, you can set it up any time from your account:
https://secure.skype.com/account/
4) From hardware side, subscription is linked to your Skype account, therefore it doesn't matter if you make calls from PC, certified Skype phone adaptor, Android phone or iTouch.
