First Website Attempt

Question

This is my first attempt at building a website. I have many
questions, but I will start with a basic one.
I have one image that I want to cover the entire page. How
can I do that and then set the table up after the image is placed?
Please remember that I don't know much. . . so please speak
in layman's language!

Yes, but only if you have EXPORTED it as an 8bit or 24bit or
32bit PNG. Do
not use a native FW PNG file.

Your page is a fixed width? What about when someone resizes
their text in
the browser to make the page easier to read, but also taller?

You define a style on the page for the container behind which
you want this
image to appear. Perhaps if you showed us your page by
uploading it and
pasting a link to it in a reply, you could get more specific
help.
