Fiscal and Calendar Dim

Question

Hi There,
I would like to show both Fiscal Year and Calendar Year hierarchy drilled down by Quarter and Month. Here is my outline design:
Account
Years (2010, 2011, 2012)
FyYears (FY2010, Fy2011, FY2012)
YearTot
---CalendarYear
--------CalQ1
-------------Jan
---FiscalYear
--------FisQ1
-------------Period 1
Scenario
Department
Sample data file:
ACTUALS 3301      600001      2009     Sep     FY2009     P12     -238526.340
In my data rule file, I try to map Sep and P12 to CalendarYear, FiscalYear respectively, the rest of columns mapped to scenario, Account, Department and Data.
However I got error: Invalid number in data column, looks like it is complaining P12,
can I map this way for regular Month (Sept), and fiscal period (P12)?
Is there better to do this?

Rather than do it in the load rule, why not do it in formulas.
suppose your fiscal year starts in september and should be listed in the following fiscal year. You couls have something like a dynamic member
P1 with the formula sep->2010
Note, to make it dynamic you can use @mdshift but I find for performance consideration using an if statement returns faster
is IF(@ismbr(2010))
Sep->"2011";
ELSEIF (@ismbr("2011"))
Sep->"2012"
EndIF
then do the same thing for the other periods. In this case for Periods 5 - 12 you would not need the is statement but just the manth
