Fit a 4:3 tv show to 16:9 screen
If you go onto the iTunes store. Search for any episode of Sex and the city, and you will see it is almost 4:3 in ratio. When i download other stuff from internet, that usually in a 4:3 kinda aspect too. I want to know if there is any way i can make these tv shows fill or fit the screen, like they do on Tivo, or Sky+. If i open one of the SATC Episodes in quicktime and go full screen i can usually make it "Panoramic" which gives the effect i want through my Apple TV.
Is there a setting i can use legally or do i have to do some SSH using a plugin or something.

If you watch a tv station that appears to fill the screen (and is not stretched), then it's either a wide screen show, or it has been cropped, either by your tv (due to your settings) or by the broadcasting station. If the original show was produced using 4:3, there's no way you can magically add new content to fill the sides of a wide screen display without cropping.

Yesterday I reset my settings on my iphone 4 to correct a problem. Today I am unable to connect to itunes to sync my phone. The device does not show up on the screen. What can I do?
Best practices says plug the USB cable into the computer, then plug the 30 pin connector into the iPhone.
If everything is working correctly, you should be able to plug the iPhone in at any time. Before or after opening iTunes.
Depending on what settings are selected in iTunes, the program may or may not automatically open when you connect the device. -
When I turn on the iphone 5s after it being off it will load then show me the lock screen for a second if that and then go right to sleep mode right away as soon as the lock screen comes on

When the disk is starting to die it can be bad for a moment and then be good for a while. If there was no problem while you were checking it of course it shows up good.
I tell you those are the signs of a disk that is about to die.

Sync tests completed successfully.I have found a fix after doing additional research through this forum. Tech Note #328730 addresses this problem and it works for Photoshop Album 3.2 even though it was written for release 1.0.

When using this fix the Tech Note indicates:
"Imported image data and tags are lost when you re-create the My Catalog.psa file, so you need to reimport images and reapply any tags"

I was wondering if someone can help me. I have a MacBook Pro, it has came up saying I need to free up space on the disk as it full every time it starts up, so I log in and no icons or applications show up on the screen just my background wallpaper, the only thing I can do is the force quit keyboard shortcut but there is nothing to quit, I have tried to start up in safe mode but again there is no icons in the desktop,
I have my disks that came with my laptop I have went into disk utility to repair disk and I still seem to have the same problem .. No icons or apps or anything lol just the cursor I can only shut down the laptop via power but and the press shut down.
Please help I am going out my mind with this thing :(

I always have trouble moving music from my MacPro to my phone. The phone icon doesn't show on the iTunes screen where it's supposed to. I may be missing some setup step that makes the phone show there. Any clues?
Plug the cable into the iPhone and into a USB port directly on your computer, not a USB hub. Also make sure that you have the latest version of iTunes.
