Fix? Clicking on iTunes makes hidden application appear (usually Adobe Bridge)

Here's what happens: iTunes is playing in the background while I'm working in some application... say, Photoshop. To keep things tidied up, I have other open applications hidden. But if I click on iTunes in the dock to give it focus, or click on the iTunes mini-player (which is set to Always On Top), an unrelated hidden application (usually Adobe Bridge) comes out of Hide mode and takes the vocus. It happens for a while, then stops. I haven't found a pattern.
This bizarre issue has been happening for a long time, through a number of iTunes versions, including the current one.
Any reason why? Any fix?
I'm still using Snow Leaopard, which is a requirement for a while longer.

Testing on a Mamiya 645DF with an Aptus II-7 back. What do I need to do to make the files readable on Adobe Bridge CS6?

Hi there. I'm running tests on a Mamiya 645DF + with an Aptus II-7 back. The RAW files are "mos." What do I need to do in order to make the files compatible/readable in Bridge CS6 and Photoshop CS6?

I do not see a camera named "Mamiya 645DF" in the Adobe list of cameras supported by any and all versions of Adobe Camera Raw (ACR). However, the Leaf Aptus-II 7 has been supported since ACR 4.6 in CS3 and ACR 5.1 in CS4.

Unless Mamiya somehow messes with the raw format of the Leaf back, your files should be opened by any version of ACR that runs with CS6. The current version is "ACR 8.6 for CS6".
Try Purging the Cache for the offending folder(s) through the Tools menu in Bridge.
Tools > Cache > Purge Cache for Folder "xxxx".

When I click on Itunes it doesn't appear

It's open, and when I push F8 (play button) it plays, but when I click on the icon in Dock, it does not appear, and when I click on it in F3 mode, another window (eg browser) comes up.

If you use Spaces, it may be operating in another Space and just not switching to that Space. You can set this all up in System Preferences>Expose/Spaces.

How to make HIDDEN application ??

Hi,
i want to make a local messanger which is to be used only for one way communication i.e from server to client...
so i will be having one server running on my computer
and on all other client computers there will me a client program ...
we could start the program on client when pc starts
but it opens a dos window.. now i wanted to make it HIDDEN or could i put some iconlike stuff which resides in system tray...
I really don't know how to build that ..
I am going to use it to send messages from server to client and not vice-versa..
anyone have idea ??

I used a tabbed panel with only one tab, and made only the scroll over state be 100% for the application (text frame). But of course it will disappear when someone goes to print the page. Ideas? I have a feeling there's an easy answer.

The only way you will be able to do that and have the text show up for printing is to create a duplicate page of it with the text showing that people can print out. Printers don't recognize mouseovers.

You could try my script ConvertFormat and see if you like the results. Would be easier than inserting the CDs and correcting the tag info again. Just be aware this is a one-way trip. Once you've thrown away some quality to shrink the files you can't get it back without going back to the source. You may better off investing in a bigger drive.
If you just want to squeeze more on the iPod you can use the built-in iTunes option to convert files to a lower bitrate as they are added to the device.

Do you think that upgrading to Mountain lion would stop my computer from bouncing back up to the top when I scroll down. This happens mostly when in Safari online. Others have commented on this too. It seems to be one of the 'improvements' of the newer version you are supposed to embrace with joy as an exciting new development. You can send feedback to Apple but realize you may be perceived as standing in the path of progress.

Hi. The two user tips both describe a sequence of steps that should get your library from the point where it threatens to wipe data from your device to where it is syncing normally, while recovering as much information as possible. It may still be necessary to wipe and reload the device but this should only take place once all the data that can be recovered has been recovered.
Doing step 1 of 8 and then complaining things aren't the way you want them to be yet strikes me as premature...
Since you appear to have all your media content, and we are discussing an iPod classic, not an iOS device, the main worries are already taken care of. What's left is ratings, playcounts, playlist membership and checked status. Since your device holds only part of your library at best you could only recover the missing data for the content that is on the device using third party tools.
Recreating the previous checked/unchecked status of every track in your library from where you are now may not be that easy. Syncing with selected playlists has many advantages, one of which would have been that you would have a named playlist that could have been retrieved by 3rd party software if you had used this method.
You haven't explained what caused your problem in the first place, but if you have a Previous iTunes Libraries folder holding old copies of your iTunes database (generated with each iTunes update) then it would be possible to restore the most recent of these and then update the library with any changes in your media folder.
BTW Apple doesn't offer free support for this kind of issue with iTunes.

How to make a button appear boxed in when clicked

For my Prototyping class I have to make an interactive fast food ordering system. I have majority of frames made I just need to add the interactive part to it. I am using AS2 in Flash CS3. I have the picture and the text grouped and are classified as a button. I want to make it so that when the picture or text is clicked it will make a black box appear around it, making it 'selected'. I've tried to add an Event Listener but couldn't figure out how to make the box appear on it. Any suggestions?
These pictures are basically what I'm trying to accomplish.
Keep in mind, I'm a Flash newbie, I have a probably 3 hours experience with Flash.
But I do have knowledge of basic Java commands, so I can understand code.

Onw way would be to create the buttons as movieclips so that when they are selected you move the movieclip's timeline to a rame that shows the rectangle around it. Another way would be to have the movieclips as separate objects that you make appears when its associated button is clicked. There are likelynumerous other possibilities.
