Fix Incentive / Fix Amount - Indian Pay Roll

Dear All,
If client wants to give Some X amount - 4 times in a year / 2 times in a year to selected employees only with different PSA, how to pay the same. Should I create new wage type or the same can be done by other way also?
Pl help me out.
Rgds - Kumar

No need of another Wage type
you can use IT0014  for the same , as you have Period Interval for payments only thing we have to ensure is make sure that The PSA has been changed for the Employee as per the Period

  • How to handle case like Housing loan to pay the fix amount and system can deduct the principle and interest automatically in Treasury

    Dear Treasury Guru,
I have one scenario from my client like a Housing Loan that the system can generate the principle and interest paid flow type automatically depend on interest and contract condition, I've never faced this scenario before so I'm not sure that Treasury can support or not.
for example : Loan amount = 500,000 USD, Fix amount = 50,000 per month, Interest rate = X%
                              Payment amount               Principle           |        Interest
    1st month =               50,000           --->         15,000                      35,000
    2nd month =              50,000          ----->        17,000                      33,000
    3rd month =               50,000         ------>        19,000                      31,000
Please suggest how to let the system generate the Principle and Interest flow type folllow the example above.
    Thanks
    Pongrapee K.

    Hello Pongrapee,
I think apart from the interest condition, you need a condition for an annuity repayment with amount 50,000 - this will make sure the sum of interest and repayments are 50,000 for all periods.
If you leave the annuity amount blank, the system will calculate the annuity in a way that the sum of interest and repayments remain constant and all the nominal is repayed at the end of term.
But in both cases you will have to give the interest percentage in the interest condition.
    Hope this helps!

  • Rebate fixed amount condition in the pricing procedure

    Hi SD Gurus,
i'm using rebate fixed amount conditions (Lum sum).
The situation from a business point o f view is the following: i pay the customer 1000$ once he made something.
This kind of condition is not relevant for accruals since they have to be built manually (manual accrual). As a consequence i'm note sure if this condition shoul be put in the pricing procedure used for invoices. In the other and for sure this condition should be inserted in the pricing procedure for manual accrual/credit note.
What is your point of view!!
    Thanks
    C

if you are going to use Rebate, then there is no need to add condition type in standard pricing procedure, if you have designed your pricing procedure, include condition types for rebates as in standard pricing procedure.
This condition type is linked to Rebate type.
I think you first try the scenario in IDES and then do the same settings as per yoru requirement.
If you want step-by-step procedure for rebates will help you
    Please refere the thread

  • Manual Excise duty with fixed amount in Sales order

    Dear Sir/Madam.,
This is regarding manual excise duty with fixed amount in SD Module . I
have created three conditon type ZEXP,ZECS,ZA1X for BED ,CESS and HSED for manual excise duty with fixed amount, other than the standard condition type JEXP,JECS,JA1X , because  my TRADING SALE scenario needs both condition type with fixed percentage and fixed amount conditions also.  After the pricing procedure updation for trading sale, I have tried to create the sale invoice with VF01 , it is ok till  the VF01 for manual excise duty but when ever I tried to excise posting with J1IIN. the manual excise duty show only zero, whiile we used the  standard Condition type JEXP, JECS, AND JA1X with fixed percentage  8% -2% -1%  our over all steps are ok till J1IIN for excise invoice, mean BED ,CESS and HSED shown correctly.
I have done some experiment with the TAXINN tax procedure in (Logistics general > tax on good movments> india> basic settting>determination of excise duty> Maintain excise default), I have replaced the condition types  JEXP, JECS and JA1X with the ZEXP, ZECS and  ZA1X in the corresponding filed. then after my manual excise duty with fixed amount data  was reflecting
in the J1IIN and it start to work properly with the excise duty but my fixed percentage condition type stop to working mean, it was now showing the duty at the time of  excise duty posting J1IIN .
I want to use both the condition types in the same TRADING SALE scenario. May anybody help me to solve this issue.
    With Regard
    Vijay Kumar

    Dear Mr. Siva,
Sorry for the late reply, actually I was out of touch from this issue for few days. I am sending you the detail about my configuration----
I have assigned this condition type as following ...
    TAXINN     ZA1X     A/R AT1 Quantity based
TAXINN     ZECS     A/R Cess Quantity Based
TAXINN     ZEXP     A/R BED Quantity based
    Condition type information
         Control data 1
    Cond. class       D  Taxes
    Calculat.type     Q  Commodity
    Cond.category  D  Tax
    Rounding rule         Commercia
    StrucCond.
         Change which can be made---
Manual entries      C       Manual entry has priority
Still it is not showing the duty at the time of (J1IIN)
It may be I am missing some configuration or wrong configuration.
    give me some hints...
    thank you
    Vijay

  • Payment terms using a fixed amount.

Is there a way to create a payment terms for a fixed amount instead of a percent discount.  We have a term where the customer can take a 10.00 discount if paid within 30 days.  All i can see is a percent of discount.  This wont work cause the invoices will vary.  Any Ideas?
    Thanks

    Hi Chad
I am not sure if what I propose may be of use - but try and see if you can utilise this:
In the Payment Term T Code OBB8 - there is a check box for Installment payments - you may have to create multiple payterms and assign acordingly - (FI settinsg in IMG)
    what i would do is:
Term z10 = for 10 days to be used with a identified amount
Term z9 = for 10 days without any amount
and then use this installment utility - you may need to experiment on this to make it work as per your calculations -
    cheers

  • Fixed amount condition changes depending on GR qty

    Dear Experts,
Fixed amout condition is added in the Item - condition tab.  Fixed value = $50.
Created PO for 100 qty with price per EA = 10.  So, we expect the Invoice value to be 1000+50 = $1050.
But we did GR for 200 Qty.   Since the condition type is fixed amount, we expected the delivery cost to be still $50 and total value  to be 200 X10+50 = $2050
But, SAP calculations were different from what we expected.  The fixed amout was changed as per the GR qty. and the PO total becomes $2100 (Fixed amount changed to 100 since GR qty = 2000)
Why the fixed amount doesnot remain fixed?  How come the fixed amount increase depending on GR quantity?
Please suggest if there is any settings?
My confition type (ZFB3 has calc. type = B fixed).
    Regards,
    Shashidhar

we have not implemented any programmed solution, we are just doing unplanned delivery costs.
Business had a strong request during the project, I found this note, and even had a consultant from SAP directly on side regarding this issue, but we did not find a satisfying solution.
And the more you think about this issue and talk with the users about the possible variations that can happen, which have to be covered in a program, the more you will find out that it is not possible to make this happen.
Just think about the situation that the receiver posts a goods receipt in single portions because of different batches.
(always keep in mind, that the receivers often are just warehouse workers, not having the advanced SAP skills of a consultant. So they might do the work different from your expectations). How shall SAP act, shall the fix amount go to each partial receipt?  What shall happen if he entered a wrong quantity?  you know that you can cancel the whole material document, but it is as well possible to just post the differnce quantity with 102 movement. How shall this be done with fix conditions.
You may find a solution   that works specially for your company,
but a general way is hard to find.

  • How to batch change multiple adjusted images by a fixed amount?

Anyone know of a way to change the adjustment values of multiple previously adjusted images by a fixed amount? For example, if, after adjusting exposure of multiple images by various amounts, I want to lighten them all by 0.5, is there a way to do this? If I lift an exposure adjustment value of 0.5 from one image and stamp it on others that have non-zero values of x, even with the stamp option set to "add" rather than "replace", they all end up with exposure 0.5 rather than x + 0.5.

Nope - no way. but... you can add a different adjustment that does the same thing. For instance if you adjusted the exposure individually and you want to lighten them by a fix amount on top of that you could just add a levels or curves that does the exact same thing.

  • Manual Excise condition type with calculation type as FIXED AMOUNT

    Dear Gurus,
I have used a manual excise condition (JMAN) in my pricing procedure the difference is that I've changed its calcultaion type to FIXED AMOUNT.
And in the same pricing procedure I have also got a percentage based Excise condition (ZEXC).
And in any transaction either of the one that is JMAN or ZEXC will be used.
The Manual Excise condition is used basically when the raw material sale takes place. The requirement is as such that they should be able to enter the duty value in INR and not in percentage. Please go through the example below
*(For Example I am procuring raw material of 100 kg worth 10000 at 8% of excise duty. Excise duty will be 800 for 10000rs. So it will be 8 rs per KG.
And now suppose I am utilizing 80 kg for production and want to sell remaining 20 kg. the Excise duty charged should be 160 rs. considering the rate per unit is 8rs.)*
In this case user wants to enter the value in INR and not in percentage.
And normally for the finished goods the percentage based condition is used.
Now what my issue is that how will I copy the value from JMAN to ZEXC at the raw material sale. otherwise my finished good sales is happening without any problem.
For this should I use any routine to copy the values from ZMAN to ZEXC??
Or rather is it possible that I could copy values from a condition type whose calculation type is FIXED AMOUNT to other condition whose calculation type is percentage.
How should I go ahead with this??
    Please guide me.
    Any answers??
    Cant Do it this way??
    Thanks & Regards

Check the condtion value in condition type UTXJ . If the JMOD value is 10% of UTXJ then assessable value should have been maintained for the Material and Plant combination in J1ID. This is due to Routine 351 maintined in pricing procedure for the condition type UTXJ

  • Internal Order settlment with Fixed amount

Hi. I'm having hard time. Please help me out.
    Requirement:
I need to create settlement rule for Internal order.
When I do so, I need to define Fixed amount in OBJECT CURRENCY.
    Given Condition:
Object Currency and Contorolling Area Currency is DIFFERENT.
(Controlling area currency is EURO, while Object currency is country local currency.)
    Problem that I'm facing now:
When I try to create a settlement rule, it allows only Controlling area currency
for fixed amount, even though I need to create it with Object currency.
(Directly, the Field name is indicated as "Amount in EUR".
You know, usually we have 2 fields; 1 for value, 1 for currency. But in this case,
it seems that we have only 1 field for 1 fixed currency, which is Controlling area currency)
Is there any way to solve this issue?
I've looked into Settlement profile and Investment profile (for AuC order),
but both of configuration just had an indicator to enable fixed amount settlement,
    but nothing about currency.

There is not a perfect solution, however you can check OSS note 769818 for some helpful hints.  It sounds like you want to use this for settlment of investment measures.  If that's the case, you may want to consider using line item settlment intead of summary settlement.  You have a little more flexible with that type of settlement and it may get you closer to what you want.
    thanks,

  • Fixed amounts for wagetypes

    Hi Guys,
Can you help me with this one?
I was asked to change fixed amounts for two wagetypes related to shiftwork in China.
I did that in table T510J. The new values work for all pers. areas.
However, customer would like to have different values for different PA's. I've spent hours on this already and I am not sure if and how this can be done.
It seems to me the system looks at the MOLGA not pers. areas while choosing wagetype values.
Does anybody know if the values can be assigned to PA's?
    Thanks,
    Monika.

    Monika,
When you created your entries in T510J, you entered some values per WT and for specific payroll modifiers.
Well, you can differentiate values for the same WT's and different payroll modifiers in this table.
So, in your example, where you want to default different values for the same WT and different PA's, what you have to do is the following:
Copy rule XMOD into a customer rule. Change the rule to default a different payroll modifier value for each personnel area by using MODIF 2.
Example: make a decision based on personnel area. FOr personnel area xxxx default MODIF 2=01. For personnle area yyyy default MODIF 2=02.
In table t510J enter WT AAAA for each modifier. You will have one entry for modifier 01 with value x and one entry for modifier 02 with value y.
The system will then calculate a different fixed rate for each personnel area and same WT.
Please be careful when you change the rule and ensure you don't affect the other modifiers in the rule (A, C, D etc)./ Also the rule has to be maintained for hourly, salaried etc ESG for PCR>
    Hope this helps

  • Fixed amount excise duty

    Dear Experts,
We have maintained condition record for BED, Scess and SHcess in our company. Now, a new requirement has come up to maintain automatic as well as manual condition types for excise duties. Whenever we enter the manual excise condition type, it should overwrite the automatic condition value and it will be a fixed amount rather than percentage. How to do these settings. Kindly help me.
    Thanks & Regards,

You can use JMAN condition for your requirement. , you can change the settings (V/06)  based on your requirement.

  • How to maintain a input tax code as a Fixed amount and not as a percentage

    Hello all,
I want to create a tax code which is not a  % but a fixed amount.
I created a new condition ZIPC copying JIPC but kept the calculation type as B i.e. Fixed Amount. I created a new Input tax code in FTXP.
Now when i try to maintain the amount in a condition via FV11 using the new condition type ZIPC  i get the error message Message no. VK010
    "Enter a Currency"
I had entered INR against the amount yet I keep getting this error.
    Kindly advise.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Fixed amount condition types

    hello, friends.
i have a condition type which is a fixed amount, and which i enter at item level.  the amount is $1,000.00.  the order quantity is 100, so that SAP distributes the fixed amount among the quantity, so that it comes out as $10 per unit.
i create a delivery with reference to the sales order, but since the configuration allows a delivery quantity greater than order quantity, i edit the delivery quantity as 150 units.
now i create an invoice.  but the fixed amount condition type, instead of showing as $1,000.00, is calculated as $1,500.00 instead.  it takes the 10$/'unit in the sales order and multiplies it with the invoiced quantity.
the current settings for the condition type is entry at item level only.  we considered entering this at header level but i don't think this will help.  i am thinking the fixed amount will still change according to the invoiced quantity (also when considering multiple partial deliveries, invoiced collectively or partially).
would there be settings in the copy controls or in the condition type, or maybe in the pricing procedure to make the amount truly fixed?
    many thanks.

    Hi,
    > how this is distributed can either be per line item quantity, or by value.
System will distribute the amount proportionately amongst the item according to their qty.
I think you should make the condition as header manual condition or you can use std header manual condition type HM00.
Enter this condition in the header of Sales Order. The amt  will be distributed amongst all the items according to qty.
Now even if you change the qty in the delivery, if you have maintained pricing type as D / G system will copy old amount from the Sales Order unchanged because it is Header Condition and not the Item condition.
    > so with pricing type D, what does not change?  the entire fixed amount or the per unit (distributed) amount?
As per my knowledge, if you have maintained condition record for any condition type and you have used pricing type as D and when there is any change in the condition record after creation of Sales Order that times, that time system copies all the pricing from the sales order unchanged into invoice. It will take old pricing from the sales order.
    Hope you get some idea.
    regards,
    Sagar
