Fix mapping

Hello Sdners
I am confused about whether to use fixed or value mapping for my scenarios.. do u have idea?

Hi Deepak,
Function Category: Conversions
Function
Use
FixValues
Executes a value mapping using a fixed value table that you complete using the function properties. The table is saved together with the most current message mapping and can only be used once.
Value mapping
Executes a value mapping for the value I entered. In the function attributes, assign the both input value I and source value O to a representation in the value-mapping table. In this way, you can assign source and target structure fields to a representation. You complete the value-mapping table on the configuration maintenance screen in the Integration Builder. Since these entries are not available at design time, the mapping result is just an estimate when you test the message mapping. See also Value Mapping
The runtime interface for value mappings has changed for XI 3.0. However, XI 2.0 message mappings that call the Value Mapping function still function using the old runtime interface. To use the function parameters in the new runtime interface, choose XI 3.0 Interface.
In the function properties for the standard function Value mapping, in the fields Agency and Schema, enter the key for the source or target value. These values can have any values. However, you can also refer to the fields SenderParty, SenderService, ReceiverParty or ReceiverService. The mapping runtime replaces these values at runtime with the values from the corresponding fields in the message header of the message for which a value mapping is being executed.
In the field Agency you can also enter the name of a business system. When transporting value mappings from one Integration Directory to another, the Integration Builder sees if you have entered a business system as the agency and converts it during the transport (see also: Configuring Groups and Transport Targets).

  • How to fix Maps positioning problems in X6

    I had an Nokia 5800 at the start of the year before it got stolen, and nokia maps on it worked perfectly. After it was stolen I got a X6 (16g) as a replacement, but the maps have never worked properly for me. At first it looked different to the map I had on my old 5800 and would keep asking me for a license, so I updated the software with OVI. The latest software looks the same as the maps on my 5800 but the new problem is that the positioning is constantly off by over 300m, making the gps unusable. I've tried changing the positioning methods but nothing seems to work.
    Anyone know a way to fix this? The store I bought it from was no help. It is not a parallel import btw.

    Sigmund, we were already covering this topic in your previous thread, but you never responded.
    http://forums.adobe.com/message/4955396#4955396
    Please don't start up a new topic on the same subject, as it can be confusing keeping track of what we have and have not already discussed.
    Have you set up your project using the settings for AVCHD Full 1920x1080 HD?
    Did you use Premiere Elements' Video Importer (under Get Media/From Flip or AVCHD Camera) to get the video from the camcorder to your computer? (This is as opposed to putting the SD card in your card reader and using Windows Explorer or Finder to copy the video over.)
    Before you assume that your computer is powerful enough to edit video, please provide information on your processor speed and RAM load. AVCHD, in particular, can require a lot more horsepower than Adobe's listed "minimums".
    Finally, please tell us, per your other thread, where you're seeing the graininess and vertical lines? Is it on Premiere Elemenets' Monitor panel or on your output. If your output, which Share settings did you use?

  • How can I fix an unmapped account in FDMEE

    Hello,
    I'm trying to understand where I can fix unmapped accounts (or any other dimension) in FDMEE.
    In FDQM there was a FIX button, where you could fix it on the spot, or export to excel all the unmapped members, fix and reload.
    Thanks
    Lilach

    FDMEE 11.1.2.3 doesn't have the Fix Maps button functionality so you will have to navigate to the relevant mapping screen, locate the invalid mapping and change there or enter mapping if it is missing completely.

  • Message Mapping Requirement

    Hi All,
    Iam trying to send data from a File to an R/3 using RFC.
    My input structure has a field called material number.Material numbers from the sender has a corresponding material code for receiver.ie for a material code SM01,receiver material code will be RM01.
    This values are not fixed.i.e user will keep on changing the values for material code for sender and reciver.So I cannot give a fixed mapping in XI.
    I have to give the user an option to enter the values for sender material code and receiver material code in a table and read that table evrytime in my mapping.
    Can someone tell me if this option is possible and if there is a better option available?.
    Thanks in advance.
    Soumya.

  • I can't see the maps in Photos Places

    For some reason, I cannot see the map in Photos > Places in my iPhone 4. I can my pins and I can see the green areas on the map that are forests/parks, but I can't see roads water and etc. I have the same issue within the Google Latitude and the default Maps app.

    DOWNLOAD SAFARI AND RE-INSTALL to fix maps in IPhoto Places '09  8.1.2
    I too lost my IPhoto Places maps on June 2nd.  Initially I used Best Buy's Geek Squad tech support.  The second tech was able to fix the problem.  He said there was a corrupt file in Safari, not IPhoto. However, I didn't know what he did to fix the problem.
    A week later, the maps were gone again.  I tried to contact the same Geek Squad tech, but no luck.  I talked to several other techs, but they could not find a solution, even though I told them about Safari.  The last tech directed me to this web page.
    It was here I learned about turning the WiFi off and on.  That restored the maps to the pictures, but not the Big map.
    Today, at the Apple Store Genuis Bar, I was told they were unaware of this problem.  When I mentioned that Safari was where the problem was, he suggested I download Safari from the Apple Web page and re-install.
    So far this is working!    So happy all of the maps after two plus weeks.
    I hope this helps others too,
    Peggy

  • ArchLinux Installation disk doesn't recognize Macbook Air SSD[SOLVED]

    I want to install ArchLinux on my new MacBook Air (dual boot), I made a dd of the installation iso to a usb disk. The usb disk can boot and run, but it cannot recognize the hard drive(SSD) of Macbook air.
    There are three disk files in dev: /dev/sda /dev/sda1 and /dev/sdb
    /dev/sda is the usb disk, /dev/sdb cannot be opened by parted and cannnot be mounted (it reports "no medium found") and I believe it is the sd card reader.

    Try booting the fallback kernel, there is a problem with the AHCI driver concerning new Macbooks. When you've booted, add ata_generic to the modules in /etc/mkinitcpio.conf and rebuild the initrd with mkinitcpio -p kernel26.

  • Problem with focus border and ListCellRenderer in custom listbox

    I have a bug in some code that I adapted from another posting on this board -- basically what I've done is I have a class that implements a custom "key/value" mapping listbox in which each list item/cell is actually a JPanel consisting of 3 JLabels: the first label is the "key", the second is a fixed "==>" mapping string, and the 3rd is the value to which "key" is mapped.
    The code works fine as long as the list cell doesn't have the focus. When it does, it draws a border rectangle to indicate focus, but if the listbox needs to scroll horizontally to display all the text, part of the text gets cut off (i.e. "sometex..." where "sometext" should be displayed).
    The ListCellRenderer creates a Gridlayout to lay out the 3 labels in the cell's JPanel.
    What can I do to remedy this situation? I'm not sure what I'd need to do in terms of setting the size of the panel so that all the text gets displayed OK within the listbox. Or if there's something else I can do to fix this. The code and a main() to run the code are provided below. To reproduce the problem, click the Add Left and Add Right buttons to add a "mapping" -- when it doesn't have focus, everything displays fine, but when you give it focus, note the text on the right label gets cut off.

  • I can't see all files in my PC icloud drive on my iPad

    Why can't I see some files from my PC iCloud drive folder on my iPad?

    I hope this helps others too,
    Peggy

  • Import query

    Dear Experts,
    Currently i am working on a system where my mdm server is installed.
    So, once i create the port i would make sure that the file is in READY folder(which is available in my local hard disk).
    Later in future i should work on a system where mdm is installed on a server system and i will be accessing it from a PC where GUI's are installed.
    In this case,
    Is there any change while creating the port, when compared to above?
    how to drop my file as 'ready folder' does not exist in my local system?
    How to send my file to the ready folder?
    Could any one reply!!
    Kind Regards
    Eva

    Hello Eva
    Ready port in SAP MDM used for automatic import data through MDM Import Server(MDIS)
    For that MDIS sould be installed, configured and running
    Is there any change while creating the port, when compared to above?
    For import you use import map. That map you create in Import manager.
    If during the automatic import you get error. Port status in MDM Console inform you about it.
    File from "ready" directory will be mpove to "exception" directory  and will be create log with exception message
    if you got exception you can fix your map,For that you should run your Import manager, where select as type of source: PORT and select your system. after fix map - save it
    how to drop my file as 'ready folder' does not exist in my local system?
    When yor file in "ready" folder succesful imported(loaded to repository) than it moved to "archive" folder automatically
    if during the import were some errors it file moved to "exception" folder
    How to send my file to the ready folder?
    You can configure ERP for put that file in your ready folder
    You can use custom application for that or special CMD file in Windows and shall file in Unix like OS.
    You can configure PI(XI) for that
    You can do it manually

  • Trying to measure voltage through SCXI-1127/1331 2-wire connection [ Edited ]

    Hai ,
         this is madhava from LSU,I am working on ERT with  NI hardwares like 1)chasis 1000 2) DMM PCI-4060  3)  SCXI -1331(2 in number)
          I have a system with two large glass plates standing vertically and placed parallel to the user.I am trying to flow different liquids of density through the channel in between.Please  see a attached picture of it.
        There are total of 48 electrodes 24 on each side to which wires are connected. On each side there are 3 rows with 8 electrodes/row, say 1-24 on side A and 24-48 on side B. The medium between the two sides is salt water.
         I want to measure the potential in such a manner that  I can calculate the voltage difference between all possible electrode combinations between side A and side B.I have connected a  two end power source to side A and side B, i.e. +ve to side A and  -Ve to side B , so   the  electrode on the A side acts as the "source" and the electrode on the B side acts as "sink".
        I want to use 2 SCXI- 1331 's for this experiment.
        I tried it with 1  SCXI - 1331, but did not get proper values.So what do you suggest shall I continue this with the 1  wire or could you please help me with the two wire experiment, so that I can get more combinations.
               I hope you respond soon and in the affirmative.
    With regards
    Madhava

    Welcome to the discussion forums, Madhava!
    The optimal solution is to have a 2x48 (or more) matrix so
    that you could easily choose one point on either plate (column) connected to
    one lead of the DMM (row0) and another point on the other DMM lead (row1).
    Since the SCXI-1127 doesn’t support this configuration, you’ll have to try
    something else with your existing hardware.
    Because you can only use a multiplexer setup instead of a
    matrix for your number of signals, the closest you can get to the above
    suggestion is to measure one electrode to ground and then read the next
    electrode to ground and include logic to find the difference between the two voltages.
    I suggest you start with a LabVIEW shipping example (Help » Find Examples) such as niSwitch
    DMM Switch Synchronous Scanning.vi or niSwitch
    DMM Switch Handshaking.vi (found under Hardware
    Input and Output » Modular Instruments » NI-SWITCH). You will have to modify
    it to include another SCXI-1127 and set them both up in a 1-wire 64x1 multiplexer
    topology. Take measurements as quickly to each other as possible on both
    switches. Again, this is a workaround to what you really should be doing for
    optimal performance (and the easiest setup).
    The last option is to limit your measurements to electrodes
    directly across from each other (or any other fixed mapping setup) and use a
    2-wire 32x1 multiplexer topology. By nature, this is taking a differential
    signal measurement between two constant points. This would allow you to easily
    use LabVIEW’s shipping examples without modification.
    I hope this helps you get a feel for your options and the
    consequences of each.

  • Full screen caller image display

    Full Screen Caller image was one of the best feature of an iPhone that made look iPhone simpler and fantastic to use..
    This particular feature seems to have been last with the upgrade to iOS 7.1..
    Please fix this issue..
    Full screen caller image display makes the phone look beautiful and wonderful when a known person is calling

    I agree with you on  the full screen view for when a users contacts call them. I hesitated upgrading, Apple has now joined the ranks for screw-ups! Since the late  Steve Jobs left this earth, Tim Cook has royally screwed-up this company! Customers here in th U.S and arouund the world are the ones shelling out hundreds of dollars for a product that is the best next thing to revoluntionize the way we communicate with others. But it seems that $600+ dollars gets us junk and a device not tailored to us, the users. I want to call them "M!cr0$oft Apples!" Give us the ability to go back to iOS6. Let us choose! We the customers have made this company rich, full of wealth beyond their greedy little hands. Give us the ability to choose what OS we want to install. Their should be a transparency relationship between the customer with the money, and worker who will work for us to render a product that we "the users," want" and not want a senior desinger assumes we think is good. Remember, this is all thanks to a legend who we all know and respect as ("in my own opinion), the father of modern communication Steve Jobs. SJ worked till his last days here to creat a masterpiece, T.C came on board and took a huge "memoryDUMP," and disregarded his visions. If your passionate like me about Apple and what Steve Jobs stood for, then  help me create a petition to make this company see that we "The customers are ALWAYS right!"
    Missing and need back:
    Transparency on the dock and icons
    Working Wifi, and imessage
    Better Battery life!!!
    Reverse the icons back to iOS7.06
    Fix maps
    Unless the designers are gothic in nature (I love Goth!!); dont make our phone dark and heavy on the fonts.
    I dont know about you, but I' am tired of hearing excuses from Apple and its CEO!
    PRETTY MUCH, REVERSE THE UPDATE OR WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!
    As th general public alredy knows, Apple will never listen or read these suggestions" They sleep soundly in thier 2.5millon homes, and respectively. Why care about those people that are paying thier salary pretty much! Listen up board of directors.....Fire Tim Cook, Hire a go-getter, Micromanage manic that will continue Mr. Jobs legacy and nip this disaster in the bud!  Tweet this, FB this! Let make the world realize we will not take it anymore! Fix the dam problems!

    2009-09-17T09:44:56.541+0200 INFO Child XML Encoding :
    Problem still persists.
    Child Source Encoding  and Child XML Encoding  are always blank in the log.
    I have tried setting source encoding using BIC module ,CharsetConversion module, and setSourceEncodingFromClassifier module.
    Still ,I cant see any value in thes fields in the log.
    Can anybody please let me know how can I populate these values.
    I suspect that the problem with special characters is because of incorrect source encoding.
    Thanks.
    Regards,
    Shweta

    This is some mapping code (as used in the SEEBURGER standard mappings) from the NewMapping program, which passes the encoding input parameters to the child mappings.
    // Source Encoding
    copy getInputValue("srcEncoding")        to srcEncoding$;
    setInputValue("getChildSourceEncoding", srcEncoding$);
    // Destination Encoding
    copy getInputValue("destEncoding")       to destEncoding$;
    setInputValue("getChildDestEncoding", destEncoding$);
    In the child mapping we read the passed parameters and set the values (the if in the beginning results from a different handling for split messages):
    copy getInputValue("SplittingMode") to splittingMode$;
    copy splittingMode$ to Split%;
    if Split% = 1
       modifyWarningLevel(2150,4);
       stopReadingOnError("off");
       copy getInputValue("getChildDestEncoding") to ChildDestEncoding$;
       if ChildDestEncoding$ != ""
          #javastart
          m_stdout.setEncoding(_StrVar_CHILDDESTENCODING.getString());
          #javaend
       else
          ChildDestEncoding$ = "UTF-8";
          #javastart
          m_stdout.setEncoding("UTF-8");
          #javaend
       endif
       traceln("Child Dest   Encoding : " & ChildDestEncoding$);
    endif
    // Getting Source Encoding Paramteter
    copy getInputValue("getChildSourceEncoding") to ChildSrcEncoding$;
    if ChildSrcEncoding$ != ""
        #javastart
        m_stdin.setEncoding(_StrVar_CHILDSRCENCODING.getString());
        #javaend
    endif
    traceln("Child Source Encoding : " & ChildSrcEncoding$);
    // Getting XML Encoding Parameter
    copy getInputValue("setXMLEncoding") to ChildXMLEncoding$;
    if ChildXMLEncoding$ != ""
        #javastart
        m_stdout.setXMLEncoding(_StrVar_CHILDXMLENCODING.getString());
        #javaend
    endif
    I hope this helps, you may have a look at the standard mappings shipped by SEEBURGER in addition where this functionality is included !

    I hope this helps others too,
    Peggy
