Where can I find the release notes for BO XI R2 FP 4.6?

1. Go to the SAP BusinessObjects Tab and then click the 'All Products' link on the left.
2. Browse throught the products and its release, choose the BusinessObjects Enterprise from the product drop-down and the releases will get populated in the release drop-down.
3. The related documents will be displayed.

Where are release notes for Crystal Reports 2011 SP10?

We've recently moved from Windows XP with an older release of Crystal to Windows 7 (64 bit) with Crystal Reports 2011. Where can you find what issues have been fixed? Despite finding a link with the text "Support and Feature Pack Release Notes" on the web page SAP Crystal Reports 2011 – SAP Help Portal Page, the document is for SP5. Where can you find issues known and fixed in each of the service packs (and known and not fixed)? I also looked at Analytics Knowledge Center and picked Crystal Reports and 2011 and the only release notes other than the initial release is for a FP3, which as near as I can tell is nowhere to be downloaded so I assume the SP1 replaced that...

Crystal reports 2008 Fix Pack 2.4 Release Notes

It seems to be impossible to find any release notes for any of the fix packs. Can anyone point me to them?
Also if it's anyone from SAP reading this why are release notes not distributed in the downloads section or a link to them. It's a ridiculous situation not being able to find them, how are we meant to know if issues are fixed we raise or about fixes we should be installing and are not even aware of.

Filtering by Crystal Reports | Crystal Reports 2008, I see the items listed below. I cannot find any release notes.

Hi All,
What are the Prerequisites for BOXI R3.1 Fix Pack 1.3 installation?
can i have release notes for Fix Pack 1.3 Release notes.

I see Fix Pack for the following Server Type -
AIX 32bit
HP-UX on IA64 64bit
HP-UX on PA-RISC 32bit
Linux on IA32 32bit
Solaris on SPARC 32bit
Windows Server on IA32 32bit
Where can I find the fix pack for Windows 64 bit?
Also, is it mandatory to install the previous fix pack or can I directly apply 1.3 on XI 3.1?

Where are Release Notes for recent 2008 Fix Packs?

Where are the release notes for Fix Pack 3.4, 3.5, and 3.6? There are release notes for SP3, Fix Pack 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3.

Documentation (Release Notes) for Fix Pack 3.2 (CR2008)?

I checked the link in the stickied topic but it's not there. I posted a question in that topic a week or so later but I didn't get a reply.
What's new in FixPack 3.2? It's been available for a few weeks now but there don't seem to be any release notes.

At home I'm all gung-ho for installing the latest and the greatest. I have no idea what's new in most of the updates I run. (Linux and Windows) but at work I really can't afford to have that luxury. When I want to do an update the higher-ups will always ask me why because this gets pushed out to our releases and our customers.
I know the documentation is out there. I remember from my time at BObj in La Crosse, WI I had to document everything. I spent three times as much time on documentation as I did on the actual code. Impact analysis, technical specification, technical documentation, post-mortem analysis... etc.
Serious ugh but it's a fact of life in a big company I suppose.

AC 5.3 Release Note Inquiry - Is it included in an Support Pack for AC5.2??

Hi Everyone,
In release v.5.3 release notes, SAP noted that the logical validation of "not to allow approvers to approve their request" has been added.
Does anyone know if this functionality was included in a Support Pack for v.5.2 version? Or would we have to upgrade to v.5.3 to benefit from this functionality?

Since it was considered an enhancement, it was included in the next release, and not as a SP release for v5.2.

We are using 3.0.6 not the current version of 3.6.13.

Fixed bug whereby some alert boxes weren't properly parented/owned. This led to some alerts not being properly modal
with respect to the window/dialog that issued the alert.

2.1 firmware update listed signal strength display fix in its release notes

Summary to those who haven't read Apple's latest letter to iPhone 4 owners:
Apple is saying 'death grip' only affects the graphics of the signal strength not signal itself. Who accepts that? And will therefore fix this in the next firmware update.
But wait! This seems to be fixed in the 2.1 firmware update already!

QAAWS does not work after upgrade to SP1 Fix Pack 3

I have Xcelsius 2008 Ver 5.00.99 Build 12,1,0,247
Today it was upgraded to SP1 Fix Pack 3 due to some issues with the Excel Formulas - it didn't help to resolve the issue with the showing Formulas in preview and I also discovered the QAAWS not working - either new generated connection or old ones causing the "Unable to load URL error" when I try to load the WSDL.
Please give me any suggestion what can I try wrt this QAAWS issue.

I have the same view.
In BOXI R2 if you took the the URL and pasted it into internet explorer you would see the WSDL. In BOXI 3.1 this does not occur. A list of newly define queries, or queries that have been re-run in BOXI 3.1 are displayed. The list contains links, but navigating using these links does not display the WSDL.
I am not sure if not being able to see the WSDL is causing my problem but it would explain the 'null' error. I can also see that QAAWS now creates the URLs with a new format when compared to the BOXI R2 URLs, may be this is causing the problem?

How can I know wich services pack or fix packs are installed on my server? I have installed Business Objects XI Release 2, and Xcelsius 2008 Release 2, and Live Office.
Do you know where can I download a spreedsheet that contains informatiion about the fix packs or service packs and the issues that solved??

Your first question was answered many time int his forums, please use search functionality before posting a question.
There is no publicly available Version matrix + fixed issues list.
However, you can do to Service Market Place > Downloads locate XIR2 section and see how many Service Packs and Fix Packs are available.
Latest Service Pack for XIR2 is 6
latest Fix Pack for XIR2 is FP6.4 (needs to be installed on top of SP6)
To the right of each SP/FP in the download section of SMP is a link called "Info" , it leads to Knowledge articles which contain list of fixed issues.
As all SP/FP's are cumulative, you can view Sp6 readme and Fp6.4readme to get overall picture of fixed issues.
