Fix Row size in Checkbox LOV

Hi,
I have to add the checkbox List of values(LOV) by columns wise so that I have to fix the row size like 3 and have to add
all the items by columns wise.
Generally, in apex checkbox LOV display the items as Row wise and after certain columns (that is fixed in the option) items are displyed on the second row.But, I have to add the items on the columns basis so that items can be added column wise menas first colums should have 3 rows then second colums and then thrid. Last column may have one or two items.
So how to do that. Need your help

I am printing address labels and found that even in PDF output they are not the same size as they should be. In PDF its slightly smaller than the size I set. In word, its much smaller.

How to fix row size in rtf report

I have a BIP report based on rtf template. The rows (in a table) within the rtf-file have different height. When I try to view/export it using html or pdf format it works right. But the rtf format export get me a file that has wrong rows height. All rows have the same height equals text font size.
How can I fix it ?

I have fixed row size table in my RTF template.
This table is expanding automatically, when there is more data from database column.
We want the font size should be reduced automatically to fit into this fixed size row, instead of expanding the row automatically.
I am using MS Word 2003, If any inputs really appreciate.

I just tried to fix the row height in the table properties and turned off the allow row to vreak across pages but the row height specification had no effect. You may have to look at some sort of XSL-FO statements but I'm not good on XSL. Still not sure about moving the data across to the next page. The "allow row to break across pages" controls this but I don't see it helping you in a pre printed stationary application.
Do you generate the xml yourself? If so you could look at controlling the size of the element(s) in question and generating the extra lines in the XML rather than trying to do it in the template.

Fixed row in JTable

Dear All
Does anyone know how to fix a row in a JTable, for example, to fix the bottom row in a JTable, so that users can scroll through the rest of the rows in the table without affecting this row. But when if a column size is changed, it will resize its cell simultaneously.
if you know the answer, please provide sample code as well.

Hi,
to do that, you need an own DataModel in the table, I guess. What is displayed in a cell is asked from the JTable by the getValueAt(...)-method of the datamodel. If you want to fix a row that way, you have to answer this "question" with the right response - that will be not the original cell there but another one while scrolling during a row is fixed.
You also must keep track of the messages that are to be fired to synchronize the display of the table with the answers you return on the getValueAt(...)-method. The "fixing" is a kind of shifting the fixed row in the table, that must be reflected by the messages you have to fire. fireTableDataChanged() would be an idea but that cause rerendering of all the visible cells of the table - other messages are more precise, but you need to do more and have to worry about more things while programming this.
In the case of the bottom line it is possible to use a second JTable in the south of the panel which has only one row - the fixed row - in it - if you discard the header of it, it would look like the row is fixed in the original table, but by using this possibility you must synchronize the changing of the column-width and ofcourse the reordering of columns too done in the original table with the second table. I guess the method in the above paragraph would be the better approach to it.
I have no code for it, but I have tried, to give you a guideline how this can be done.

First Spacebar, now timeline row size... what's going on?

I started a thread about how suddenly the spacebar began deactivated layers when choosing a layer in the Timing or Project window . Several people gave feedback, and I persisted in trying different things to fix this problem. I subsequently discovered that in the Timeline, the "set row size" bars don't do anything... they are set at the smallest size. Clicking on them is ineffective. If I try and drag one down, it expands then immediately snaps back to small. Any ideas about what's going on here? Strange!
This is using M 3.0.2 with all the latest upgrades. To repeat the my previous post, I can go to an "unmigrated" user account and all these problems disappear. No deactivation with spacebar, no problem resizing the rows.
How are things with others?

Row Size Error

When I am attempting to render my composition I continue to get an error: "After Effects error: row size too large (131072) (7 :: 53)."
What does this mean and how to I fix/prevent it? I really need to get this figured out!!!

I just ran into this error when I tried importing an Illustrator file. No restarting or reinstalling worked for After Effects CC(2014) on my Mac Book. What however helped is exporting that Illustrator file into a .psd and importing that file instead. It worked fine after.
Additionally, I was importing Illustrator files earlier this morning without a problem.

Fixed Cell Size..

Hi All,
Is it possible to display a dynamic size message in the fixed cell size??
For example..
We just want to show 2 rows and 10 characters in a row..
If the message is a010203
We need the result as

If the message is a123456789b123456789c123456789
We need the result as
|a123456789|
|b123456789|
The message which wrapped in row 3 need be hided..
Any suggestion will be appreciated..

Report for Reorder point, safety stock, current stock and fixed lot size

Hi,
Purchasing Dept. is looking for a report which can give list of materials falling below the reorder point, so that they can go ahead and create procurement proposals for those materials.
They also want to see the Reorder Point, Safety Stock, current stock and fixed lot size in the same report.
Let me know if there ia any standard report availbale which displays the same or any approach to get the same.

There is no standard report because this is meant to be managed by the MRP run.
The MRP lists show all materials that have a problem (such as stock below reorderpoint) but MRP generates requirements for these anyway and so all you need to do is to look for the MRP generated requirements (requisitions?) and you have your list?
Are you using MRP?
If so then please use the standard functions in MRP to get this.
If not, then WHY NOT?

Different fix lot size depending on the production version

Hi all,
I have the next scenario:
2 production versions. 2 different fix lot size por each. So:
Prod Version 1 - Fix lot size 200
Prod Version 2 - Fix lot size 300
I created the Quota Arrangement just to make SAP to take my favourite version. And trought the quota, I can define the lot size for each version. BUT.
If I change the version in the order or in the planned order, the quantity don't change.
So: How can I manage 2 different fix lot size for 2 different product versions? If I change the version once the order is created, how can I do the system change de quantity to the right one?

I have n't tried this scenario,
This is my Idea
Create a two production version
for ex: lot size 100 to 1000, set the rounding profile qty as 1000
for lot size 1001 to 99999, set the lot rounding profile value to 5000
BY this way u can get the two lot based on the rounding profie

I know how to make column fixed and row, tried to combine them but it didnt look pretty.

How to fix the size of table data in html

I want to fix the size of table data in html. ie if i want to insert only 50 char in a <td> field then it contain only 50 character, after that it switched to another line and contain the remaining character. Means <td> field wil not get automatically adjust there size according to data.

you cant specify how many characters a td cell can have but u can specify the pixel width of a td cell
<td width=50>
as long as you have wrap text on, then text will not force the box size over the 50 pixels
this wont limit it to only 50 chars though, you will probably have to use some javascript to cut the string down to size (unless youre using something like php or asp then that will do the trick too)

Hi,
the tree component has changed compared to 10.1.3. You no longer have a tableSelectmany component that renders as checkboxes. Instead you use the ctrl key and select the table rows
