Fixing error 4310

im have troube burning cds in itunes, error 4310 comes up. how do i fix the problem

Dear MacMan
can you guide me on how to burn a cd?......I'm getting the error 4310. I have a Compaq Presario 900. with windows 2000
have tried alot and am still unsuccessful.
