Fixing overflow problem in IE, works with Firefox

Question

Hello, first of all, thanks for looking and helping. I have a
div id="text" that uses an image for a background and I have text
written on top of it. I have the overflow set to auto for that div.
In firefox, scrolling down works fine, the image doesn't
move, just the scrolling text.
In IE, when you scroll down, the image stops at the bottom of
the page and there is a 50 pixel gap where you can see the page
background and some text on top of it, and then the top of the
background image shows up again with the text continuing onto it. I
tried all of the "repeat" options for the image and nothing worked.
