Flash Builder and AIR 3.3 for Mac App Store

The new AIR 3.3 will bring "Improved Mac App Store Support": http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplatformruntimes/air3-3/
But I have 2 questions:
In what way will have be the improvement ? What do different from the past in this aspect ?
Will be (and when) a new Flash Builder version in the configuration of the Mac App Store certificate to deploy AIR apps for the Mac Store ?
As I can see from here: http://pigsels.com/2012/04/air-app-store-publishing-guide there is a lot of procedures to make that a new Flash Builder could automate/make the developer life easier and what will be different from the guide in the new AIR 3.3 from the AIR 3.2 about the App Store ?

Hi everyone
I am new to flash builder I have many adobe products ie master collection, and have an Idea for a small application. But need it to do a few things. I have only looked into fash builder a little but want to know a few things before getting started by getting the trial and then purchasing the real deal.
With flash builder and air can I make a app that will detect the top most window on the clients computer and return the name of the program ie photoshop etc and then give me the name of the active window, tab etc.
How much scope is there for interaction with other adobe products in the master collection.
I have written a few little script before in java. vb, applescript and actionscipt but I want to know if flash builder and air combo has the functionality I need before I bother getting into it to deep.

You can run the AIR app separately, it should still be on your system (Applications > Adobe > Adobe Help or the root of your Start menu on windows).
If for some reason the app isn't there, reinstall it from http://www.adobe.com/support/chc/. There's a preference under Edit > Preferences > General Settings for "Accessibility Mode". If you select "Open Help in browser", your Adobe applications will open a browser instead of launching CHC.

When we double click on the index.app file, the application is working perfectly in Mac 10.6.7 at our office. But if the same index.app file is double clicked in Mac 10.6.7 at out clients location, its not opening. For your information the client is able to open this same application by double clicking on index.swf file. The main problem is that client is not able to open the application using index.app file at their office whereas we are able to do so at our office. Can anyone give some suggestions to sort this problem?

The most common reason is different versions of Flash, or different versions of web browsers used. Some users may elect to not have Flash installed at all because of the processor overhead of Flash. If you are going to make an application for a client, check what operating system and browser versions they are using first. Then determine if a stand alone application is required, or if they have the necessary plugins to run specific browser enhanced code.

my problem solve by me
first create apple id
fill credit card details
and complete your account creating process.
than go to app store or itune store
login your acount
click right side - account button
than again login for account setting
next go to payment information and click edit button
when u enter payment infomation
click none button in payment method and click done button.
than ur credit card has been removed.
but rs. 60 will deducted in your account when u doing this process.

Try deleting the cache associated with the App Store..
Quit the App Store if it's open.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore/Cache.db
Click Go
Move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store. See if that made a difference.

AIR(Desktop) -Upload in MAC app store

Please help me to upload air(desktop) application into MAC- App store.
I can create .app file and .dmg with native instalers (with won created .p12 with flashbuilder).
And i have apple developer .p12 certificate. (I have apple developer ID)

where are the updates located for Mac App Store app? I don't think /Library/Updates is the only location. Because I'm now having 10+ of Apps reporting updates is needed, but only 1MB＋ files is located in /Library/Updates.

Updates for unrelated and unauthorized apple ID on mac app store

Hi,
I am having a queer issue with the mac app store.
When I go to the updates tab in the mac app store I see an update for twitter app v 2.1.1.
Now the twitter app on my apple ID has already been updated to 2.1.1 (I have checked in the get info on the twitter app).
As soon as I click on update I get the dialog box of username and password, only in the username tab I see a different apple ID.
It as a gmail ID which does not belong to me and neither has such an apple ID been authorized on my mac.
I tried contacting apple email support for the mac app store twice, writing down my problem in detail. However I didn't get an acknowldegement mail both times (I checked junk mail).
Is Anyone else having a similar issue? Is this an indication of some sort of hacking?
I am running the Mac OS Snow Leapord 10.6.8
Now I'm just hoping maybe updating to Lion might solve this issue.

To my knowledge I have not downloaded any trial apps form other than from the app store. its a mystery. I just want to get rid of this twitter app so that i can download the safe version.

Software update for Mac App store

I tried to update my software to get the new Mac App store. It said everything was downloaded and installed but I couldn't find the Mac app store anywhere on my macbook pro. I tried to check for software updates so see if I missed anything but i had no more updates available. What can I do?

You need to be running Mac OS X 10.6.6 to have it. Mac OS X 10.6 is a paid upgrade.

What is the full text of the message that you are getting ?
Messages about countries usually refer to the country that you have on your iTunes account. You have your correct billing address on your account, and you are in that country ? If you can't log into your account directly on your phone to view/correct your address details (e.g. via Settings > iTunes & App Store), then can you do it via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com ?

Can't login, see and use my purchases on Mac App Store.

i am not able to login to my MBPro App Store with my apple id. Though my id works fine with iTunes purchases on same Mac. when i try to login to App Store, it says "Your device or computer could not be verified. Contact support for assistance." any suggestions?

OpenDNS "game" and "movie" filters block the Mac App Stor

Where I work they are using OpenDNS and have blocked various types of sites inlcuding the categories OpenDNS calls "gaming" and "movies". When they blocked these to categories my MacBookPro was no longer able to connect to the app store and therefore I am unable to download os updates.
Could someone provide me the URL of the app store so that I can have the app store "white listed"?
