Flash buttons gone after active-update

Question

Hi,
Just performed the active-contect update for flash and
dreamweaver.
After the flash update, nothing had changed. Still needed to
click to activate a button, made in flash (8).
Then I installed the dreamweaver update 8.0.2., also with
updates for active content.
After opening the pages in Dreamweaver 8 I got the promised
question what I wanted to do with the <object> items.
I choose to update them.
Now everything worked fine when I testet the page on my own
server (PC) but the oploaded files where NOT.
All flashbuttons where gone, they just didn't appear!
It took a while untill I found out what the problem was.
Since everything worked fine on my own server, It had to be
something with the uploaded files.
All pages where changed, uploading the swf files didn't bring
the solution, so it had to be something else.
My site has many folders, it's a big site.
When I checked the folders on my own servers I found a new
folder called: Scripts
Uploading this folder solved the problem.
Nowhere in the manual, help files or explanations is
mentioned there will be a new folder called Scripts.
When you have a small site with a few folders, you will
easily spot it, but when you have more then 50 folders.....

Good point, it should say so in the Help files - you might
want to let Adobe
know of that oversight.
Personally, I was pretty happy to have that problem solved so
quickly and
automatically by Dreamweaver - seemed like a big convenience
to me..
